A Google search says that they charge for bags? We were going to give them the benefit of doubt. However when you try to call the store you get a message that says to send an email through their website.Useing poor customer service as an excuse for "low" prices isn't going to get us in your store. Oh and if you do charge for bags then your making a profit not saving the environment.You lost a customer without even getting us in the front door. That's impressive.

They were out of strawberries, but there was plenty of Italian sausage to make stromboli and a pot of sausage tortellini soup.I usually don't mind a self-checkout, but it does irritate me when there's no option to pay cash when I'm not buying much. Aldi's and 2 other grocery stores in town only take cards unless you go through the one register that's staffed.

Like I said, every ALDI is amazing for food deals, and you save money. This is our other favorite place to shop. This site is in westplains. I love this one the most.

Josh has kept this Aldi at the top of our grocery list for years. This is the place to get bargain prices every day and excellent quality ingredients. If there's a long line, more cashier's will quickly appear to help.

Great products, always clean! I like the addition of self checkouts cause I hate seeing the poor cashier's working alone with a long line. Great prices! The bakery section is the best! And the cheese selection, wow! Staff is always super nice. Love this store

I was glad to see they had a few more workers again. I do not like their self check out (though I do like it other places) because it yells at you to scan another item the whole time. It feels very high pressure & I'm already doing all the work! The prices are starting to get a little better though it's still good to check the prices other places too. My favorite things to get here are: cheese, fruit, veggies, & wine!

I wish 0 stars was an option but we purchased online and they gave us the wrong product. we called customer service at the store and they told us to keep the incorrect product and we will get a refund. employees made a huge deal despite hearing customer service say we could have it 20 times, talked very loudly and disrespectfully about us across the store. manager has an attitude and only let us have it “because we get paid for this” was her words and she gave me a nasty look for talking to my mother. other employees were rude and condescending.

At 7:59pm they told us they closed at 8pm and we need to check out. She informed us that we could continue our shopping tomorrow at 8am. I informed her we lived 40 minutes away and asked for a few extra minutes. We did not get them.

I love Aldi, very few things I found that I don't like. They have a policy that if you don't like something you can bring it back for the full price. I have not used it yet but I think that's cool!I cannot say enough about the chocolates there they are wonderful. It's always my go-to around Christmas because the chocolate is incredible.And I like the aisle that has all of the things that aren't grocery. Most of it is pretty good and doesn't break like something cheap!

Love Aldis and that it is less than 2 miles from my house. I especially like their pomegranate plum juice, chocolate and gluten free baking mixes. I also like the store because I can shop fast isles are well defined and not a hundred brands of same thing.

Good place to go to, has a lot to choose from. I really like the cart locking, where you have to put a quarter in to unlock it, then once your done lock it back and get your quarter back. Staff seemed friendly as well! Would go back and recommend highly.

I love going shopping here. They always have good quality items at a fair price. Only issue I had today was only one checker and 5 people in line. I was #2 but feel like another line could have opened to clear the lanes if for no other reason than vivid concerns.

I had purchased an item a few weeks ago and wanted a refund for the item. Upon entering the store I asked the lone cashier where I should go to speak with someone about it. She said to get in line....it was fairly long.I went ahead and picked up the items I wanted to buy then spoke with an employee stocking shelves and she was very helpful to me. She helped me to get the full refund and I was very happy about it..the total came to about $40. I had never had to return anything in all my many years of shopping at Aldi, so I was thankful that they took care of the issue for me.

Decent little grocery store. It mostly sells discount/ generic brands. I found the prices to be similar to what you would pay for the name brand versions, so didn't really see the value on most items. The store was exceptionally clean and we'll stocked. Check out lines were seriously long. 10 people lined up in both lines. More registers/lines would help most customers experiences there.

It was a Saturday & the store was very busy (as always!) but the great thing was every time a line formed the staff working the shop floor (the Manageress included) jumped on the checkouts with the checkout operators & cleared the line straight away!This makes for a great shopping experience!!

Always a positive experience. The employees are helpful and courteous and the store is clean and well organized. Love the weekly ads and the seasonal items. Fresh produce section is the best in town. Organic and conventional produce available and the prices are always more than fair.

Awesome prices. Unique items. Clean store. Very good meat selection, quality, value. Keep in mind that thos store may not have every item you're needing, but it is always my first stop for my monthly grocery haul.
