We went this morning for a living room set and I was so pleased with the customer service we received from Dave, Tiffany, and Melissa that we went ahead and purchased a new bedroom set with mattress. They even encouraged me to check our email for a coupon and we had one for 20% off. Saved us over $800. All three associates helped load and we shared a few laughs during the process. The overall all shopping and loading took less than an hour and they guided us through with patience and doubled checked the sku numbers as we loaded. We'll definitely go back for a dining set when we're ready. God bless - KC

I don’t know if you are a frequent shopper at Big Lots or not but I have not been there for a few months. I ran in there this afternoon to get some things for our classroom door decoration. Some very specific items! So I found what I was looking for and there was a sign that stated all the items were a certain percent off so I thought “Yay” for me! When I got to the register they did not ring up on sale so as I was asking the sales clerk this man came intontje register area and she asked him. He immediately preceded to tell me they were not on sale. So I explained that I saw all the signs that indicated otherwise. He left the area and came back and was so rude to me telling me he did not know what I was talking about there was not any signs over there at all and the sale was last week. The sale was over and my items were no longer on sale! He was so rude to me! He told me there weren’t any signs at all over in that area!!! Well, I knew different! I didn’t argue, I had already told the sales clerk I wanted the items on sale or not because it was what I wanted!He walked a little bit away and turned and just stared at us! I understand he is some kind of Manager there! The poor sales clerk was terrified of him and handed me a customer service survey to please call to report him because she says he treats them worse!Maybe I should have gotten my phone out and recorded this person!He sure does need the love of Jesus!!!!

We went to the store because it said on line they had outside deck chair's we wanted. When we got there they told us they had been out of them for over a month. They need to do a better job on their web page, we drove over a hour away to get there for nothing. You might want to call before you go there to make sure they have what the web page says they have. The plus side, everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. If you like my reviews, please hit like, so I know if I should take the time to do these reviews. I am in NOWAY paid for my reviews. Like you, I read reviews to see if I want to go to a place to eat, buy gas, get services from a place or go shop at a store. Thank you.

I use to LOVE Big Lots. I also know that prices everywhere are going up. But either my Big lots or Big lots in general prices have increased that I can find things a lot more affordable elsewhere. This is about the fourth time I've gone in and come out with next to nothing because the prices are cheaper else.

Went into Big Lots today to get a bed frame. They were in the back and Billy went and got one for me brought it to the register and offered to take it out to my vehicle. He had the most upbeat, positive attitude. He actually wanted to be there and help any way he could. He was a breathe of fresh air compared to many other employees in retail. Thanks Billy!

Love going here! Always a great choice for a shopping adventure!.you never know what you will find here.Couch ,table,socks,new PJs,a snack ,and some dinner.. everything 😯😯😯My girlfriend gets list in here!
