I'm floored at how amazing they have been today. I needed an antibiotic for my 10 month old who has a double ear infection. Every where else was out for 2 days. I made one post and Kristen called me and within 20 minutes had it switched from the previous pharmacy to Cash savers and they even delivered it! I'm so happy with the amazing customer service!

Went to self checkout as they only had one cashier on duty as usual who was busy and they had no scanner guns for larger items, every time I scanned something it wanted it weighed then said I needed to wait for assistance and then when it was approved I’d move it to the cart and it’d say to put it back in the bagging area where there was barely room. I told the lady assisting me I didn’t like how complicated the self checkout is and she got an attitude with me.

Nice, Clean, Well Stocked (as it can be for pandemic time) grocery store. A lot of selection in the produce area, lots of meat selection, and a nice bakery area. Also, has a large selection of different alcohol. Fairly easy to navigate. Good place to shop and have numerous deals on different products.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. It looks like an old neglected grocery store. But the deals to be had. It is by far the cheapest in town to get what you need. They do charge 10% on top of the marked price but it still makes it worth going. Their meat selection is top notch. Also the workers are friendly and helpful.

This place has a fairly wide selection of stuff at decent prices. Actually, the lowest prices I've found on my energy drinks. Only 10% over cost! I didn't give them 5 stars because I've never seen an employee, but I've also never needed one to find what I need. The place is clean and the lines aren't terrible.

We have been here several times in the 2.5 years we’ve lived in Lebanon. I normally won’t shop at a store with a “gimmick” but if I want to pick up just a few things quickly I will pop in here. Positives: Quick in and out. I can usually find items that I can’t in other stores. The employees are usually very friendly. I was in a few weeks ago and Brian at the deli was VERY helpful with my selections from the hot case. I like the double lined parking giving a little extra room between cars. Negatives: Everything feels a little run down and slightly dirty. The carts need repaired in a bad way.

I hate the Cost + 10% pricing structure. If I am standing in an aisle, I want to know how much I am spending on an item without having to constantly do the math. Also, for some reason your system doesn't accept out of state EBT, which makes it extremely inconvenient when family comes to visit and wants to go shopping

I would give it a zero if that was an option. You got a bunch of rude and very unprofessional teenagers working there. One checkout lane was open while 5 of them were standing around talking about how they couldn't wait to be off and their drinking plans. I asked one if there was a restroom. She said yep and ran off. A nice man saw this happen, came over and apologized and told me where it was. When I got to the restroom it was absolutely disgusting! The toilets covered in urine and feces, toilet paper and trash all over the floor, and flies everywhere. The meat selection was terrible. most of it looked old and green. I will be calling management and will go above them if necessary. This used to be such a great store. Just sad.

The store was clean and organized so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I am from out of town and I have never been to a King Cash Saver before, I really wish there was one of these where I live. They have some really low prices on a lot of the things I use and many of those deals are on popular name brand products.

I got some steaks about 3 months ago, they were very tough. Thought I would give them another chance...BIG mistake! Very dissatisfied. All they have to say is they're sorry. To expensive to waste my hard earned money again.

The produce is better, but many items once available are no longer. Everytime I shop for a certain item something else has been discontinued. The meat department is great, service too. Deli/bakery is basically gone (how shocking.) With the exception of a few, the employees have the personalities of zombies.

Weird price structure as full price isn't known until checkout. Better would be to include everything including taxes on the shelf price. If I have only $40 in my pocket, then I could determine if I can afford what's in my cart. Otherwise some items will be left at checkout that will need to be restocked or thrown out.

Went in for first time today and wasn't impressed. Spent less than $20. The posted price plus 10% is a scam. Most of the stuff was higher than Walmart or Aldi before adding the 10% additional. Just put the price on the shelf already and do away with the little pricing game. I did see the signs but thought they were saying the shelf price already had the 10% included. I picked up a few things but then when the price went up at the register it cancelled any savings. Nothing I bought was a good deal at that point.The employees are clueless as others have mentioned. Cashier's response was "I don't know" when asked if they took credit cards. Then another employee walked right into me as I stood there and acted like it was my fault. Apparently they aren't used to customers standing at the register attempting to pay.

Great produce everything is always in stock. The associate's are always friendly and the prices are lower than anywhere else in town except on cigarettes but their cigarettes are reasonably priced. But other than that always had a great week clean shopping experience there

Extremely friendly staff. I had my somewhat loud 3 year old with me shopping, he was full of energy and ready to go. The cashier was very nice and full of smiles for him! Ill be returning soon! Plus, they have products that you cant find anywhere else in lebanon.

Place it good for a small town grocery store but the 10% added at register?? Just include in the price on the shelf tags already so there is no guessing game. People should buy the same thing elsewhere and look at both receipts to see the difference. Only way it's cheaper is if you buy brands you have never heard of , cause name brands will cost you more here!

Very surprised to learn that they charge an extra 10% plus tax on their groceries !! Had NEVER experienced this before and questioned the sale tags thinking those were the only things they charged extra 10% at checkout but found out ALL items are charged extra. Not sure I will return although I was told some meats are a good bargain when advertised.

I just love coming shopping here...to me they r a lot cheaper than Price Cutters, or at least they seem cheaper...the 2 r probably about the same as far as prices go...it's not a very big store, small enough to where I can mentally make out my shopping list because I pretty much know where everything is at....just wished they had more motorized carts, never enough...other than that good store to shop at...oh the cashiers seem to b friendly enough...haven't met management yet...

The meat is good but I'm not a fan of cost plus 10%. Why? Because it's not true. They're upping the prices of the cost plus additional 10%. False advertising always ticks me off.

They say there prices are cheap but they really arent...about the same as Aldis or maybe a little higher that 10% on all your groceries at the end of payment is what will get you....Now unless they have some kind of deal...they usually do have a few things on sale at a cheap price. Not my favorite place but less crowded than Aldis or Walmart

Love it but when you add a dime to an .89 cents box of cheap snack cakes, you're actually paying .98 cents a box..... So watch the prices.. Their sales arent always cheaper than other stores in Lebanon.

I like shopping here they have great items at low prices but wish they would just add 10% to price it's kinda hard to keep track of cost. I do recommend this store!
