Great staff very friendly always bring my dog and cat here. Very helpful when appointment is finished receptionist goes into detail of treatment if needed. Questions about what was preformed during appointment are answered and if receptionist doesn't have the answer they are more then willing to get the answer or do the best to have the Veterinarian come to the front for the answer.

I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Martin and her staff for years. They r very good with them and I totally trust them to do whatever is needed to keep them well. I board with them and also have grooming services done and I'm always satisfied. They care alot for our fur babies when we need them most. Dr. Martin has a wonderful caring way with them and a wealth of knowledge.

Our dog things it is doggy heaven there! He always gets so much love and treats. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They even came in in the middle of the night to check him out once. We love this vet and greatly appreciate all the care they have provided so far for our "little pony" and all the care I am certain they will provide in the future. Our Great Dane is growing up big and strong thanks to these wonderful people!

I've loved this vet since the first time I took my dogs there four years ago. They are affordable and great with the dogs and their owners. May 31, 2018, we had to take our oldest dog to them to have her put to sleep. They were so caring and considerate and went above and beyond our expectations, we even received a condolences card a short time later. I will never take our pets anywhere else as long as we live in Lamar.

Best vet in town... Very compassionate... Had to put my boxer down and everyone was so helpful and respectful and thoughtful even after it was over. They even send a sympathy card ... You don't find too many that will take the time to do that ....

Worst vets office I have ever attempted to deal with. Lady that answers phones needs to learn to do her job or learn how to treat people on the telephone. Sorry she doesnt enjoy her job, but being rude on the telephone because your having a bad day is not a reason for my puppy to die. Wouldnt even pee on this place if it was on fire. They even let your neighbor bring your cat in claiming its sick and put it down no questions asked!

These guys are great with care and love. We had lost one of our pets after finding an infection in her uterus after fixing and they were clear in the options and what was wrong with her. They did everything to save her but she didn't make it. They sent love and support for our loss and even sent a card for us signed by everyone. they seem great to me :)

Love the veterinary. She cares about the animals that she treats. My husband and I have only taken our animals to her for acupuncture. One of our dogs, before going to this clinic, could not get up and walk. After the first session our dog got much better. Have gone back several times for both dogs to have acupuncture. Has helped immensely.

Dr. Martin and her staff are always so caring, and genuine, I couldn't imagine trusting my pets health to anyone else. Dr. Martin is quick to explain what is best for your pet, and what isn't. Explained in a way you can understand, so you can keep your pet as happy & healthy as possible.

I rescued my little dog in May of this year, she has been miserable with itching & scratching since then. I mean just awful! Took her in to Dr. Martin, she cleaned her ears, and viola, it ended! No idea why, gonna call & find out the why, seems weird, but totally miraculous! Recommend Dr. M with four stars! 👏

I found a dog and went to see if it had a chip. I got there as they were opening, the lady was very rude. She tryed reading the chip after a little bit and then informed me most people don't chip their pets and to post a picture on face book, that wouldn't have been so bad if she would have been nicer, i then asked what it would cost to get a check up for the dog (never got an answer) but she didn't tell me to fill out paper work i tried my best but it asked specific questions and when i asked how she would like me to answer the breed and history she gave a disgusted look and walked out

I took my cat in because she had eye swelling a couple months ago, and now she is unable to eat solid food without bleeding, and she has lost all the weight we fought so hard to put on her prior to the vet visit! She had been sick before, with an ear infection and what we assumed to be some form of pneumonia, but we took her to a different vet and she was perfectly okay after they gave her the medicine. But she got sick again, with the swollen eye and what not, so my mother in law and I took her to Critters and Pals due to it being closer, and a 20 dollar office visit.. That woman took her into the back room and she came out with Lily shortly after. Stating we needed to do X-rays and surgery and what not... And charged us 125 dollars as opposed to the original 20, most of the expenses going towards cat amoxicillin and the eye drops she needed. As of this moment, Lily is less than 3 pounds at a year old, and still sick. Despite the medication and the eye drops. I will not take an animal to that fishwife again! I advise others to steer clear as well, and go the extra mile to a veterinary hospital in Pittsburg.

Don't go here if your animal is really bad sick .It's trouble when you have a sick animal, an they won't see you . That's like having a sick child an the doctor won't see you . If they wheren't really sick you wouldn't be there if the first place . If you could have healed them on your own you would have .

Need to get one of my dogs in to see a Vet. I was told they couldn't see my pet for at least a week . So if it's an emergency don't expect to get in there .
