The male manager and other man cashier didn't want to fix any mistakes or validate things to correct prices, their just isn't any point at all tryin to talk to them cuz they simply just don't care even if you show them proof of things they still want to argue with you and tell you their isn't anything I can do about it when all actuality its more like I don't care and deal with it. My 5/25 didnt come off on the first one and my 2nd one my 5/30 for gain didnt come off either so I lost out on $10 because they didn't want to deal with me or the fact their system was having problems they just wanted to get us out of their as quickly as possible, their store was a huge mess I could not find hardly any thing I needed I had on my list. I was nothing but nice as can be and polite to them I don't understand why they have to treat customers the way they do. The one cashier still wanted to argue about a price of something even showing them picture proof we took where we got the item showing the real price and the correct one wasn't ringing up right. They definitely should have some friendly staff working their!

All DG stores thumbs down; Prices/sale items differ from register ringups..sale items not available and rain checks are not given/ issued..Aisles and shelves are very cramped/non-organized clutter!Employees do the best they can and limited

I went in today. At check out the cashier, whom was the head person on duty., Was rude to customer ahead of me. It seems that the store installed a new card reading system and the employees didn't know how to use it. So this cashier rudely told the person ahead of me to keep running her card. The customer left after running the card many times. I had to use a card to pay for my purchases, so I put my things back and left. Another person was trying to use their card with no luck as I was leaving. Don't blame your customers because you don't know what you are doing. They received one star for having the items I needed in stock.

One of my very worse visit ever. First off my flour is put into a bag with heavy stuff. Bag breaks and I'm covered in flour. I go to get an exchange and a refund on another item the manager is rushing me and it was their fault I was there in the first place so I rush I get my stuff to the register and what was supposed to be 2 for 3 coffee rung up 2 for 5 and took a dollar off. The manager either can't read or can't add. I should have been able to do an straight across exchange. Now I have my damn receipt but she says it won't scan so perfect night and I had to pay extra I am beyond done.

The store has changed but most food at times hard move around in and have to look at it another deal do not give cash on returns when use debit card money comes out same time purchase I almost down where I don't want shop thier for these reasons I feel should give cash on returns with original package By way was complaint by me say that the district office manger will call me never did lucky got 3 stars was not for couple friendly employee would of been rated 1 maybe 2 but gave the one store manger credit for she will help not busy and usally big lines before someone finially start helping so my dollar general off adams and 5 street by break time gas station is a 3 but weighs in due to couple friendly staff

Worst customer service ever! Sold me a Google Play gift card. Cashier failed to actually load any money onto it. Won't issue a refund. They now have my money, and I have a gift card with nothing on it. Terrible service, and rude cashiers.

Almost all shelves were empty... Not out of a few things but empty. There was stuff on carts that were suppose to go on the shelves but didn't see anyone stocking them. Very hard to get down isles.

Lazy staff very lazy and rude we showed up 15 mins before they closed just to get bendryal and juice for the kids it was the closes to the hotel we just got in from a 3 hour drive and they had already locked the door. Our local dollar General isn't allowed to lock up till right at closing time.

Let me tell u about Dollar General to me it's a mini Walmart compressed...what Walmart has Dollar General has it in a smaller version...the only thing they don't have is hunting equipment of course u have to go to Walmart for that...Dollar General is ur in & out store, if u need something quickly & u don't want to go to a big department store then this is the place for u...if ur wondering if they have food they do on a lower scale...they even have clothes, automotive, housewares, pet food, etc...some people may think of Dollar General as a pharmacy<because they have first aide supplies>but they're not, they have so much more<even beer & cigs>...they accept credit, debit, cks, & good ol' cash...there is free parking & it's even handicap accessible...I love Dollar General for those quick stops...

Wow! I've been overlooking this store that's right on my way home every night! It's priced very competitively, and the real kicker is the amount of selection you get on everyday items. I shop primarily at Walmart for these items but if I forget something, you can rarely find this kind of section at a grocery stores kitchen/bath section. Don't make excuses "oh I'll get it next time" stop in on the way home and grab the item you forgot off your shopping list. More I stop in the more I find the items that could save me from haveing to take that dreaded "trip to Walmart".

This is the second time that I have been here because I didn't feel like going to Walmart. Many popular items are not available and the shelves are sparsely stocked which is very disappointing. The customer service has a lot to be desired. Sorry to post a bad review.

I go to every Dollar General in town, almost every Saturday, you can find something different in every one of them..some are more organized than others, but I enjoy them just the same!!

Every single time i go to this Dollar general, there is ONE cashier, and no one else there, which causes a long line to form, causing us to get impatient, they're always apologetic about it, but that should not happen in the first place, you all need to be better staffed.

In the last year to the store has gone down a lot the other day I went in there and there was just mounds of clothes in racks everywhere you couldn't even walk through to the aisles because of it what I asked the cashier what sales they had going on this week she told me none which is funny cuz when I got home and looked at the newspaper there was a lot Sun staff needs to be educated a little better

All of their clearance items due to remodel were put up while every other dollar general in the surrounding area kept theirs available for customers until they're was nothing else to put out.
