I've been in this place so many times that I pretty much know where everything is by now and today I go there to get quikrete and the guy told me to pull through their little bay and I did there was a gentleman in there who decided to throw his hands up in the air and get an attitude and get all huffy puffy I'm not going to be shopping here anymore I'm usually down to shop local but not anymore after this I will drive 25 mi to go to home Depot. Because this isn't the first time I've seen their employees get rude and drive recklessly and such out in the public and not care about their customers.

In the past, I had only purchased smaller items I needed, and never really considered prices. I think you just assume you are paying a little more for convenience. I was wrong! This year, I have had the opportunity to purchase several more costly items, that warrant comparing prices. Such as, bulk lumber, a decorative entry door, French doors, custom tile showers, and others. I admit, I was surprised how competitive their prices are compared to the larger box stores. But, I was equally impressed with the variety of items available. Each time I sat down with a specialist, who discussed options, but more importantly asked the questions necessary to ensure I was not only getting what I wanted, but getting the proper size or quality, I actually needed, as well. Their convenience and fair prices, brought me in occasionally, but the exceptional service, and attention to detail, created a loyal customer, for life.

The employees and owners there are above par excellent! Always going the extra steps to check on products and find what I need no matter how big or small. Such a refreshing change to the common 'not my problem' big box answer.

I went in to get some stuff and no help from anyone no acknowledgment I was even stood at the counter while one guy ate, a guy standing at the end of the end of the counter and one sitting in his office.. I heard they are rude but I actually seen it first hand. That was my first time visiting that store and it will be the last!!! NOT Recommended.

I brought a window in to have the glass replaced and the gentleman went above and beyond to help me. Always has really awesome service when I go in and always has what I need in stock. Great place to get your hardware.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. This was my last time trying to do business here. Worst customer service ever!!! No one will ever help you, I have been in at least 1/2 a dozen times and it is always the same. Employees just stand around and talk to each other. I have gone to the front counter to ask for help and stood there listening to the employee's talk to each other, and not about work stuff, and refuse to even accnolige I was there. That had happened at least 3 times. I have never left this store not completely infuriated with the employee's. Worst customer service experience ever, I will not be back!
