I always take my dog here for any kind of grooming and recently he got a lion cut. We moved to the lake and I still make the drive to have him groomed here. It’s so nice not having to worry about burns, cuts or rashes, everything is done with precision and care. He always looks wonderful!

I normally don’t do “reviews,” but wanted to thank Wagging Tails Pet Spa for such a great experience. They not only took us in on a Friday, we were new customers!! They took my big girl, my g’dog, a 60 lb Bernadoodle with long hair and did a beautiful job with her. We will be returning, what a great little place.

I updated my review: I have been going to this place for over 6 years and recently stopped going. The older lady (owner) is rude and seems to change the prices every time I visit. Some days she can be nice, but my final straw was her just acting really overwhelmed by even seeing my dogs even though she has been cutting them for years and the appointment was scheduled in advance. She is always quick to say my dogs are matted by visually looking, then I make her check physically and she realizes they are not. Smh. But I’ve since found a much BETTER groomer and more affordable with better customer service.It may be time for her to stop working in the shop and hire more help! Her mood swings and terrible attitude is exhausting. Please go where they actually appreciate your hard earned money. We keep her in business not the other way around!

They are rude. Lady also keeps changing the price. Started charging me $45. now when I take my dog she charges me $55 everytime I would take him she kept adding $5 more.

Scheduled an appointment really quick and got him in the next day. They did such an amazing job on my doggy Oreo! Fixed his horrible bangs that I tried to shorten and made him look so cute again! I love his tie and I love that they ask if you want cologne sprayed on at the end! The pricing is amazing 65$ for a 50 pound dog with good quality grooming. Hes so soft and smells amazing. Great experience Oreo loved it too! 😊

I was calling this place to get an appointment when they were available but without give me more info the lady that answered the phone in a rude tone say they were book this week. I was just trying to set an appointment because of the reviews but not anymore. Maybe better customer services will bring them more customers!

Our dog has been coming to Wagging Tails for a few years now, and always looks superb when he's done being groomed. Pricing is very reasonable (but the amazing groomers are always deserving of a tip!). I have no trouble leaving our dog in their very capable hands, he is never scared to go back and is always well cared for. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just moved here from cali in March. My kitty is a little more than a year old and I took her in for the first time getting a bath, and all cleaned up. Lucky, my kitty, had no complaints! And neither did I. The woman who helped me, sowwwyyy didn't catch her name, told me about a small infection in Lucky's ears and some fleas she had developed. Thank you for great service and awesome advice. I wouldn't have ever known about the fleas cuz my lucky girl has such thick fluffy soft fur. Very much appreciated!!! Will be back monthly with lucky.

My mother is law’s dog. Great Pryenese, and got shaved completely. You are NOT supposed to SHAVE these dogs!!!!!! Didn’t think she’d have to mention not to shave him.

We love Waggin Tails Pet Spa! My little guy is always happy when I pick him up, and they do a consistently nice job on his haircut and nail trim, even though he is wiggly and doesn't like his feet to be handled. Pricing is affordable and everyone has always been cheerful and friendly to interact with. He has been groomed there 3 or 4 times so far and we will keep going back!

First time for my dog there, and they done a good job on him. I probably need to keep him on a schedule to go there so he will maintain how he looks. Modot and I, Thank you ladies. He will be back! Update: After several times of coming here, she still does an outstanding job. She really cares for the animals that she takes care of. I highly recommend this place.

My newly adopted little Chihuahua is still learning how to trust. She's submissive and easily scared. When I picked her up she was totally relaxed and looked so pretty! We'll use this Groomer from now on.

They always do such a wonderful job with our dogs. Our dogs always come home smelling wonderful. We were sad that we had to move and change groomers 5 years ago, but we moved back downtown last month and went back to Wagging Tails. To no surprise, they still do such a wonderful job and are always kind on the phone and in person. They are reasonably priced and have so far become our favorite groomer in town after trying 4-5 other places.

Professional and clean! They treated my pups like their own. Went in for a nail trim and they were so fast and efficient. Would highly recommend if your pups are needing a nail trim! Also it was $10, can’t beat it!

I've gone to 4 grooming places and this place is THE BEST. No groomer has made my dog look like a miniture schnauzer. I showed the owner a picture and she reassured me I was in good hands. I picked up Mac and she exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had been going to these people for years. This year of 2022 haven’t been good with these folks. They r lazy don’t wanna work. How u going to turn down my dog because he is a standard dog who is still a puppy. N the fact you are alone. I’m done dealing with these folks. No good the last time I went to them they didn’t put my dog nails right so maybe it’s best I stay away n anybody else if u wanna keep ya dog healthily

I've only been here once but my initial experience went very well. The price is very fair. $45 for my small Coton Tzu puppy to get his nail trimmed and hair cut. My experience here was that they provided the quickest service and I had my puppy back home more quickly than the previous places I have gone to. His hair cut looked so cute! I can tell he was very confident. When we picked him up he was sooo happy. The previous places we took him to we always got a grumpy dog. So if he is happy with the service then we are too! They also have a clean facility and are close by!

Brought my dog here for the first time for a bath and brush and they did a wonderful job! My dog smells so good and is super soft. I rated three stars because I didn’t feel super confident dropping him off. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier issue, but I didn’t feel very welcome. Not much was said to me. I did get some smiles which was nice. They do quality work and the dogs seemed happy to be there though :)

These ladies are great! My dog always comes out very clean, and most often with a brand new tie.... I have been using them for several years, and I am always very happy! I recommend them often, and I am Confident that this is a wonderful place to take your little fur babies for grooming!

Super nice people! Always good with Jack my 3 legged Maltese. Love the little neck ties they put on him depending on season. Cute added touch. Never been disappointed. Love the owners accent. Could listen to her for hours.

*Update* I changed my review to one star because they shaved my dog’s private area. They did not just shave her tummy, they shaved the hair surrounding her lady parts. Not only is there no cause for it but they could have seriously hurt her. I will never return here nor would I recommend them. I am disgusted! *End update* Brought my dog for a wash there, it was our first time at this groomer. She’s a golden retriever and husky mix and she can be a bit stubborn when she doesn’t get her way. I’m thinking this is what happened when it came to her paws. Lots of hair was missed during the trimming and her nails are clipped SUPER short. Her coat feels super soft and she was deshedded really well. For some reason they shaved her tummy even after I said not to shave her. I felt a little uneasy leaving her but I just attribute that to being a first time dog mommy and being nervous about leaving her with anyone. They put a cute, homemade bow on her using a piece of string to tie it around her neck. The price wasn’t any better than anywhere else, most places charge me $60 and this place charged me $55. The hours listed in the window say 9am but they open at 8am. Clean looking facility. Saw one employee take a dog for a short walk as I was leaving. Saw a leash wrapped around a support pillar in front of the building which made me nervous. Their dumpster had the undeniably pungent smell of old dog pee. (That made me nervous as well, if they walk the dogs and are only grooming, why is there so much pee?) They also didn’t request any vet information over the phone. It was part of the paper work but they never contacted my vet. They didn’t even ask for my dog’s name when I scheduled the appointment. Overall, they did a decent job but I’ll most likely end up taking her somewhere else because of all the red flags.
