I have been in The Golden Ruler just a hand full of times - usually, I just drop off my package to be shipped and leave.Today, I had a package that was shipped to the wrong address via FedEx and the correction label was for UPS. I did not have a legal sized UPS envelope, so, I walked into the Golden Ruler hoping they could help.AMAZING customer service. They didn't just have the envelope I needed, they even repackaged my contents into the new envelope and put the label on, and sealed it.Kindness - it's so easy to recognize, but it's become so rare -- the Golden Ruler still has it!

They were so helpful! I had two large posters for homecoming. I brought all my pieces, and they helped me put it together and laminated them.

Went there to drop off a package for UPS. I had used the wrong method for return shipping label and they helped me get the right one in a very cooperative and friendly manner even though it was hectic there at the time. Very appreciative of their service.

I always come in time to time and drop my packages off. Super nice guy sometimes he meets you at the door and takes them for you. Wonderful business.

Very helpful on how to do a return on UPS packages, especially since the Kirksville main UPS hub closed and I did not know and it showed open on the internet. Luckily Golden Ruler was open and more than helpful and even walked me through how to get a real return label since that is what I actually needed. Thanks again!

Small Family owned businesses. They have 5 children who also help daily at their store.If you are from out of town, call ahead and place your order. They go up and above to take care of their customers.They take UPS but DO NOT take QR codes - however they will help you get a real label if you need it.The nearest UPS Store is Columbia or Quincy so pick “UPS drop Point”

I had an odd experience. I went there to drop off a ups package, and there was a pamphlet rack set up as a barricade between the entry way and the main store. The staff was on the store side and spoke to me but made no apology for the state of the store. UPS packages were in a messy pile on the door side of the barrier. I know everybody is struggling with covid, but it made me uncomfortable and I made different choices next time I shipped a package. Prior to that visit I would have rated them 5 stars.

I drop UPS packages off almost daily here. The staff is always welcoming and come to my assistance when I have a large amount to drop off. I highly recommend them!

Really nice place for office supplies and ups drop offs. Just make sure to have a label, they can't use barcodes (not that I know of)

My fraternity ordered about a dozen paddles from this company. They were ordered a little more than three months ago, and we still haven't received them or received any indication that they'll be ready any time soon. I can't speak for their other services but as far as Greek items go, I would strongly advise taking your business to another establishment.

Apparently the actual UPS store doesn't have the ability to print labels so they send you here. Their words verbatim ”golden ruler is actually more of a ups store then we are”. So if you have to ship anything ups here's your place. They do need a sign that stands out a bit more though.

Very nice people. They know what they're doing even when I don't. I just keep going back whenever I need to. I know there are other places in Kirksville that can do the same thing but why mess with a sure thing.
