Don't get me wrong I'm glad my baby got a haircut. I feel like 60$ is very expensive for a 6lb Yorkie. Just my opinion. I will go elsewhere next time. Lady seemed to be very irritated today. I heard great reviews about this place but I will be going elsewhere. Customer service means everything to me.Response to owner:Like I said I'm thankful for you cutting my girls hair. She does look good. This is the 3rd place I've been to and the only one without getting a price up front first. I wanted her shaved I don't understand the matted fee when she was getting shaved anyways. Thanks again but I will go someone where I know the cost without all the hidden fees.

Would 100% recommend! My dog's groom was done well and quick. The owner is honest and cares about the dogs.

The owner of the Painted Pom it's very kind and was able to get our dogs worked into her schedule. She was very kind and loving towards our dogs. You can definitely tell if she's in animal person. We greatly appreciated the services we received there

Our puppy Lilith has pretty sharp little nails and really long hair so bringing her here for grooming is wonderful. The owner is awesome and really good with our little Lilith we would never go elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place! The groomer/owner (I think) was amazing with our dogs and super helpful. I will keep my furbabies in her appointment! She was so nice and welcoming!

Not very polite over the phone. My review has nothing to do with you not being able to get her in. You are not the only groomer in town and her last haircut wasn't a year ago.
