I had a corsage made for my daughter for her formal dance...paid extra for the flowers we WANTED, but I was called 2 days before and informed that that flower wouldnt work and she would make something pretty in the colors we requested...IT WAS SHAMEFUL WHAT THEY PUT TOGETHER!!! I WOULDN'T HAVE PUT IT ON MY DOG! It's now 2 HOURS before the dance! IM FURIOUS AND DISGUSTED! THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HIW TO TIE RIBBONS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!UPDATE: The replacement was just as CHEAP AND UGLY as the FIRST so my daughter WONT HAVE A CORSAGE FOR THE DANCE!!! FURIOUS doesn't even come close

We ordered a boutineer and a corsage today around 2 pm (we worried our daughter would change her mind on what she was wearing last min) once we committed to a color. Less than 3 hours later I went and picked them up and they were perfect! When I got home it became apparent that I should have thought to get my niece one as she was already enjoying wearing a dress like her cousin. As soon as she saw the flowers she got her hopes up and became upset when we explained that they weren't for her. I called The Blossom Shop back immediately to see if they could put something together before they closed. They did so without hesitation, saved the day and made 2.5 year old feel so special! We were already extremely satisfied with our experience, but this is the kind of above and beyond from a small business that builds a loyal customer base. They now have 2 families that will loyally direct business their way.Another plus, the pricing was perfectly reasonable.(Photo is from at the end of the night so, they are a bit warn by then.)Thanks again to The Blossom Shop!

Wonderful, thoughtful customer service. I sent a birthday basket with fruit and a stuffed animal to a friend whose cat just died, and the florist chose an adorable kitty as the stuffed animal and the freshest yummiest looking fruits and beautiful flowers. So comforting that considerate, personal touches like this still happen in a world where everything is becoming more and more automated. My friend was delighted by their beautiful gift, and their surviving kitty (who had been out of sorts with the death of their soulmate) wrestled and snuggled with the plush kittycat.Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were given surprise flowers through the Blossom Shop from Chewy after letting them know one of the pets on my Chewy account had passed away. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and smell wonderful.I had just told Chewy this morning about the passing of my pet, so the Blossom Shop got the arrangement done very fast for a same day notice! I was surprised but very appreciative to both Chewy and the Blossom Shop.I felt bad because I was asleep when they came to deliver (left work early due to illness and took a nap) but they left a voicemail to make sure I was aware of where the flowers were. They took caution because of the wind, which I wouldn't have blamed them if something happened as they were just following instructions Chewy gave them to leave it on my porch if there was no answer.I would highly recommend them!

Blossom Shop Flowers was contacted, from another state, for an arrangement for my oldest brothers funeral.I had requested fall colors, gave a budget, etc.They were friendly, asked if I would like anything special, extremely professional and sympathetic.Upon veiwing the arrangement, at the funeral, I was taken back by the beauty and array of colors. It was absolutely beyond what I could have imagined.I would highly recommend this Shop for all floral arrangements. And feel confident that you'll receive the highest quality of flowers and Service.

I did not actually Order flowers from here, Not because I did not want to but because after 2 hours of calling and reaching out on their Facebook page I received no response back. At one point I believe they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I was attempting to Order flowers for an Amazing woman for her birthday. I wanted to verify that they could be delivered by a certain time because the recipient was only going to be at her place of business until a certain time. I live 300 miles away so it was important to verify this very simple thing. The flowers weregoing to be delivered literally a few blocks away within walking distance. Needless to say I ordered from another company who guaranteed me delivery in my now 3 hour time window I had left to get them there. I also like to add I like to send flowers, not sure if they care but they just lost hundreds of dollars in sales a year which as a small business is what keeps your doors open.

Absolutely loved my wedding bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets, mens' boutonnieres, the corsages, and all of the flower arrangements and decorations that Blossom Shop made for my wedding! There were a number of extra services that Melodie offered for a reasonable price as well, and they just gave a very nice touch to the reception. Both she and Cindy were wonderful to work with. We had several meetings discussing what I wanted and they were always so patient with me, and had some great ideas as I explained my wishes. I would definitely go to this florist again next time I need any kind of floral arrangement. THANK YOU, Melodie and Cindy. Beautiful, awesome work.

I live thousands of miles away but a good friend had a family member's funeral in nearby Edina and I wanted to send flowers. The only flower shop in Edina was closed and I tried several other nearby places with no help on a Friday afternoon with the wake the following Sunday. Blossom Shop worked with me and made sure it happened with a beautiful arrangement! I can't thank them enough for coming through.

Poor substitute for what I ordered. Picked out a deluxe flower bouquet (sunflowers, day lilies, roses, black eye susans) to send to my 18 year old daughter, and instead, got a bunch of greenery with a couple of daisies and a pink rose. The arrangement was mote appropriate for a funeral than to cheer up a homesick young lady. Terrible value and poor quailty.

I only asked for one thing. Just one. I asked for the plant being sent to my "2nd" Dad's funeral to have a red ribbon. What did I find instead? A purple ribbon that didn't match the foil wrapper (it was magenta) that was around the pot. SO disappointed!
