I bought a Carry-On utility trailer here. Drove from Rolla and had an impeccable experience. Brian W. helped me and was outstanding. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Brian went out of his way to be sure I was all set and was a pleasure to deal with. The store was clean, organized, and everyone was polite and friendly. I have been to many TSC stores in multiple states and this shop was first rate. Thank you!

Tractor Supply in Lebanon MO lacks basic customer service skills. Gone are the greets at the door asking if they could help the customer find anything. They lack the awareness to know that a customer is struggling to find a product. They feel interrupted from their private employee conversations when asked where a product may be. They rudely walk away expecting the customer to follow them and snatch it off the shelf to very firmly, not quite slam, the product in the customer’s hands. Without another word, they walk away from the very polite and gracious customer. With products that are consistently overpriced compared to other similar businesses in the community, I would hope that they would make up for that with their customer service. Sadly that is not the case.

Went to tractor supply looking for a utility heater, they not only still had some in stock, but it was also reasonably priced at 15.99. Plus was offered a 2 year warranty, which kicks in after the manufacturers 1 year warranty is up. Warranty was 3.99. Better experience than I thought it would be.

I ordered an item online for in store pickup. The hateful, rude, and unprofessional staff acted as if it were exerting too much energy to walk to the bag and get my order. It was one item! One item! Don't stand in the middle of the store along with your coworkers and holler, "Hello" at me as if I disrupted you while drinking from your Starbucks frozen coffee.

Raised price of Merrick raw infused dog food to 69.00. Lost my business when I can get it up the road for 62. Also been asking to carry carhart work pants for women. Don't seem interested in selling for women

Tractor Supply is always fun, especially during chick days. There are cheaper places to buy feed, but I like the selection and the fact you can wander through the feed aisle reading ingredients/information before deciding, which you can't do at many other feed stores (usually you tell the clerk what you want and their loading staff goes to the warehouse and brings it to your car).

Everything that a farmer or wannabe farmer (aka...hobby farmer) would need...is in this store. Friendly staff. Prices are a little on the high side...but overall, a fun store to visit.
