CHAD and the rest of the crew are ON IT!!! Whether it's a .10 cent screw or a $399 water heater the service is always the same!! Better selection on several items than the big box stores.Keep up the good work!

I've shopped here for years since I came here in 08. Pretty much all good until today the grouchy old dude didn't take my word on a price and snapped to go check it before giving to me. I'm an honest customer never had an issue but that tone made me feel like they thought I was shoplifting and didn't value my business. Same guys always a grouch. No people skills and sounds like it's a pain to engage in a little back and forth when shopping here. Probably the wrong business for him to work in.
