I grew up in this area and have always enjoyed visiting Jungle of Joy's Pet Shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer questions and offer advice. I will NEVER go to another pet store. You just can't receive the same amazing service and treatment at big box stores like pet smart. They care so very much about their animals and their customers! It truly is a gift to have such an amazing little store right here in town. I encourage everyone to shop here.

Picked up a furry animal from them and it ended up having mites. I've had friends who said they have gotten something with mites also!!! They act like they care about their animals so much and bash you if u don't buy your animals from them and I've never had a Problem with any other retailer!!!! They make u feel like you don't know anything about animals even if you have don't tons of research for that animal!

Fantastic little pet shop.Great advice on a new food source for my frogs. ❤️All the animals looked to be very well cared for and in some cases extremely happy. Joy always does an amazing job on grooming my 4 kids(dogs). The place itself is always clean and the employees and owners are very nice and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable.

Joann and the other employees there are really good at helping with whatever you need. They will try to figured out any questions you may have and if they don't know the answer right off they will find the answer for you. I absolutely love this pet store

Went in today and saw good sheds from the snakes left behind- a good indicator that they are properly being cared for. Some enclosures in need of cleaning, but completely understandable given they just opened for the day. Excellent selection of both the common and uncommon pets.

The animals all look well cared for and healthy. Have gotten decent advice for my beginning steps into reptile keeping. Always friendly and able to help with questions. Being to hold and socialize the pets is a special treat as well.

Cute little shop. Mostly fish (lots of them!) but they do have also have lizards, spiders, snakes, etc. Lots of fish and lizard supplies for tanks, as well as crickets and mice for feeding. They get in some exotic things sometimes, our friends have bought a Macaw and Bearded dragons from them. They even had some goats outside when we were there. You just never know what you're going to find!

They have quality pet products here, are knowledgeable about the care of the pets that they offer, and take great care of their animals! The store space is small, but if you can't find what you want in-store, they can almost always order anything you need.
