I was impressed with this location for the most part. It was clean and seemed to be well run. They had everything I wanted and needed. I was impressed with them but I just don’t care for any Hy-Vee pharmacy.

Older cashier was complaining how many groceries I had in my cart and was talking down to me and was putting fingers in the air saying buy 2 get 1 free. But explained 3 times when there was never a question. I am from the Des Moines area where they have drive up and she had never heard of such a thing. Being handicapped a very nice customer helped me load my car. The bagger asked another bagger for help. They asked if you can’t or you don’t want to bag the groceries. His response was I don’t want to bag this many groceries. I had 1 cart. Are they this way when families come in? I am glad I don’t live in that area.

Once again my 80 year old mother has bought almost $9 worth of spoiled lunch meat from the delicatessen counter. This store continues to disappoint after being a loyal customer to the company since the store was in it previous location on the south side of town I will be taking her to Aldi from now on to do her weekend shopping at least they don't sell expired or spoiled products to their customers. 4th time in a year she has bought either expired or spoiled products never again.

Top notch customer service. The manager personally delivered an order that didn't get to the person I bought it for, even though it was more than likely an Instacart issue. He called me several times to make sure he knew the details, and to come up with a solution.

VERY GOOD, but Dierbergs (if one is near you) is MUCH better for a far wider variety of foods and other items. We particularly like the meat department.

Good selection, staff is helpful when asked, prices are a little higher than Wal-Mart and Aldi. We prefer HyVee to the other grocery stores in town.

If you want the absolute finest fresh produce NW Barry Rd across the street south of St. Luke’s Northland Hospital is an excellent choice.

The Hy-Vee Pharmacy is where I go and they always do a great job. I just got my flu and shingles vaccinations. Didn't have to wait very long.

Worst pharmacy ever. Gave my daughter someone else's prescription by mistake. They never answer the phone and if you happen to get a person they are rude.

Rating: 4.6 StarsThis is a very nice grocery store. I like their produce. When I am in town for work, I always get my fruit, protein bars, and protein shakes here. I like getting Starbucks here. The store is clean, and the staff are nice.However, I am a little curious about the mark-up on these apple slices. :P Supply chain issues?

I have never left a review for this establishment due to never having a good experience here. Not saying I've had bad experiences. Tonight was different. Kirsten is a very pleasant young lady. She was very personable and seemed happy to be there. I told her that she made my visit pleasurable. And she did. She needs to be recognized for her great customer service skills.

Employees are nice. There’s a Starbucks!! Would highly recommend the dining area because of the large selection. Flowers are always fresh and gift shop has many options.

Still getting used to this store, the prices, and the layout of the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which catches me off guard. The store is clean, well stocked and faced, and will supply most households with all the groceries they need. I personally disagree with the prices, but I don't shop too much anymore so I do not know what is considered "fair pricing".Thank you for such a wonderful staff, I do look forward to my next visit.
