Actually a - 3 star! Food over cooked. Out of beef and dipping sauce. One would think if you have a restaurant, you could have it stocked! Had to get chicken and when we ordered nothing said about them getting ready to close. Google time listed 8:30 p.m. girl brings food and states we have 9 minutes to eat ,.3 minutes later comes back and said we have 5 minutes, this was before 8. Screw DQ and all the worthless employees who harasses their patrons. Never will I return to any DQ. Do they close at 8 or 8:30? Management to lazy to update their time I guess.

Giving a 2 star, as a manager of a fast food restaurant, my employees do not eat on the job like these boys were dipping their fingers in the fries and eating them then serving them, taking my hamburger and putting it in the microwave and warming it up was already cooked.With no gloves on only 1 had them on Very unsatisfied with what I saw that’s the way you spread diseases and germs and said they were out of bbq chicken strips

Good place for gas was almost running out on 70 because I missed a turn . Bathrooms are set up alittle weird if your traveling with kids there was a line for the family bathroom because of that .

It was clean w/ no offensive odors. The burger was put together well vs. sloppy. Burger and fries were both jot and fries were not greasy. Blizzards were Blizzards and not runny milk shakes. This is attached to a convenience store and a Philips 66 with a nearby "dog patch." There are many pumps available for gasoline. If eating inside, expect self-serve sodas.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapp parking right at the door with wheelchair access right there; be aware of competition for those spots.

Upon placing an order for pretzel sticks, two hot fudge sundaes, and a chili dog for dine in, was immediately told by the girl working the register that the dining room closed in an hour (9/15). This left a very sour taste in our mouth that we were not welcome to dine in your restaurant. We witnessed her telling other patrons the same thing. I've never experienced being told this in my life. This is ridiculous. This is not a good way to make a first impression. When she brought our food, she said, "I guess we are out of queso for the pretzel sticks," and proceeded to sit them down in front of me. No offer of sorry, no offer of substitutions, anything. It is a cup of queso. I really don't understand how difficult it is to heat up queso. Also, the tables in the lobby were filthy. They needed to be cleaned. I travel through Kingdom City frequently and would love to be able to stop at DQ instead of one of the competitors for food, but given this encounter, I'm not sure this is possible.

The customer service is awful. I have been there twice in last two weeks, both times a bad experience. The first time we were overcharged for our ice cream order. The second time, the food order was wrong. Both, errors were discovered after we left the drive though window. Since the lobby is no longer open, we did not have time to wait in the drive up line again. We had to leave with the wrong order twice.Were is the management and training? Sad that location has gone so far down hill.

You all need to learn how to work as a team and keep food going during the lunch hours. I was in line for close to an hour. No way that should ever happen. Even if short staff. Manager should have handle the situation better. My family in the car behind me had to leave due to the wait.

It's in a convenient spot from the highway and shares space with a gas station and convenience shop. Restrooms were clean and had a great well kept family restroom for small kids. Food took a bit longer than expected to get but it was standard Dairy Queen food.

Stopped by on my way on I-70. Quick service and my food tasted great. I absolutely LOVE the chicken tenders with Hidden Valley ranch dipping sauce. Great location for travelers. Used the drive thru, but there is also a lobby. Thanks!

They were very good. We had to school bus loads of students show up right after we ordered and watched them work through groups. They did it as fast as possible and stayed up beat and friendly.

Website says open till 9:30 pm drive through open till 10 pm but when we went at 8:15 they were close both dining room and drive through. They need to update the hours of business or stay open when they supposed to

My food was hot the drive-thru employee had a genuine smile and it was quick even though I made a change to my order after I got to the window. Thanks for the great service!Parking: There is plenty of parking as this is located at a rather large gas station

Hubby ordered food and brought it back to the hotel. I couldn't believe that the 7 measly onion rings cost $4 and some change. 😖

When I was getting my lunch I got my order. The only thing I was missing was my blizzard, once I got my blizzard they didn't turn it over and I received the blizzard half melted. Wouldn't recommend for blizzards unless you want them half melted. Food was good thought.

The manager and teen girl who took our order were super nice and even took an interest a pic of a puppy we were purchasing. We felt cared for at this DQ and our food was perfect. If in Kingdom City I suggest to stop here.
