Never had a place that groomed our pets as well as this place. Our Blue Healer has so much hair and they remove so much. When she gets home you can tell she is so much more comfortable. Best place in Lebanon to take your dogs.

Update: I don't know what happened to this place, I used their service for almost three years, with friendly and excellent service, but something changed about six months ago and the customer service and care for my dog went out the window. There's a lot of "bad vibe" attitude towards the customer anymore. I don't like it. I don't recommend them. My money is better spent someplace that actually wants me there.

Was very impressed with their services today! Very friendly people and took good care of my dog. He looked beautiful when they got done with him. I will be going back and already have an appointment set up. I will also be taking my other dogs there.

We were in town from WI. Our dogs were in a wedding and needed to get them cleaned up last minute. They were wonderful here! Good prices, friendly people, great service. I wish they were located in our hometown.

I walked in with my dog to get his nails trimmed. I was told it would be $5. Due to COVID, when I paid by card, I didn't get to sign. I wish I could remember the girls name who wrestled my dog into submission but she gave herself a tip without my consent. Had I had the opportunity myself to do so, I would have but I didn't and she stole her tip without permission. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and never go back. It is unacceptable to give yourself a tip when you were not given one because you didn't allow the person paying to do so.

Small grooming shop on Elm. They did a very good job with the sanitary trim on my cocker spaniel who gets nervous when her bum is handled, and are prompt to call when pet is ready. Prices are very reasonable, too. Beware the tiny parking lot if you have a larger vehicle.

These gals are just so nice, to both people and the animals they service! I take my 3 dogs here for toenail trims and could not be happier. One less thing I have to try to wrangle with at home. Thanks guys! 🙂

Not very reliable unless they start improving on keeping scheduled appointments or improving communication with clients when no one shows up after an appointment was confirmed the day prior. Not a good impression to leave on potential new clients by any means.

This is my new groomer not only did they take my service dog in on no notice due to another groomer whom I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance a appointment which did not even have the professionalism to call and cancel let alone return a call.but they gave him the best groom he has ever had.no short cuts here they truly are pampered pooches.
