Taller grey beard man at till told me to go to the only other register open as he was signing someone up for credit card. I did as requested. He then began taking customers after he signed up someone for credit. He checked out more than two customers as I waited in line. I hope he met his credit card sign up quota. Terrible customer service here.

I was very upset moving from Tampa, and realizing there was no Harbor Freight, in Macon, Mo. Then I discovered Harbor Freight, was a short drive away in Kirksville! The gentleman that assisted me was awesome and truly happy to assist me. This Harbor Freight, has more electronic test equipment & tools ( in stock) than any of the stores in Tampa Bay. I am truly pleased that I moved to the area...

Very helpful staff, from moment I entered the door to my exit. Easy to find tools I was looking for, and to just graze whats new. Only reason not 5 star is the general quality of the tools. But hey, that is why Harbor exists, tools for the occasional user at prices you can afford!

It was Grrrrrreat!!! I'm like a kid in a candy store everytime I go in there...! So many bargains, so little time! And the sweet young lady that's almost always working there in the evenings is always so kind and helpful in every way. She never rushes me out the door at close like so many people do anymore. She is always a delight to do business with. Suggestion:Dedicate just ONE area to clearance items because I found it quite frustrating and nearly impossible to locate the clearance items scattered throughout the store on the isle end caps. Put em all up front like the open box items are. Thank you!

My daughter wanted me to get her a free flashlight using a coupon. This thing was almost microscopic. It's advertised to run for 48 hours on three AAA batteries. To get this thing free you had to purchase something else. I found rechargeable batteries for 7 dollars. I can never find these at Walmart, so scooped them up. Glad I got something too😎

Great prices on lots of useful stuff for around the house ! I've bought several "cheap" machetes and some saws and for the low prices they can't be beat ! And if they get stolen .....oh well !
