I just purchased two bathroom vanities with granite tops and custom knobs. I am very pleased with the overall experience including quality and pricing. Stan and his two children treated me like royalty. Everything was delivered by them quickly and their communication was excellent! I had been looking online but preferred to buy local. I was so happy to be able to walk into their store and see the actual products I was buying and they were in stock. Thank you and great job Stan and family!

Great place to go to save money for your new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, bathroom vanity, or flooring. Don't be deceived by the appearance. The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have the software to plan your new kitchen. All for a very reasonable price!

Loved this place at first. The owner was helpful the first day. But when we came to pick up our countertop’s the island was 2 inches too short. The guy working told us that 34 was the only size they had even though the owner insured us the day before that they had all the sizes we needed. The young lady came to help us figure it out and found the exact size we had ordered. She was very knowledgeable and worked fast to fix the owners mistake. While we waited the 30 minutes for them to cut our piece the owner accused my husband of leaving without paying even though we had paid half the day before and our truck was still sitting in the loading dock, when he made the accusation. We are doing a full remodel on a home and had about 15,000 left to spend but after that horrible experience we will spend our money somewhere else. I am thankful and great full for the young lady who fixed the mistake I’m sure she deals with a lot l, with that man. Customer service in the smallest way would have went a long way. Wish I hadn’t gave this man over 3,000 dollars of my money. If the young lady ran the store it would be a 5 star review and we would return.

Everyone that works here works to help you get your dream kitchen for less but no one but you will know. Very knowledgeable and helpful if you want to reconfigure your kitchen. It's like walking back in time where someone cares about you as a customer and all with such a great discount than even any of the big box stores. Thankyou to you all....love my new kitchen!

Having just received my new kitchen cabinets I had to write a review for this business and give a shout out to Jeremy who guided me through the process from beginning to end, answering my questions about the available products, providing a preliminary estimate, following that up with some request changes, coming to measure my kitchen himself and even delivering the cabinets to me. He was thorough, patient, kept me informed on the schedule for completion and delivery, and left me saying, wow, this is a job well done! I am happy to recommend Neighborhoods and Jeremey in particular for a most satisfying purchase!

I see some of the negative reviews on here and understand that this isn’t Lowes, and customer service isn’t what we have come to expect from larger, corporate owned, profit hungry businesses. Neighborhoods to me is a place to find amazing cabinets, tile, countertops, sinks, etc, so that you don’t look like a home off of a Lowes shelf. The gentleman I deal with, Stan, is always respectful, knowledgeable, and a no BS kind of a guy. If you treat him with respect, he returns it in full. I love this place when I’m looking for something outside the box and original. His countertop prices are amazing, and he has tile no one else does. My favorite place as a contractor to wow the customer.

After waiting 1/2 hour for help with buying more cabinets to match our previous purchases from Neighborhoods, the owner was not helpful, did not inquire about our project to see if he could offer other solutions, and then disappeared with another customer in the middle of our conversation. If I could return my previous 4,000 dollar purchase, I would. No more of my money will be spent at Neighborhoods!
