This is a store in Kimmswick that specializes in coffee, tea, and cooking/ barbecue spices. If you're passing through and you have stopped in this little town for some shopping, go in this store.I always go for the small envelopes of coffee. These are especially great for Christmas gifts. The people behind the counter are always helpful and willing to chat about the products.The rubs for barbecue are good here too. We've gotten quite a few for us and also for gifts. I really wish they would sell coffee but my wife says that's a whole other business and not to worry about it. The coffee is really good here. I'm telling you.If we go across the street to the restaurant we always stop in this store and buy some coffee. The tea is pretty good too. Tons of different flavors and styles of coffee and tea.I would recommend this place. It is a great small business.

We drive 45 mins from St. Peter’s to visit this jewel! Smoked paprika, ground coffees, teas, jams. It smells incredible when you walk thru the door! Visit them soon.....

Great shop for spices, dips, soups, and coffee. My five year old daughter was stung entering the store. The entire staff was helpful in getting her care including getting her tumeric paste to help with the pain. This was some of the most caring customer service I have ever been a part of. Thank you, Carol and the rest of the staff working.

If you enjoy coffee this is a great local place to shop. You can get whole bean or ground. They have teas, bread mixes, soup mixes, and so much more. My favorite soup is the wedding soup mix. My husband uses the mix and adds meatballs and it is perfect for cold days. Try it out!

I've been here multiple times. Their spice blends are really good but I mostly go for the coffee, tea and chocolate covered espresso beans. They had free samples of the pumpkin spice coffee and it was delicious so I had to pick up a small bag.

Every time we are in the area we tried to stop in. The coffee's, teas, spices, raw local honey, barbecue sauce, Amish jellies and jams, scone mix, dip mix, everything here has been amazing!

The second I walked through the doors, I could smell the bourbon coffee. They had just brewed the Bourbon Pecan Coffee.In addition to coffee, they also offer a multitude of flavored teas. I tested a cold tea sample which was refreshing and greatly appreciated on a hot, humid day in Missouri.Unfortunately, they did not have any coffee samples to give out. However, they do offer sample bags of coffee. This allows the the customer to try out various flavors when they aren't sure which one they would like. I make individual cups of coffee, but I would guess each bag is enough for two pots of coffee depending on how many cups you want at one time and how strong you like your coffee.I bought 4 flavors: Chocolate Raspberry (Staff recommended), Cherries Jubilee, Bourbon Pecan, and Bourbon Street Blues.I just tried the Bourbon Street Blues. The bluesy notes of the coffee are flavored with blueberry. It also has hints of bourbon and pecan. The first thing you'll notice is the blueberry which is more pronounced than the other flavors in the blend. The bourbon/pecan is more in the aftertaste than in the initial sip. It's excellent and I look forward to trying the other flavors as well.Their hours are Wed through Sun 10 am to 4 pm.

Quaint little shop that smells like heaven! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Felt like I'd known them for years! Prices are reasonable and they have a large selection of herbs, spices, teas, and coffees. This will be my go to spot for spices!

If I could give this store a rating of 10 stars, I would. I came to this shop the other day with a friend of mine for the first time. I was amazed. When I walked into the store, I immediately could smell so many wonderful smells. It reminded me of my grandmother's kitchen on Christmas morning as if she had her baked goods in the oven.My kind of coffee is the ground coffee from Dunkin' Donuts from the bag at Aldi. The first coffee I brewed this morning was the German Chocolate Brownie. Not only did my kitchen smell amazing when I took the first sip of the coffee, but I was also shocked at how good it tasted. I bought several different flavors of coffee, and now I can't wait to brew them all.Also, during my trip, I had purchased several flavors of tea. And of course, just like the coffee, I am 100% in love with every tea flavor I have tried. The Spicery is hands down my favorite coffee/tea shop, and I will only be purchasing my coffee from The Spicery from now on.So my rating: is 10/10 stars.

Love this place! The aroma is inviting the moment you walk in the door. The staff is always friendly and helpful, providing top notch service. They are eager to help with any questions. They have an excellent variety of teas and coffees. You are sure to find one that you will like. They also have great rubs, spices, sauces, and baking kits. When I need something to spice up the next culinary adventure, provide a gift with a personal touch, or change up my morning routine with a new coffee or tea, this is my go to place.

Great shop! What an amazing collection of spices, tea, and other things the like. Everything from chili mix, taco seasoning, tandoori, pepper jams, hot sauce, dried peppers, cinnamon, and so much more. Anything you could want in terms of spice blends, single herbs, or tea/coffee. Plus you're supporting a local business that puts tons of care into their product, and the staff was extremely friendly, fun to talk to, and very friendly.

The owner and staff know their products inside and out and can help you find exactly what you're looking for! I am a fan of their coffees! So many amazing flavors to choose from...only problem is, I love them all!

Beautiful spirited people work here! Love the smells and sampling the samples. Fun and inviting place, no strangers here that's for sure. I'll definitely be coming back. Loved the teas I purchased. Super place can't say enough about this place!!!

Such a great store! I happened to wander in randomly to look around and bought a Winter truffle coffee just because I was there. Amazingly, it turned out to be one of the best pots of coffee I'd ever tasted. My only regret is that I did not buy more coffee while I was there! They had dozens of unique flavors. Their other products (tea, food mixes, etc.) looked very high quality as well and the people were very friendly and inviting to try samples and enjoy the smells. This store is a must visit when you're in Kimmswick!

So the owener is insanely sweet!! The staff is always friendly, and the place is clean. The products are awesome as well. The coffee is unbelievably awesome, and their other odds and ends spices and sauces are on point! You need to buy coffee here if your in the area!

Wish I could give this place more than 10 stars..My daughter and I drive the 1+ hr. road trip just to stock up on our favorite coffee blends..Hands down the most aromatic (my whole house smells like blueberries after making a pot..lol) and best tasting coffee we have ever had!!!..the staff is down-home friendly..accommodating and very knowledgeable..we LOVE this place along with all the quaint little shops in Kimmswick...Update: I recently tried their Angry Peach BBQ sauce..it is a taste delight..perfect blend of sweet & spicy ..a nice kick of heat without lingering..I add a spoonful to my hot Buffalo sauce which elevated it to a new 'blue ribbon award' level..Thank You Carol for suggesting I give it a whirl!!! 😊

The cutest shop! They have something for everyone. So much to chose from , but Carol helped us find our favorites! You have to check them out! We loved our tea and seasoning rub! Can't wait to go back and try other things as well!

We've been here a few times for coffee and its such a cute store. We visited yesterday to pick up 2 bags of coffee and I was blown away with how friendly the ladies were. Even though the coffee is a little pricey compared to like super market varieties its very worth it. I am partial to the Coco mocha nut and the blueberey kind!

Amazing free smells!The Spicery has loose leaf teas and coffee in large glass containers lining their back wall. Tons of different roasts and origins. You should be able to find what you like.You will also find several spices from around the world for all of your recipes. I love the four peppercorn blend and high grade vanilla.The staff was great. Offering up knowledge frequently.One of Kimmswick’s finest shops!

We try to stop by when attending Cardinals games. It is well worth the trip south of the city. The last time we bought a tropical chicken salad mix that was amazing! We plan to come back in the Fall to buy an assortment for Christmas baskets for those friends that are hard to buy for. We know they will love The Spicery selections as much as we do.
