Great store and staff! The help here is friendly, knowledgeable, and made for a great experienceoverall! Large for a TSC store, and a large selection of merchandise to go with it. I drove here to purchase what other TSC stores didn't have! We will probably make this our primary store for pet food and etc. Truly a great find!

I can say I've always gotten great, fast, and friendly service at our local Lamar, MO. Orschlen Farm & Home store and this year I'm going to give purchasing some of their baby chicks a try.I purchased a 100'x48" roll of fencing to add to our dog run and their price beat everyone within a reasonable driving area. At today's gas prices I'll give a little more to our local store at checkout, rather than to waste $20 in gas trying to save $5 off the price of the roll of fence.

There are SO many things I like about the Lamar, MO Orschlens!!As soon as I walk in the door I'm greeted. Everyone from the manager, Cordell, to the newest employees say hi, call me by my name & ALWAYS ask if I need any help. GREAT PR!!If I'm looking for something they don't just point. They will actually walk me to it. If I ask a question & they don't know the answer they don't just say "I don't know". Instead they do whatever they need to do to find the answer.The store is always neat & clean.I'm a senior citizen & they always offer to load my horse feed into my vehicle.There's absolutely NOTHING I don't like about this store!!!

When I was having an electrical issue with my mobilehome that I just bought after chasing my tail I walked in this great store and given the information to move forward. I was able to get my new heating and cooling system finished.

Great employees and service. Been shopping here for 15 years but the rices…yuck!Used to buy 10 40lb bags of sunflower seeds every fall but gone from $14 to $31 in that time. Just can’t afford you anymore

We don't have an Orscheln in our city so we visit Lamar's. We love the store! It has so much more than farm items. I bought chickens there and of course a cool coop for them. The clothes are wonderful and I love the lawn furniture. Orscheln has all you need for your farm and home! I highly recommend shopping there! You won't be disappointed!

they have a lot of items in this semi small location (its not super small but its packed full ). some of the staff is super helpful then there is also some that do not know anything about anything and always have to ask for help. but all around we love going to this location for what we need. not perfectly clean but hey its a farm store what do you expect.

Never can find anyone to help you with your questions? Wish they would offer to help you out when you purchase heavier items. The staff arent very friendly. I struggled to load some heavy items onto a cart and there were a few staff members just standing there watching me struggle not one offered to help. I just dont like shopping at the lamar store. The one in nevada is a lot better.

Pretty good selection of pet care items, as well as tools, and lawn & garden supplies. They have some of the best prices on landscaping blocks, and I have been extremely happy with the 60 inch lawn sweep, I purchased there, last Summer. There isn't usually a wait to check out, which is always a bonus.

Good place to shop for certain items. We get our dog food here and if you catch it on sale you can get a good deal. Also a good place to shop for hardware like nuts and bolts, plumbing supplies etc.

The staff barely know what products they offer at the location.. how is the customer supposed to find anything if the staff don't even know if they sell it. Better training is needed in my opinion.

Was thankful they were open on the 4th. Had planned to repair the picnic table before a BBQ and needed longer screws. They had what we needed at a fair price and friendly, helpful staff.

Well bought a sprayer, a sale tag was up for $59. Got to register and she said $69. I feel any time a sale tag is up you should get sale price, no matter what.
