I want to take the time and give a great review to Terry. He has gone above and beyond service for me. He listen to my needs and truly went above and beyond to deliver. I would also like to mention a shout out to Eric for helping us with my purchase. These guys especially Terry are grade A workers they made my quest an enjoyable and reliable one. The go to team at Lowe's for help with doors for your home. Thank you guys for patience and understanding. Lowes take care of them they are a great representation of customer service.

We bought a new fridge from Lowe’s for almost $2000. Three days after we bought the fridge it stopped cooling our food and spoiled everything. Lowe’s refused to do anything to help us because it was after their 24 hour return policy. No one told us that if we used our Lowe’s credit card that we had 30 days to return the fridge or else we would’ve since we have one. Fast-forward we ended up going three months without a fridge. Waiting for Frigidaire to fix the product. I guess I’m glad we got the extended warranty but we have had the fridge less than six months and have had six service calls, and 5 parts replaced. I recommend not getting a Frigidaire or buying from Lowe’s. During this process, Lowe’s refused to help us with anything. Still having issues with the fridge to this day. Oh, it also came with cosmetic damage but that was at least of our worries. **Called like stated below. Still no help!*****

It is a beautiful perfect 70 degree day outside yet the heat is blasting through the store. Employees are burning up. Customers are melting. I left the store as soon as I could. Would give a 1 star, but the employees are so friendly. They deserve 5 stars. It’s past time to stop controlling the temperature from North Carolina where the humidity levels are very different than Missouri.

Lebanon Lowe’s Home Improvement, located at 190 State Hwy 32, Lebanon, MO 65536, has become my go-to store despite being 27 miles away from where I live. I often face the choice of traveling there or driving 26 miles to the Springfield Lowe’s Home Improvement.Two days ago, I visited the Lowe’s in Lebanon to replace a Kobalt cordless tool and transfer the charge Good morning, baby. to a different account. Despite the inconvenience of the distance, the trip turned out to be a positive experience.I want to commend the excellent customer service I received. The lady at the customer service desk showcased exceptional expertise and efficiency. She had to reprocess all the items on my ticket to transfer them to a different account, yet she did so swiftly. This was particularly impressive given the line of about three people waiting.I appreciate the organized and helpful staff at Lowe’s. Their efficiency and professionalism, especially during busy times, make shopping there a reliable and satisfying experience. Thank you, Lowe’s, for consistently providing top-notch service.

Not over crowded, yet busy. Helpful employees. Clean store. Mainly self-checkout though. Customer service desk is hit and miss on how well they're trained, but friendly and explain they're new. It can be a breeze, or if waiting on a supervisor to come correct can be slooowwww. We've all been there once or twice, so it's to be expected. Some people just complain too easily and expect perfect and fast service EVERY time. I figure they've never worked, never worked customer service, or are just prince and princesses that never had to learn a job, they were born naturally knowing everything and a perfect people. 🙄 The lumber, lawn and garden, and paint departments have usually been well staffed and exceptional. I like my Lebanon Lowe's.

Today was NOT a great experience. I came in for 3 things today: air filters, a refrigerator water filter, and a bracket to repair my garage door. I couldn't find the right bracket in hardware, so I when I grabbed the fridge filter, the nice lady there tried to help. But the guys she asked were extremely rude and too busy to stop their conversation and look at a picture of the bracket. Just sent me on to the next aisle where I'd already looked. Still, no bracket. Without even looking at the picture the guy through the shelves, told me to go to garage doors. No bracket there. I went BACK to hardware to ask for help again. This guy couldn't even look at me. Just kept staring at the shelf. I FINALLY got him to look at the picture. He went right back to staring at the shelf and told me aisle 18 lumber. Went to lumber and STILL no bracket.I should NOT have to work so hard to get the attention and help of an associate when that it's THEIR JOB. Needless to say, I felt very frustrated and left without my bracket. I'll just stick to ordering from Amazon. They may not have customer support associates running around the store, but at least I don't have to feel looked down upon and can find my product with more ease.

Came to buy my garden supplies & found this gem!! My new reading nook for the garden! I can comfortably fit sideways or forward in it & will most likely put it under an umbrella for added shade. I can't wait to read while the birds sing in my garden

Do you have too much money? Do you have too much time on your hands? Are you not frustrated enough? Then this is the company to do business with. They take your money, they have you sit around at your expense waiting for installers and they do nothing. When you call, they take notes, aka further waste your time.Do you need new windows? If you want to pay today and have your windows installed next year, Lowes is the place for you.

Todd and the other two inside guys - whose names I really should remember - went the extra mile and found things for us. Todd also made things happen when the front gals dropped the ball on our pre-ordered items.Unlike California, which we finally left, you didn't have to track down employees. If you look even the slightest bit confused or searching, these guys will stop and ask. Outstanding.

2 pieces of Hardie backer board, 1 small box of screws, 1 gallon of adhesive mortar, 1 gallon of paint thinner, 2 shop vacuum bags, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS. I used to like to go to Lowes. Lately, they have just been ripping me off. NO MORE, thanks.

DO NOT HAVE LARGE EXPENSIVE QUANTITIES OF SUPPLIES DELIVERED FROM THIS LOCATIONThey do not even read the customer comments or attempt to accommodate any type of time frame or specifications by you.I asked them to deliver when I would be home from work, but that if they couldn't do that to please leave it in the driveway.They delivered it when I was not home. But instead of leaving it in the driveway, they put my 60 bags of concrete in the yard.Now I'm out here trying to move 60 bags of concrete by myself, in the dark, way further than I would have if they'd left them in the driveway as asked.I don't have a nice fork lift to move all this, obviously.They also included a lot of ripped bags of concrete in my order. And since they left them in my yard, those then spilled into my yard.

7am nobody here but, like to make Lowe's pros wait over 20min to pick up a few small items is ridiculous. While employees just stand around and take.Small town home improvement store. Considerably more expensive than other lowes, let alone your competitors.I will go here if I need it. But I will go to Springfield or lake of Ozark to save 40% or more most of the time.

Nicest Lowe's my husband and I have seen in quite a while! Well organized, stocked, clean, and Helpful, Knowledgeable Employees! We just moved to Lebanon and we already Love this Lowe's! They should give other Lowe's clues on running a store (especially the one in Sedalia). Every time we go in, we Always find what we need and helpful employees! Nice, well stocked Lawn & Garden Area with lots of plants and trees, too. Definitely**Recommend for Any home needs!

**BEWARE OF DELIVERY**Absolutely ruined my rug by putting a dishwasher box directly on it. There’s plenty of room for it to have been put on the hardwood. They didn’t cover their shoes. Also showed up 4+ hours early. They didn’t call or anything. They were knocking on my door at 7:50am. I wasn’t expecting anyone and was still in my pajamas. It was extremely uncomfortable for me.

I’ve had some really good and really bad experiences at this location. My most recent visit was not pleasant which included an associate blatantly lying to my face. There have been other employees that were helpful and did their best to solve my issues.

I'm not sure what had happened to Lebanon Lowe's. The past few weeks I have been at the store multiple times!! My daughter bought a washer and dryer. The dryer was smashed when they opened the box. She took it back since there wasn't a manager she had to bring it back the following day. We tried to get help with unloading it, customer service called for help multiple times. We waited probably 45 minutes with multiple employees watching, we unloaded it ourselves. After we got it on the flat cart this ladies said if I had know I would have helped. My husband went in a couple of days later to get a saw to help with installing flooring. They had a clearance sticker on the display so we asked to purchase it. We were told that they don't sell displays and they would be getting in more saws in the am. I went back to get one, SURPRISE they didn't get any in and sold the display!! Honestly I would rather drive to Mernards their employees don't mind helping with anything!!

Very pissed. Went there and had to make a large purchase 2 weeks ago and I decided to open a credit card account. I received my card and they didn't even put my name into the system right. Now I have an account that's not even my name. Called customer service where the lady was completely rude and refused to correct my name. I will be paying this account off tomorrow and closing my accounts. Can't believe this complete nonsense. So angry!! Never again lowes. Will be taking my business elsewhere!!

This place has changed a lot. The staff would rather hang out with each other rather than be helpful. Twice in one day I had to go find help. I pressed the help button and while waiting had four workers meander by me while avoiding looking my way. Reagan at the customer service desk was the only one even remotely helpful.

Had the worst experience of my life had to go back and forth 5 times to get what I needed and still couldn't get it..I called thier 1-800 number 5 times and nobody could help me either ..I'm from El Paso and was stuck in Missouri for 2 days waiting for the materials I needed and never able to get no help..And what made things worse is not even their homeoffice Manger didn't want to deal with my problem. SO SO DISAPPOINTED

Not impressed at all with knowledgeable staff . Customer service is definitely lacking in my opinion. Especially when doing a return with cash receipt on a warranty item and it takes over 3 weeks ..... come people head out of %&* ... it's not rocket science.My experience was ridiculous and totally unprofessional.
