Horrible experience! very disappointed. don't let the pictures deceive you. This place in the middle of no where and no proper road service and scary and dangerous to drive there. No one is available on site to help you with any issues. no proper signs and very difficult to find your cottage. very old and rooms / bath rooms have bad smell..they send you 100s of emails before your stay asking for your details and asking you to confirm the guests information multiple times. very old tube type TVs in room. they say there is wifi but i could not get any connection and cell phone signal is very weak in the area so you would be cut off from the rest of the word during your stay.. check in / out times are ridiculous .. 5 PM check in 10 AM check out times is ridiculous.. no shops/ restaurants with in 30 minute drive.... if you are visiting Branson avoid staying at this place as it is a long and dangerous drive from Branson to get here...

Really enjoyed the pool and all the extra amenities around the lodge (mini golf, tree house, pickle ball court). Lodge appeared to be slightly worn on the exterior and certain areas of the interior but nothing to terrible. Really the main issue was the location relative to Branson activities 40 minutes away. Porch was great and plenty of space for a large group. It is pretty remote so unless you have Verizon gl with coverage.

I’ve been here twice and stayed in their lodges both times. Once in 2015 with 4 other families, all of us with children under the age of 5 at the time. And just recently during Memorial Day weekend with my mother, my siblings and their spouses, and with kids ranging from 3 to 8 years old. The accommodations and amenities were really good during our last stay but they have greatly improved. Our water went out our 2nd day there and maintenance addressed it quickly. The process to rent a platoon was simple and straightforward and in my opinion, extremely affordable. They provided kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets for free on the dock for everyone to use. It seemed like all the villas, lodges and cottages were fully booked during our stay but the resort didn’t seem crowded at all. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake vacation. I’m sure my family and friends will continue going for years to come.

We had a wonderful time at the Chalets! We stayed in the 4 bedroom Villa houses and it was beautiful. Our house backed right up to the water and we were able to walk to the edge of the water. The guys were able to do some fishing right from our backyard. The backyard portion was amazing. We had a fire going most nights and loved enjoying our dinner out at the back table and sitting in the rocking chairs around the fire. The beds were comfortable and even the kids rooms had "big" beds. It was interesting that the master bedrooms are on the top floor and kids on first floor but it worked out. Loved having the driveway too to ensure we could have 2 cars parked near the front door at all times, especially with the rain. Appreciated the ice bags and wood for the fire. Appreciated the shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms. Loved the putt putt course and the swing set/tree house. The toddlers were not interested in putt putt but it was nice to allow them to play on the swing set while us adults got a little competition going!Positives:- Comfy beds- Plenty of large towels!- Beautiful location- Loved the outdoor chairs, rockers and table around the firepit- Loved the putt putt course and swing set/tree house- Appreciated the amenities, soaps in bathrooms, trash bags, ice bags, firewood, etc- Loved having a high chair. A lot of rentals don't include that and we forgot ours so thankful for that!Areas of improvement:- Need smaller logs for the firepits. The larger logs were hard to burn so we had to search the yard for smaller sticks, use paper, etc- Wifi - Is there wifi? The book didn't mention a wifi password or anything- How to lock the front door - there was no mention in the book on how to lock the front door and we struggled figuring it out. Ended up having to lock it from the inside which might be the only way?- Utensils - need more measuring cups/spoons. No tablespoon. Knives need to be sharpened (particularly the steak knives). Lighter in the house didn't work. Luckily we brought out own.- Distance - Its a great remote location but is 40ish mins from downtown Branson. So that drive needs to be accounted for when planning your day- Restaurants - no restaurants or grocery stores close by. If there is and we didn't see them and there was nothing in the book about them. It would be nice to have that in the book so that could be easily accessible. Luckily, I had called prior to ask and was informed of the lack of grocery stores/restaurants close by and was able to plan accordingly.- Boat situation - We understand that it is end of March but its STL spring break. On the website, it made it seem that it was easy to just rent a boat and have it at the boat dock. This was not the case. We called the boating company listed on the website and they said they weren't "open yet" and weren't renting out until next month or so. Said it was due to the weather... Obviously we know boats aren't running all year but its spring break and we had a few nice days so it didn't make sense to us. This possibility was not mentioned on the website which should definitely be added. We ended up finding a boating company in Branson and had to drive the 45 mins to get on the boat from there... One of the perks we liked about the Chalets was the idea of the boat dock and renting a boat easily and going out from there, knowing some people might need to be dropped off for kids nap time, etc. But that wasn't possible. So that was very disappointing.Overall we had a great trip. The house was perfect minus the few mentions above. The location was beautiful and the house was comfy and cozy for our trip. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful place to stay!

Everything about our stay was exactly what our family wanted. It started the moment my granddaughter walked in and kept pointing and saying "Look, big bear!" The pontoon boat rental was easy and the appreciation ice cream and balloon art were a hit with the kids. Having kayaks, paddle boards, playground, and so much more gave us the relaxing family time we needed. Especially loved that nothing felt crowded. The biggest hit however was the pool with the slide. Most of our time spent just laughing and making memories there. Thanks to Roger and the staff who were always available, smiling and so helpful. We all hated leaving.

We spent 3 nights in villa 8. The house and lake front was such a treat. The property is very well maintained. They have basketball court, shuffle board, mini golf, and other activities on campus for guests to use for free. We enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back.

Our family held our reunion at the Chalets this year & we loved this special spot!! The accommodations are spacious & the lake views are gorgeous. All of the amenities made a week here fly by. ..the kids could putt putt in a safe location & the 2 pools were well used. We love the kid sized canoes & adult paddle boards. We couldn't believe how nice the pizza party was...fun music & games plus a welcome break from cooking in the middle of our week stay!!

Just arrived and so disappointed. The pictures online are very deceiving. Doesn't look like nearly the stuff to do that is listed online. Do not stay in the cottages if you are expecting any type of decent master ensuite. More like a coat closet with a shower, tiny sink and toilet. Just very disappointed and ready to leave and I stupidly extended a day before I knew how it was. Definitely should've picked Stillwater Resorts like I usually do.

Beautiful views, outdoor fireplace. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The only complaints we had were that it slept 12 people but the down stairs couches only had enough room for 5 people. The others had to sit at dinner table, or upstairs on a futon. The tvs were not smart tvs and it would have been nice to log into out accounts to watch movies, sports, or tv. They did have dish. Very pleasant relaxing stay overall. Bring your own towels they dont allow you to take them to the pool.

We stayed at the Chalets the last week of July and had a wonderful time! The accommodations were top notch and very clean. We rented a pontoon boat for 5 days from the Chalets. Wow! It was really nice. We stayed in the Big Elk Chalet with 4 couples. We had plenty of room and we would all go back in a heart beat even though it is a 12 hour drive for us. Thanks to Steve, the owner, Nikki, Rodger and all for making this the best vacation ever!

Loved this place! Beautiful grounds with indoor hot tubs and outdoor hot tubs overlooking Table rock lake. All kinds of games/activities outside to enjoy also! The only thing I would recommend is the kitchen needs to be better stocked with more cookware, pots and pans, large bowls , dishtowels and new, clean hot pads.

We were disappointed by the condition of the cottage. We stayed in cottage #3. The carpet looked dirty, holes in the wall and the furniture torn. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The description says all rooms have separate heating and cooling when in fact two bedrooms have no heat or air. They have the two side decks blocked off when we asked why we were told we couldn't use them because they were unsafe. The on-site manager was very nice but could do nothing for us. I reached out to Chalets on Table Rock Lake via their website as well as an email with my concerns and received NO response from either.

Great accommodations for our family reunion. Plenty of activities for all in our group, from the toddlers to Great Grampa. The couple that manage the resort are super friendly, with clear cut expectations of the rules (feel free to use resort equipment, but return it when not using it). However, when you go, go prepared. It's a long way to the nearest convenience store.

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent and we took advantage of them. We stayed in one of the older units and it needed minor sheetrock repair. Other than that, we were quite happy with our accommodations. We are already planning for next year.

Beautiful, well stocked plenty of space. Clean except for a little dusty. Nothing is clearly marked though. We arrived at night and there were no directional signs within the resort. We also had to do almost half the cleaning like stripping beds and stuff and still had to pay $150 cleaning fee when we booked.

This place was not worth the money. We arrived and the place was disgusting. We had to vacuum the whole place and clean before we unloaded our stuff. The futon was broken and covered in nastiness. There has been no tlc or money spent on this place in quite some time because it was nasty and the many of the cheap blinds were broken. We were so far away from everything fun, we felt stuck here. All the outdoor games were broken and missing all the pieces, the bikes all had to be aired up before use, and the golf carts could only be used on the short strip of road in front of the condos. Do not waste your money on the golf carts. The worst part was when we went to go to bed on the first night, the sheets were used and dirty in most of the beds. I smelled my pillowcase and almost vomited because it smelled like dirty hair and had not been washed before we arrived. We were up till almost 4am washing our bed linens.. Until these people get their acts together, don't waste your money or drive time. They only offered to refund the cleaning fee and said it was because the place hadn't been rented in a few months.... I suppose because we had to do it all ourselves when we got there. We have pictures to prove everything we are posting about.

This place was awesome! We stayed for a week and it was all great! There are a lot of things to do on the resort, and the house has pretty much anything you’d need! And if you need anything at all Roger (the guy on staff there during they day) is very helpful and quick to respond! I’d love to go back!

We stayed at Big Buck Lodge and had an awesome week. Spent every meal plus mornings and evenings relaxing on the large deck overlooking the lake. My 3 grandsons, ages 8, 6 and 4 spent most of their time in the beautiful pool that was just behind the lodge. Between pool times, we played miniature golf, shuffleboard, volleyball, climbed the treehouse, enjoyed the hottub and fished off the boat dock. We also rented a paddleboat one day. So much to do, we never left the resort. Roger was always readily available with a smile, helpful information and a "Glad you're here!" A few years ago, we stayed at a sister resort, Watermill Cove, and had an equally fantastic experience, so we knew we were choosing where to spend our vacation well. Thanks for a great time!

Recently had a weekend retreat here. Beautiful location tucked away in the Ozarks, overlooking Tablerock Lake. Lodges and Villas are very nice and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation place, lovey staff, and great spot to enjoy the lake! The one con is the level of maintenance around the area is lacking. Although this can be over looked because the places to stay are very nice and clean.

We just got back from our 6th year here. We absolutely love it there!! Nicest staff, so many activities and villas are fully stocked which makes it easier to not bring so much as we cook every meal there!

Stayed at the cottages. For the money it was really good. Pools were really nice and great location with excellent amenities. Playground was a little broken down and in need of upkeep.
