I can’t say anything but great things about this place. I have a dog who just had TPLO surgery there and had the best experience with the staff. Huge shout out to Shawna and Gina who were always there to help us and was patient with any questions we had along the way. Dr Allen did great on the surgery and Dr Henry was so kind. Can’t wait to spread the word about Kimberling Animal Hospital.

I've been to many vets in the area and I can say with no reservation that Dr. Henry Is one of the best. His care and concern for the pet is obvious from the first minute. He explains everything and is so pleasant to deal with. His staff is first class, well trained and knowledgeable. It is obvious that the patient comes first. I am so happy to have found them after having very bad experiences with other vets in the past. Thank you so much.

We have been very impressed with the service here. Dr Henry and his staff are very helpful, compassionate and informative. They go out of their way to answer all your questions and give you the time you need. They get us in quickly for appointments. Prices are always fair as well. Overall, it’s been a fabulous experience for us and our Labs.

Just two days in to our vacation here in Kimberling City, My sweet dog Ivy broke out in a terrible rash. We are 7 hours away from home, and the staff here at Kimberling Animal Hospital went above and beyond to care for my miserable girl!Not only did they get us an appointment the same day, but they did it booked out two weeks and within an hour and a half of making the call.I’m in awe of how compassionate and friendly the staff were to me and my girl. Big thanks to Dr. VanAnrooy, Shannon, and Sara for taking the time to make sure my sweet lady Ivy has a great time on vacation with the rest of us!

So great to have such dedicated veterinarians in Kimberling City and so close to my home. Every time I have gone to their office whether I am picking flea medication or bringing Zoey in for something, I am always greeted with smiling and helpful assistants. The doctors treat my Zoey the way I would want her treated always very caring. Our puppy got sick while we were visiting Table Rock from Kansas City. Taking her all the way back home to her regular vet wasn't really feasible so we sought care locally. I'm so glad we found Kimberling Animal Hospital. They were able to get her in within a few hours of when we called. The hospital is very nice, well-organized and very clean. The staff was very nice and extremely attentive. Shawna (our vet tech) invested a good amount of time in asking us questions about our dog. She made us feel like regular customers. Dr. Henry was our vet and was absolutely lovely. I never got the feeling that he was in a rush to get to the next patient. He asked a lot of questions, gave us a lot of information and was very thorough. We left with a solid care plan for our dog who started to feel better later that day! He even took the time to escort another customer to her car while holding an umbrella for her because it was pouring rain.If we were locals, or if either of our dogs have an issue on another visit, this is absolutely the only place we'll go! Great job everybody - keep it up!

5 STARS!!! We were visiting from out of town when our dog injured her paw. Kimberling City Animal Hospital was able to work us in to be seen the same day, and they honestly have the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a Vet. The tech went over everything that would be involved and discussed the cost with us for approval before proceeding. And their rates were beyond reasonable!! The office was immaculate as well. I would 100% recommend this office, even if it means a little bit of a drive. it's worth it!!!

We had the best experience with Dr Hagood today. Our regular vet is 4 hours away. Our dog was in distress and needed to be seen asap. The staff got us right in and were amazing to work with. We had a thorough exam and left with necessary meds. We were shocked at how reasonable the bill was. We can now relax and enjoy our days on Table Rock Lake. We highly recommend Kimberling City Vet and are so thankful to all the staff.

I doubt it is possible to fully express my admiration and gratefulness for everything the people at Kimberling Animal Hospital have done (and continue to do) for me and my wonderful fur baby. Gina and Sara are AMAZING! They truly care about each and every pet that enters the doorway. Their compassion and genuine concern melt my heart. They are patient and kind to the people who accompany these wonderful pets, too. Both of them have helped me immensely when there is a crisis with my girl, and there ALWAYS seems to be some kind of crisis! Every person (tech, staff, or vet) I have encountered at this vet practice is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring.Dr. Karen VanAnrooy is a ROCK STAR veterinarian!!!! When my dog’s behavior and her coat changed this summer, Dr. V recommended an EKG because she suspected a heart problem. When we received the results, it confirmed what Dr. V had suspected. I am SO thankful Dr. V caught it early!!! Dr. VanAnroooy also helped me get all the best medications and supplements to help my girl continue to have as long and as healthy a life as possible.Years ago, Dr. Henry saved my dog’s life when I first switched to Kimberling Animal Hospital. Now, Dr. V has basically done the same thing! Kimberling Animal Hospital is THE BEST!!!!

I am extremely impressed, we are from out of town and they got my dog right in. All the staff and Dr were all great, very compassionate and caring. Made me feel welcome from the 1st phone call. They cared about my dog and fixed her up. Very clean facility. Would highly recommend and will go back if needed when we are in the area! Prices also very reasonable.

We have a blue pit and were worried how she would be treated due to her breed but the second we walked in, she was instantly greeted by the staff with smiles. They took amazing care of her and she was getting loved on by every staff member she came across. Its so great to have a local vet that is non-discriminatory. Highly recommend!

We took our new pup in to be spayed and chipped. The vets there are the best! The vet techs and receptionists are great too. Our pup is doing better everyday that passes. We are so grateful to have found such a capable group for our new baby!

Absolute worst experience at a vet office in my entire life. They will nickel and dime EVERY SINGLE PROCEDURE. Front desk is unacceptable. Gina, the office manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Go somewhere else.Update after your response: the patient is always right. As far as verbal abuse; I verbalized your incompetence, your demeaning attitude, and I most certainly called you out on your unprofessional behavior. You rip people off and expect for each and ever customer to cough up $600 after only lepto boosters were requested. You took blood on one of our dog’s without authorization or consent. It’s called lack of communication, ;at the front desk AND the techs and Vet) lack of ethics and lack of respect. I was well within my rights to tell you that you, the manager, are completely unprofessional lacking the common intelligence of your position. Get off your high horse because you are the tackiest clinic I’ve ever met. If you don’t appreciate being called out on your disrespect, maybe it’s time you go to school for management to learn how to treat customers. Patient rights were violated, new customers were taken advantage of and I will absolutely be filing a complaint to your board. Two can play that game.
