Nice, clean, well stocked with numerous different varieties of food & treats for dogs, cats, & any other pets you may have! Employees were very helpful with any questions I had about different food choices! I got what I needed quickly and check out was Quick, as well! Definitely Recommend if you need Any pet supplies, Grooming, etc.

Went about a week ago to this store and bought a electronic litter box for my cat. Got it home and it never worked properly. I was just told by this store that they don't do refunds and that I can only have in store credit. I am so mad right now. I will never buy another thing from this store! Do not make the mistake of buying anything from here because if the product is faulty they are not going to give you your money back. Never buy anything from this store! Well thought I would give an update. It is 3-6-24 and I still have not received my refund. I keep getting told that it has been put back in my account that I used to pay with, however my bank has no record of this happening. Exhausted of this matter! Still waiting on my refund.

They should get a 5 however monster how good you are there always room for improvement so they get a 4. Grooming started very knowledgeable and accommodating and friendly. The cashier's up front was also very friendly and very helpful went out of there way and beyond to give me information on name, places and the phone Numbers b because they didn't carry what I was looking for for my doggy. Yes I would recommend this pretty store and groomers

Buyer Beware: Refunds only in store credit.Bought a heater for a fish tank and realized that the person we were giving it to already had one. Upon returning, they said it could only be given back in store credit. Proof of purchase on an unopened electronic item warrants a full refund.

Everyone is super nice here but I'd advise not buying the Betta. When I bought my fish, there was a film floating on the water and he has been sick ever since I brought him home. I would go to Nature's Best, my best friend got her Betta from there and hasn't had any problems with him.Despite the issue with the fish it is over all a great store and wonderful staff

The groomers were great with our great pyrenees. I wasn't sure how he would react with the staff, but he loved them!!! And likewise, they loved him. We will be visiting again this week for more grooming. He will be hard for the gals to ignore when the groomers get done with him. He is already a handsome dude, LOL!!!!

Third time using their grooming service. They charged me 50 bucks for scalping my little sweet Cavapoo. All I needed was the tail close to his tooshie shaved because there was a bad knot and a mild clipping on his back. She shaved off his beautiful thick eyelashes, the top of his head which had no knots and left a knot on his back ~ none clipped at all there and didn’t even clip his nails. When my husband went to pick him up she was hastily yanking his fur on his tail with a comb instead of shaving it and he was yelping in pain. He wasn’t very clean either. A rush job gone wrong after two hours. Never go there. Never!!! Ever!!!

Place to get all your pet needs at great prices! The store was clean, and stocked. The workers were friendly and professional. They were very helpful in finding what I needed. And how I was treated by the workers, I ended up spending more than I was going to, I needed everything I bought and I say thank you to the workers for honestly caring about customers and their pets! 💯💜✌️

Always the most friendly and helpful staff, clean store. I bought the wrong product, noticed before I got in my car, no hassle return. They have great clearance prices too! I have purchased dog treats several times at super low prices. And they work with pound pullers, take donations, house some sweet kittens who need a forever home. Stop by and give them a try!

The workers are nice. I took my dog to get groomed here. They called me when she was done but I didn't hear my phone. I finally looked at my phone when I was off work and seen they called. It had been about 3-4 hours they held on to her. They weren't hateful or anything because I was so late at picking my dog up. Plus they got her in to be shaved within a few days of me calling.

The rudest owner! Took my 2 dogs in try on and purchase harnesses. My husband and 14 year old daughter went with me since we have a 120# PUPPY. My daughter was helping our senior dog. After 15 minutes or so the owner walks over to my daughter and starts raising her voice to her about NOT putting the harnesses back like they were. First mistake... No one should EVER address someone else's child and the parent is literally 5 ft away from her. Second... She WAS putting them back... don't assume. And third... You run a business if she threw them ALL on the floor its YOUR JOB TO CLEAN IT UP... CALL IT JOB SECURITY

I was hoping they were open 9pm, but when I drove by it was apparent they were closed. I looked online and hours said 8pm. Problem is I drove by before 8pm, like 7:50pm and most the lights were off inside

Extremely rude employees. I went to get a uvb bulb and the employee was extremely rude to me. Accused me stealing a dog bed and shock collar my last visit there, then accused me of stealing the bulb I had in my hand. I'm banned now for things I didn't even do. How can one walk out with a big dog bed right in front of employees without paying. The store doesn't even deserve the one star.

It is a very clean store and the shelves and different store areas are very well marked. The employees are very friendly and very knowledgable about their store and the merchandise that they sell there.Since you are allowed to have your dog accompany you there; it can be a very fun shopping time.
