Every dollar general is basically the same. A mess. Stuff on the floors, and can't get anyone up front to check you out. Glad they have self checkout now, so I dont have to hunt anyone down. However they have great prices, and it's so convenient. So I'll keep going back

The manager & most of the workers are very helpful & friendly here. I do most of my shopping here & the store is pretty clean as well. Good 'in-between store', for groceries & other everyday household & yard/garden necessities.

This One Was Very Busy ! Cashier was Keeping up Well ! Stock wasn't Much, Looked Wiped Out ! Pleasant Experience ! Was Hoping For Some Glass Bowls but, Did Find Glass in Pet or Regular Area ! Settled for a Cheap Plastic Bowl !

This stores a mess.hard to find anything and the staff are never at the register. You have to squeeze a dog toy to get attention and often still wait to get checked out. Management needs to find a better balance of what's going on.

I shop here often... The girls seem cheery and helpful. Plenty of room in the aisles and lots of stuff! Necessities and everything else. Wonderful $1 aisle!!!!

Very clean, though the front was slightly cluttered with clearance. The cooler/freezer was practically empty. This DG had a small but very cute fall display of some of their products outside. I don't think I've seen that done at any other DG in the area. I intend to go back and price a few of the products on display..

Stopped by there for me to use the restroom and buy papers for my roll your own cigarettes. Great prices...and only place we buy our furrbabies food and treats at.

Krissy and ALL the staff at Kirbyville location are a bright spot to all who come thru the doors. We have over a dozen Dollar General stores within 15 miles and I have been in every one of them. No other store touches the cleanliness and friendliness of the Kirbyville location. Customers are greeted with genuine enthusiasm and staff always ask if they can help. (Not ignore you and run the other direction like some other locations do.) I was recently on crutches for a few months and had a hard time carrying shopping basket and Krissy and all the staff were totally considerate to my needs and always asked if they could take my purchases to the register until I was finished shopping and even offered to carry items to my car. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND in their customer service.

One of the better stores between Forsyth and Branson/Hollister, Mo. Clean, isles are spacious, easy to find what you're looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff. I like the place. Highly recommend a visit to this Kirbyville $ General and compare with the others you visit.

If your looking for a good buy on name brand sodas keep checking with the and watch the ads and the usually have them for 1.00 a bottle plus great clearances.

This is my favorite dollar general because the people are so nice and the place is so spacious. It's a little bit more of a drive from my home from the other dollar general's that are near me, but it's definetely worth it to go to this one.

This store is very busy for a rural area. Seems like the store has been hit really hard because the shelves were low on stock when we were in there. Got there about 7PM.
