Nice store, especially in a small town. Clean and well-lit. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Employees are helpful and the check-out line is usually not too long. Just wish they were bigger!

Very underwhelmed and disappointed with the lack of selection. Men's wear was a joke. The women's plus size was only a few racks. I did like the variety of shampoo offered - they carry one of my preferred brands. And the staff was friendly. But like I said, disappointed overall and probably will not be making another trip up.

Found some cute clothes but due to the fact you cannot try on anything I didn't purchase anything. They wouldn't even allow me to try on the clothes in the aisle since the dressing rooms are closed due to "covid". Went to 3 other clothing stores in the area and their dressing rooms were open, so it worked out.

They have a very very tiny selection of items. There is a better chance of going in and walking out with nothing other than something.

I love Marshall’s and am very glad that there is now a store closer to where I live. The store was very clean, and staff was friendly. However, the store itself was small and most isles were so packed with products that I could hardly push the smaller cart down the isle without running into items or shelves. Another minor thing that bugged me, is that the shopping carts can’t be pushed past the entrance door. So I had to carry my baby and 5 large bags packed full of Marshall’s finds out to my car in one trip because I was afraid that the man in front of the building smoking the entire time I was there, would help himself to my items if I left a few behind to make two trips from my car to the entrance.

Good Store but we bought a candle that was 8$ and the barcode was a little ripped but it still says 8$ but the cashier just charged us 10$

I spent 20 minutes deciding which glass pumpkin would work for me and my daughter. I took them to the register, paid for them, only to have the cashier stuff them in the bag, and broke the one I wanted most. It was the only one they had. I know it can happen, but totally bummed me out.

Marshalls has a nice selection of apparel both men's women's and children's...lots of household essentials plus many extras all at very good prices... friendly staff and very clean store ... plentiful parking!!

Amazing customer service!!!! Would give a 6th star if I could! Never had a bad experience and I go here more than I need to! They helped me out with a return from a marshalls + homegoods store that I had gone to and it turned out to be pretty confusing since this is just a marshalls store, but they pulled through and I’m really happy they were able to figure it out and help me out!

I wish they had more bottoms that fit me. They are usually skinny and stretch. Other things are good.i love the store it is a fun place to shop.

Didn't go in for really anything but to kill some time, ended up buying a pair of sandals. Marshalls has to be one of the better places to shop in Kirksville.
