Very nice local grocery store. Really love the fresh meat butcher block. Always having good deals on quality meat. Clerks are very nice. Overall, very clean store well stocked. Great place to pick up groceries.

First things first, the quality and most of the experience is strong. Ran into one frustrating issue. Couldn't order a meat tray in the pickup order, so we opted to just get meat from deli and assemble at home. Store called and said they could put it on a tray and charge us for a tray which should save us some money. Sounds great, but in our pickup order, $16 of ground beef wasn't in the order. It wasn't on the receipt, but the meat tray was somehow $16 more than the assorted meats. Called and went by store but CS lady was adament they were correct. Basically I either got sold on a $16 tray assembly after being told it would save us a little or (more likely) someone lumped the beef in with the price but it didn't make it to us. Frustrating. Didn't feel like arguing with the lady at the counter who wasn't very interested in listening, so saying my piece here. Will still probably use, but will be triple checking and not letting them bulk price anything.

Their prices are pretty high, but they’ve got good sales on select items. The store is well organized and clean, and best of all, the staff is very friendly :)

Where else can you go grocery shopping with a beautiful lake and bridge view ??They have a full service meat counter and will cut your meat , slice your ham or sell you fresh made there bratwurst , sausages and andouille !!Fresh,beautiful produce and a friendly smile .They carry some fishing supplies and worms and some lake toys also and are perfect for a quick stop.

The produce and meats are excellent, I can find *almost* everything I need but some things they don't offer yet. The store is staffed by happy and helpful people. I'm always in with my (certified) service canine, and no one questions us, they are just polite and helpful.

We are in the area about once a month and Harter House is a joy to have close by. The store is immaculate and the staff is helpful and friendly … which can be a rarity in the world today. The meat counter is great. Thanks for being an asset to the area!

Harter House has provided the best meats in the Stone County area. If you know your prices you can find better deals than the Walmart Super Center a few miles away.

I was vacationing in Kimberling city and decided to try one of Harter houses meat packages. When I explained I am from out of town to Luke behind the meat counter he made sure everything went well from start to finish. I wanted the package frozen except for three steaks. Let me tell you they were delicious. I hope they ship orders around Christmas time.

I think this grocery store must be fairly new for it was very, clean and well lit. Good choice in brands at good price. Staff was helpful in finding items. Deli is well stocked.

This was our go to while on vacation. Saved us a ton of money by not having to dine out for every meal.. Their meat counter selection is great. Got some filet one night and some kabobs the other. It was all delicious.
