Best Walgreens around. I've been there many times and everyone is very very friendly. The pharmacy is always staying busy and always makes sure you are taken care of. Always having deliveries to stay on top of everyone's medications. If it's not there one day it's usually there the next. Both pharmacists are nice the other pharmacy workers are really nice and always smiling and trying to help as much as they can. If the medication you need badly isn't there they will call around and try to find a place that has it so you don't go a day without it. They always try their best and I will continue to go to this store for my business.

Had to wait 30 minutes for prescheduled vaccine appt. and no one else was there for vaccines. Very dissatisfied with the Tech that was supposed to administer my vaccines. Unsanitary set up(ungloved) and unprofessional attitude. Opted for Pharmacist to replace Tech and she was unfriendly prior hearing my complaints about the Tech. I won't go to the store pharmacy again. Additionally prices were quite a bit higher than other places in town.

Very hateful people behind the counter. We’re trying to fill our addiction medication and lady was very rude and is very hard to work with. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Walgreens always treats me kindly, especially the pharmacy. I was attempting to create a refill on my Walgreens app and it gave me an error. I had processed a refill order for some needles last week, but got an error message then, so I tried again today. It also gave me an error. So I called the pharmacy. The tech who answered the phone was very kind and said the reason it had given the error message was because the script had already been filled. It was good to know that. My local store is fabulous, but the app needs some tweaks! Thank you, Walgreens for being there!

Never have script in stock.... and if you need life saving meds don't have the script sent in anywhere near noon cuz they will shut that window on you no matter how important the script is.... should be illegal

Go pick up your meds somewhere else. Extremely slow, unorganized, and chaotic pharmacy. Multiple times I have received calls saying my meds were ready for pickup, yet I get there and they aren’t ready. Takes at least 15 minutes each time to complete the process. Go somewhere else if possible.

Have had great success with their photo printing and can always find good deals. However, I just bought a couple things from their wellness section and came to find out that I could’ve gotten the exact same item $10 cheaper somewhere else. C’mon Walgreens 👎

I have to say I've never had a problem with Walgreens there's always something need an interesting I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and kind and courteous and other people that work there or always kind and courteous also.

Every visit to Walgreens begins with a canned greeting, "Welcome to Walgreens" and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. However, recently they missed an opportunity to SHINE. My 90 year old mother uses a nebulizer in treatment of COPD. Her physician wrote a new RX for a stronger medication to be started when her old medication was gone (she had enough to take her thru Monday and decided on the prior Saturday to change all her prescription meds to Walgreens. In talking to the pharmacist I was told that they did not have enough of the nebulizer medication on hand but would have it for me to pick up on Monday afternoon. My mother lives approx. 4 blocks from the pharmacy and should not be driving. Since I live in another town 15 miles away and we were anticipating snow and -0 temperatures, I asked if there was anyway they could deliver the medication on Monday afternoon. I was told there was no arrangement for delivery and they couldn't help.I have always been a stickler for customer service and many times went an extra step to facilitate a customer. I'm sure there was someone in the store who could take 10 minutes to go 4 blocks and deliver life saving medication to an elderly lady in a below zero snowstorm. That would have made Walgreens SHINE in my book, and certainly in Kirksville.

The Manager at this facility is on vacation 364 a year. I dare you to find him on the floor. Nothing personal, merely an observation over the years....Aside from that fact a Wonderful Place and have always enjoyed the curtsy I have been extended by the staff that covers for the manager.....

This is my go-to redbox spot too. The Walgreens is nice for a quick shop that is not work going into a grocery store for.
