I’m beyond devastated for ever using this vet. My entire experience with them was awful. I had to make the painful decision to euthanize my mini dachshund at the end of January. I scheduled this to be done in my home so my baby wouldn’t have to be in the vets office. I scheduled a time and they said they would call before they came. They were an hour late and didn’t call. They had the nerve to come into our home and act like they didn’t want to be here and they acted rushed. The vet as so unprofessional that she even looked at her watch before we did anything. They didn’t offer to give my baby a sedative and the vet made her yelp with pain putting in the IV. I told them I wanted to hold her the entire time and the vet acted like she couldn’t let go of the iv!! I asked if the euthanasia medication would hurt and she said NO!! When they put the medication in my baby yelped immediately!! There was zero compassion from this woman! She is definitely in the wrong profession. They also didn’t let us know that our baby would lose her bladder control. This veterinarian turned an already awful situation into a nightmare that I will never be able to forge and I will never forgive them for hurting my baby!! She hurt my baby and it was so unnecessary when a sedative should have been used. From entering my driveway to leaving with my baby was eight minutes!! If you love your pets I recommend finding another veterinarian to care for them.

I had a very sick mini that got sick rather quickly. My regular vet was out of town, the extreme cold was about to set in again and i was in a panic. I left a message on their voicemail and they called me back within 10 minutes. I loaded up my mini, took her down to Lebanon and they saved her life. They were so kind and understanding even though i wasn't a "regular." I highly recommend them and my horses are now clients of theirs. :)

I had to take my German Shepard in for a cut artery on Sunday night, not only did the receptionist quickly take my call serious, but she immediately called the doctor in and said he’d be there within 30 minutes since I was leaving the Ft Wood area. When I got there the doctor was quick to assess my dog and give me an answer. I am so appreciative for the staff and doctor who made sure my girl was okay. It means a lot that they were quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon as well. They charged me appropriately and fairly. I am so happy with my experience!

Amazing staff,Dr Frazier is the best !!That staff is full of love and compassion 😁.Oh..and my daughter Davina works there..so I know they're the best 😉Why mess with the rest when you already know the best..get some rest . you're fur babies are in great hands !You'll love them and all they do for you and the pups or kitties.

There is a lady vet and male vet here. Do. Not. Let. The. Male. Vet. See. Your. Cat. He is dismissive of serious issues to the point of apathy and just insulted the cat instead of seeing if she actually had issues, which she does. Serious issues. The lady vet was great. If you can, she is worth seeing. The male vet? Hell no. Avoid him at any and all costs.Sorry, I honestly don't remember names.

They took very good car of our dog who passed away and made sure my wife felt that they were doing everything they could to take care of his remains. They kept us informed and placed his ashes in a lovely box.

I appreciated them helping me with a tragic situation on Christmas Day. Though they were closed, a very kind lady on the phone said someone was coming in to take care of some other things could tell me if our girl was actually gone. He listened for a heartbeat and looked at the color of her gums, and confirmed what no one wants to hear. She was gone. It was an extra 5 minutes out of his day, but it meant the world to me to know for sure (I was in denial, hoping she was just unconscious and didn't want to bury her without someone who actually knew for sure telling me she was gone). Very kind of them to help us know how to move forward on a very, very hard day.

I highly recommend Terra Veterinary service for all your pets. We had our cockatiel's wings trimmed and nails trimmed. We also had our miniature schnauzer in for health concerns and unlike other veterinarian's around, we were not brushed off with "it's just a schnauzer thing". We found out she had a minor ear infection and an issue with her trachea going to her lungs.

🚩🚩🚩🚩DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG. They’re not there to take you seriously. But they’ll send you home with meds and say see you in a month!! My cat is now dead, but they never even acted like anything was fatal or serious. Her last moments were spent at Vetco in Columbia and Mizzou vet and they checked more on her in 3 hours than Terra was concerned with the whole time.🚩🚩🚩🚩

Dr.Frazier came to office to check on my pet at 10 pm on Sunday night , when my dog was having seizures . I don't know many vets who would do that. They took excellent care of my dog when she was in hospital. They don't try to push all the upsells on you, prices are very reasonable. Dr.Frazier is very professional and caring vet. I got handwritten card following my dog's passing. I highly recommend this place!

We have gone to Dr. Frazier with our dog for several years. We’ve always said he has no bedside manner, but he crossed the line at my last visit.My dog is part of our family as many of you can relate. I took her to Dr. Frazier asking for anti anxiety meds. Our grandkids are coming for Thanksgiving and she gets very anxious around them. The kids are ages 3 and 1 years old. Their dog is the brother of our dog so they look alike. Their dog is very docile and loves the boys. Our dog is never around children so she’s anxious when they come. She has snapped at them so we have taken her to a boarding kennel when they visit. That kennel is booked for Thanksgiving. Our time together will be limited this holiday so we were going to put a muzzle on her and give her medication to relieve her anxiety.Dr Frazier offers up a story about how a guy had a dog that attacked his grandchild and killed the child. His solution was to put her down. We’ve had her 13 1/2 years! She’s a member of the family!! He kept saying dogs don’t bite people. I was so confused because that exactly what we were worried would happen. Thats why I came to see him. I had exhausted every single avenue I have to take care of this situation. My last resort was to muzzle and medicate her. He said again “Dogs don’t bite people!” What he meant is “Never put up with a dog that bites! He left me with impression that I had no choice but to put her down.Finally he gives her medication that, after researching it, does t address anxiety. It makes her unable to move to the point she can’t do anything about her anxiety. I’m completely insulted and disappointed. There was no need to talk to me like that.I do not recommend him. The staff is wonderful it’s the Dr. that’s not.

I've just moved here 1 1/2 years ago. Dr Fraizer was highly recommended. I have 2 older dogs & a puppy. His staff have always been friendly and timely. The Dr and team have taken great care of my 2 bostons and 1 frenchie.

This will be twice they have seen our dogs for emergency visits, both times they have been very help drivin for the animals care. A little back ground on the first (a year prior to writing this) emergency. out of 3 calls to Vets in the area, Terra was the only one to say "being in, let's get it looked at". Others just said they can't or don't have time. This set Terra as our vet of choice, us being new to the area. The second emergency is an after hours visit, turned to be surgery. Writing this as we wait the outcome. I am extremely pleased with thier service. Grateful for thier dedication!

I called Terra today to set up an initial appointment for my two pets since I’ve recently relocated; & with this veterinary clinic having great reviews I didn’t expect such a negative first impression.I explained to the lady who answered the phone that I recently moved and that my previous clinic informed me that the new clinic I choose will request the documents, records, etc. for my pets and they will fax/email those items to them. After I explained this to the lady on the phone, she told me “the phone doesn’t stop ringing here” and it’s “impossible for her to run around trying to get information”.Not only is it extremely unprofessional to tell someone who was planning to be a future client that you’re too busy to do your normal job duties, but if you are too busy to do those tasks, it makes me wonder what else is neglected due to lack of staff or time management. It’s a terrible first impression and needless to say, I would rather commute back to my old veterinary clinic than have my pets been seen at this one.
