I checked out at the self-check like I always do. And as everyone knows once in a while you have to ask for assistance, I hate when that happens because It seems to aggravate the employee who has to help. But last night Ashunti was the employee that helped me & she was amazing. She was very nice she listened to me and helped me quickly. She knew her job and did it very very well. I thanked her 3 times for helping me. She looked at me like what's wrong with this woman lol. In the world, we live in today and it is New Years Eve I was a little shocked. Normally I dread going and can't wait to get out of there. Thank you Walmart and don't let her go. Hands down one of the nicest most helpful employees I have had to deal with at any Walmart in a long time. Ashanti. Thank you again. Happy New Year

It's better than Blytheville AR Walmart the workers are very attentive & they greet you and help you anyway you need help the Deli when you order cakes makes sure they get your orders right overall the service is very professional

Always full throttle in Walmart to get the last one and then shouldn't I get something for doing all my own scanning and bagging? I think Walmart should have a customer rewards card to build up points for visiting customers to build up and spend in the store by using your rewards toward future purchases. Worst store WALMART has for grocery pickup. The workers move like snails...takes minimum of 30 minutes to get your items. Ridiculous! If I hadn't already paid I'd leave right now!

This Walmart has no competition in the area, so prices on key items are higher than in Blytheville or Dyersburg. With a more limited selection and frequently out of stock, it's rare to be able to complete my "Walmart list" when I visit this store.

I have had good service and prices with Walmart I have no complaints with them. One in Franklin told me about tires that I had to buy four tires just to replace two so I didn't buy any there. Did not the attitude of the car shop employee. Franklin

It just isn't Sam's Walmart anymore and the management here obviously didn't put much stock in "customer service", I had few issues I take personally others may not however I travel a lot I see possibly several states in few days driving so I don't have a home town Walmart like many would, and I'm just plain old in my old fashioned, get with guys there's other stores out there besides Walmart and in a home town locals will know where they are with their shopping dollar $$$$$

We have to go 20 miles but it is worth it we found plants on sale, and dirt, great selection. I have gotten all my yard stuff from here. We are always happy with our shopping experience. No matter how many times I ask about prices and products they are always happy to assist us. Great help loading the heavy stuff.

This visit was frustrating because the usual items that we look for are placed either too high or too low or the space was empty. My 70 yr old companion had to get on his knees to retrieve items needed because the shelf was so empty. If items were on top shelf, I can't reach them and I'm tall. The visit prior to this, this store had No Plastic Bags...you could purchase Walmart reusable bags. We opted out for that...just put the groceries back in cart and unloaded into our truck. I don't think that this was the vision that Sam Walton had for his legacy.

Other than the fabricated "supply chain" issues that seem to only effect great value brand and other generic brands, the visit went well and I got most everything I needed. My biggest complaint about this store is the parking. The isles are only wide enough for one way traffic yet it's two way traffic. Each lane needs to be one way.

I don't complain much about what the prices are, but Walmart has taken things to the extreme. Everything is way over priced and in these times, every penny counts.

Very bad experience, having to dodge all the store shoppers for pick-up. Way too much stock sitting in middle of ailes could and should have been restocked during off times. Hate having to use self checkout! They could at least give discounts for self checkout, bagging and placing things in cart.

Went to urgent care an the whole staff was wonderful. If you don't have insurance an your cash a little type don't neglect your health an check out the urgent care staff, you'll be glad you did. I did a little shopping for work gear an the price an the selection was just what I wanted. Happy day.

Pretty much have everything you need in stock. There are times though due to no fault of their own. Clean store. Friendly floor employees. Of course I use the self check out due to problems with cashiers before the self check out came along.

I bought a new phone to drive 45 miles home to find out everything wasn't in the box, which means I drove 180 miles. Had I been told that item is sold separately I could of saved myself 90 miles.

This is a monopoly store. The staff are nice courteous and friendly. Unfortunately as a monopoly store what does not sell well elsewhere gets dumped here. High demand items like cinnamon raisin bagels, little Debby's peanut butter sandwich cookies, thin crust pizzas only make an appearance in very limited quantities. The list goes on and on. It is really a shame because the staff is good enough to run one of the best in the country

Need better handicapped cart supervision to make sure that the ones using them have the documentation showing that they are in fact handicapped before using them as a toy to ride around in the store just because they are too lazy to push a shopping cart. I had hip replacement two weeks ago and I am having a knee replacement coming in a couple of months and I really need to use one of these to shop in this store but on several occasions I have been in the store and observed kids riding and playing on these handicapped shopping carts. Or adults that can walk perfectly fine on them Preventing me from being able to shop at the time.Also something has got to be done about the employees who are filling the online orders using the super large storage buggies. If you are going down an isle and there's an employee filling an online order . You should just bypass that isle because there's going to be some difficulty in navigating that section. Please look into this because I can foresee myself and others traveling to a store where you don't have isle blockers everywhere .
