Some workers are really great have excellent personality for the store others act like your bothering them just being in there I refuse to even go back to certain ones that are close to my house I will go somewhere else for better service I am the Customer here and if itt wasn't for me they would NOT have a JOB! They apparently don't get it ! It's more important for them to go smoke both of them than have customers in the store I will never go back to the rudest most hatefull I ever shop in my life in Missouri I was ridiculous and I'm ashamed of of them both! I think both of them should have been fired if was up to me in my day we didn't put up with that kind of nonsense from the employees believe me we had work ethics and rules policy's most of all we had manners ! Thank you very much Senath Missouri store ! Last year !.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is clean and organized. They have signs designated to "MASK REQUIRED" even though I saw people without a mask on or wearing it below the nose. Management needs to take charge and see that rules are followed.

This place has a manager in deeper water than they are able to swim. It is my favorite store going by how often I visit. Problem: last 8 times to get something 8 of those times I had at a minimum wait of over 10 minutes to check out. This is a very recent development. Dollar General fix this....... 5 of these times the singke cashier has asked repeatedly for help being answered by someone in another area of the store "just a minute" not once but the minimum number of calls by the single cashier for help during these times was 4. During the last couple of calls for help a response from other area of store was not received. Customers ignored , own employees ignored or brushed off with a shouted "just a minute". Otherwise a clean well organized store with a kind and pleasant staff.

Despite being a bit outdated and untidy, I was able to find what I was looking for quite easily, and the cashiers were very courteous and professional. One lane's card reader was down, so that checkout could only take cash, but they were sharp to let people know that before they got in line.

I really enjoy going into this store. Its always so clean and neat and the store manager she is such an awesome woman! she goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service you can ever ask for! i sure hope she never leaves this store!!!

The New Dollar General is where you want yo shop they have excellent new things I mostly shop cleaning products but it all fantastic great. There is excellent staff MS Laura is great she always willing to help when she's available and makes great reccomendations so come out to shop the new Dollar General in Kennett Mo

Store is very messy not organized or stocked at all!! Boxes and items from shelfs left on floor i normally would shop here for everything but not so much anymore cant get down aisles through all the mess on the floor!!! Black trash bags hanging on back of carts full of trash!!

Easy access great parking wheelchair accessible. Got just about everything you might want. Wonderful management, nice staff very friendly atmosphere Always clean. Need help all you gotta do is ask.

There was a lady that was helpful but when I asked about the digital coupons she told me oh yeah that's should work for someone doing this for the first time they should be more helpful I don't buy this items to sale them I buy them cause I need them I get social security so my income is limited I do need the soap to wash my clothes or the dish soap or food fory dog they should be more helpful instead of playing there tricks.

They're almost always out of coconut water and don't have sales anymore on the 2 liter mountain dews like they used to do consistantly before they moved to this new location but despite that I still check anyway to see. The new 3oz Slim Jim beef and cheese is great. I think only dollar general sells those.

As far as cheap goes its an ok place, as far as variety and availability they flunk.Always something in the isles that blocks you or someone trying to go by you. They should have made the building larger if they were going leave their deliveries in isles for days before they can stock the shelves.

Good buys great staff but this store needs to be a little more handicap accessible I am handicapped and use a walker and there is always stock carts blocking the isles or merchandise stacked in the floor blocking isles or another customer coming down the same isles with no respect for a handicapped person making me have to turn around and take another isle because the isles aren't wide enough for my walker and another customer pushing a shopping cart please coinsider the handicapp shopper that you might be losing because of accessible aren't available .

This is a newer store, it’s pretty clean, they have a good selection on home decor and also inflate helium foil balloons purchased from the store.

1. Couldn't find what I was looking for 2. There things in the isle 3. Once I got the register the second wouldn't check me out, she called the white lady first . Don't worry I won't go back.

I have been to the Dollar General three times since it's open I'm not pleased too Manny carts in the you're fine you can't even get down them everything supposed to be new and the people that works there some of them is nothing but rude was not pleased with it at all

For a new store it's usually piled up with frieght amd sewma a little dirty. Some of the people who work there arent the friendliest... But there are several Who work there Who are very helpful and friendly.

Horrible! No baskets in store. The store is a complete disaster. Nobody at the register's. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out of the back room to wait on me. I will personally stay out of that store and will be telling everyone about it.

They should have training classes from western union because they don't have a clue of what they are doing so don't ever go there go to Harp's instead better service and people do know what they are doing

Just bought 4 items and a Sprite zero. Drive down the road and go to get my drink from the bag and it's not there. Rip off. I won't be going there again.
