Dr. Winslow was treating our dog for congestive heart failure. Unfortunately, she was not responding to treatment & was getting much worse. Dr. Winslow was with me when I made the hardest decision. He & Shanda (his assistant) stayed with me till the end. Everyone was so very kind.

I haven’t lived in the lamar area for 12 years and just became a dog owner after 10 years of not having one. After taking Grunt, my dogs name, to a vet in the Jonesboro AR area I was feeling disturbed. They didn’t help him with the itching and I didn’t like the clinic. It was dirty and very smelly. I am going to take my dog from Jonesboro up to Lamar for treatment. Their staff and waiting area. There are immaculate and definitely worth the drive.

He helped us finally get answer on what was happening to our dog after visiting two other vets. But unfortunately by the time we got to him it was to late for our Archer. He kindly put him down for us. We have taken our animals to visit him since we know he will give straight answers with his extensive years of knowledge. He also helped diagnose our cat as being diabetic and helped to begin getting him on an insulin care routine.

My daughter had to take her dog in today and have her put down the staff and the dr went above and beyond to help my daughter through this hard time I can't thank u guys enough

This is a wonderful kind caring place to take your pets. Our 2 dogs had their 1st visit here today, and they were taken very good care of! They got their year shots and exams. I will be taking my dog here from now on!

They took good care of my cat. Very friendly staff and they explained everything well. My cat is doing wonderful. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing services for their pets.

Was the worst place go to get help cause my cat was ran over and all the Dr. Was worried about the $500 payment my friend owed.. paid $200 up front and he wanted more.. we would have gone to critters and pals but they were closed (might have been alot cheaper then Winslows) was constantly saying " you gotta have the rest $300 in the next day or 2"..... he wasn't very understandable because my friend had to buy new tires for his truck which is close to $800. Always like " are u sure your gonna have the rest of my money in the next day or 2?" The vet works with live stalk and other big animals but for my small cat he wants to break the bank. I hope he reads this too so I don't gotta waist my time and voice to say this and more to him!!

First time visiting and last.the old vet looked at my dogs broke,cut and infected paw. He did nothing, he didn't clean it,he didn't wrap it, nothing. He sold me 15 antibiotic pills and told me if I needed more to come pick them up. They charged 171.00. When I came back to get the pills, which he said where included in the first bill. They charged me again. In your own response you said I wanted something for nothing and you admitted I paid 171.94. In my world 171.94 is not nothing. U hack.

Dr. Winslow is awesome! He takes the time to listen to you talk about YOUR pet. I took my dog in the other day and Dr. Winslow ended up staying an hour past closing to run more tests until he found the issue. He didn't charge me extra or send me home without an answer. He is the best!

We took our dog to him in the dead of night because he couldn't walk right. He was great in trying to treat him, he cared for our loss as we lost him not ling after. I think these guys are great they were kind and helpful until his end.

Called with an unexpected visit request and was scheduled for an appointment in less than 2 hours. The Vet was very knowledgeable and truly caring about my kid (pet). Would recommend 100%.

Well, my dog went missing and I was hurt and injured and they found time to see her and check her but I felt like they could do more but they were still kind enough to see her so I am appreciate for that but I wish I had done more care

Very nice people. They were able to get me in with my wife's pomeranian at 11:30 am after I called them at 8:30am to see if they could get us in. They also do livestock veterinary work, so I'll be taking my highland cows there for their vaccinations and whatnot. Will be going back for future veterinary needs

Was so thankful Winslow got my mare in on Sunday close to closing time when she got a wire in her foot. He really helped ease our nerves. Have went to him a long time and will continue.

I'm not going to lie, I had liked this vet... I took my dog over there to have a parvo test done. On the phone he said it would only cost $34. I handed him $35 and he said "This is good enough for now" like he wanted more money or something. He wouldn't let us out of the car to do testing or anything. He came back outside and told me she has parvo. He gave me an estimate for a ridiculous amount so I found a different vet that would take her for cheaper. That vet did a different (I guess more accurate) parvo test and she was negative for Parvo. I honestly feel like I have been lied to, to suck out a bunch of money from me.

This is not a good place to go to . This man has lost animals in his care . An has left dead cows out in the heat of summer to stink up the neighborhood. Not a smell you want when you go out your door .

Dr Winslow saved my Brandy girl..she had to have C-section and hysterectomy and she was really sick with infection and he pulled her through it..I'm thankful for him!!
