A knowledgeable and helpful customer service agent offered me a friendly greeting when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I didn't know which tool I needed, so it was nice that someone offered to help. The agent quickly helped me find the two items I needed and also offered to install my front license plate for me. I'll definitely return to Tractor Supply for my hardware store needs in the future.🙏

Shop here often for horse feed and supplies. Have consistently received great customer service. Usually they have to get my bags of feed for me and then load them in my vehicle which they always do willingly. Highly recommend this store.

My experience started out great. Lots of assistance with great customer service. They were out of the item I needed (pond food), and offered a rain check. They assured me it would be in Wednesday and they would call me. I did not receive a phone call and on Saturday when I was out of the food I ran down to the store thinking they had been to busy to call or maybe just overlooked me. I was told they did not get any in on the truck. When I ask why they did not call and tell me so I could figure something else out, they explained it was not their policy. It would take to long because they have long list. If you can not follow through on this service then why even have it. It would have taken 30 seconds to let me know it did not come in.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I used to shop here more than I do now, but prices are generally higher than buying online, and I can get what I need delivered to my house. The store most of the time does not have what I need in the store. Plus, taxes are getting ridiculous in Kirksville. Not has high as Schuyler County but almost. I have bought items I needed through their website and picked them up in store to save on shipping charges.

My husband placed an order online, and I picked it up. The clerk was somewhat rude but went to get it. She came wheeling out a very large bag of animal feed along with 2 big jugs of other stuff. She then looked at me and said, "I suppose you can use the cart, but you have to be sure to bring it right back inside."I am 5'9" and weigh 127 lbs.My husband was livid when I got home and told him that I had to load everything myself.WE WON'T SHOP THERE AGAIN!

This is my go-to store for all my bottle calf supplies which are always in stock. The staff at Kirksville, MO TSC are always friendly and very helpful with any questions or needs I may have (and trust me, I generally need help of some kind!). I appreciate the work they do.

(Kirksville,MO) I wish I remember the name of the gal who helped me from start to finish and her colleague. The kennel reccomended was perfect for the trip. As she said, puppy throw up not even 15 into the trip. (Cero mess). Thanks again

Get some help in this store and refill the products a couple of handicap carts would help not all customers are completely mobile short staff are all over worked. Seniors shop here also get it together.

Was looking for a jacket and stopped by on way home not really expecting much. They were having a sale on clothes and found a nice Jacket with zipper pockets for less than 10 dollars. They also had nice hoodies and cool plaid shirts on sale. Will stop by to shop more often.

I don't buy much here, but they do carry a particular type of dog food our pooch is fond of, "4Health" chicken flavor, which is only carried by TSC. This store is pretty conveniently located along Hwy 63 / Baltimore and has plenty of parking. Employees are helpful but don't overwhelm me. It works!

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks. Good checkin, good unloading, and ovnp is around the side of Harbor Freight, plenty of room in paved lot. Enter driveway for portable dock delivery unload from Rosewood. This same driveway goes around the back side of all the stores and you'll see the large lot(ovnp on side of lot) and can also depart through this lot back onto main rte.

Missing Wellness Turkey cat food in can for the 3rd time. Told them they were out and have not reordered it. I do like the store and I do buy my pet food there. Hope they restock soon.

I do not recommend this company! I purchased a 12v mack truck for my daughter's birthday but after getting it home I found out it only went in reverse. After exchanging for another one and assembling it I found that the new one went in reverse in 1st and 2nd gear and half speed forward in reverse gear. I exchanged one last time and the third vehicle had similar issues. I tried to get my money back, only to find out that I have to wait a around 10 days for a check to be sent. After all of this waisted time I still dont have a gift and I'm waiting to get my money back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Tractor Supply Co. seems like a really good place to purchase a gun vault. I bought one of their large size Cannon safes several years ago, and the price was definitely competitive.
