This is a take out/ drive thru only location. While I love my StarB’s, there is no such thing as customer service when using the walk up window. The staff tends to pretend you aren’t there. They see you, but won’t make eye contact until they are ready to. I understand that they’re busy, but eye contact, along with a simple hand gesture, to acknowledge the fact that you are there, would show better Customer Service.

By far the wooooooooorst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. I’m usually pretty forgiving to baristas because service work is hard, especially the food industry, but the concept of a drive through and a pickup stand is awful. I have given this particular location several chances, hoping I’ve only ever caught them on bad days or at bad times, but every single experience I have at this Starbucks is just bad. It never takes less than probably 10-15 minutes to get through the drive through, and when I tried doing a pickup order instead, it took about 20-25 minutes.

We ordered drink and food on 10/13 at 5:37am and they added $1 as gratuity without even asking me when I was ordering through drive-through. Although this is just $1 but it is nothing but a SCAM. Not sure if they are doing with all or few customers but this is wrong and they should ask before adding gratuity. Yes, when I asked for the receipt, they did hesitated a bit. And, drink was not hot either.

So helpful!!! I came up to the window with 6 orders paid once. Then gentleman behind me had 5 orders as well. Plus I showed proof to pick up an online order. She and I both checked names and confirmed correct. She even did the same process with the next gentleman. I commend you girls for having ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in customer service. I appreciate your hard work and high tolerance to the public. Bless your whole hearts. 🏼 🏼 🏼 Next time we will get pictures!!

Ordered one of the blended frozen drinks in the drive through and half of the drink was liquid and the other half blended ice. The dude at the window said that’s just how it is and refused to remake it. Went to the 64th street Starbucks and they made it correctly.

Love this place! I order ahead on the app and my drink is always ready when I get there...no waiting in the drive-thru line! 10+ Stars for Joseph who sees me pull up, has my coffee ready to hand out, greets me with a friendly "hello", and remembers my name! He gets my day off to a great start. Employees like that are rare gems to be treasured!! Thanks!P.S. A small trash can outside would be a real bonus!

I do not know what it is with these people at this location and not knowing how to simply make a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso! This is like the 5th time I've bought this drink here that's wrong and doesn't taste good AT ALL! I don't know if it's laziness or just not knowing how to make it! It's quite ridiculous honestly.... the ONLY place I have trouble at getting my drink RIGHT! Smfh. I will never go here again.

Came through drive-through to get coffee for my wife and I. We went through and they forgot to put soy milk in my wife’s like we asked. We left and were driving and my wife realized they forgot to put in the soy. We went back and the drive through line was completely full. My wife got out and knocked on the service window and the two ladies and man in there working completely ignored us and would not acknowledge my wife. We ended up having to get in the long line again just to get a little soy. When we got to the window the ladies were rude and said they could not put soy in it cause they can’t take the drink from us. So they had to make a new coffee for my wife just so they could put some soy in it. They were very rude and were enjoying making everything difficult for us.

Went through drive thru. Finding the entrance to the parking lot was confusing at first with the way the side roads are and the parking lots for businesses there are not attached.Just adding small signs that say Starbucks and an arrow would have been nice for the first time going there. Now that I know where it is, it won't cause more issues for me. It might for someone else who, like me happened to see the tall sign and tried to figure out how to get there without maps and not knowing that particular side road.

Wish I could give zero stars, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and the way they treat their employees is even worse! I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and to see the employee treated the way they were is disheartening. Definitely a place that will take the side of a disrespectful customer, over their employee. Joseph you should be ashamed.

Would give no stars but wow The worst staff attitude I have ever seen. Definitely not in this for customer service. Didn’t even get her name because her name tag was off! Left without our drinks all because I asked why the prices didn’t match what I could order the drink for and why was I charged extra for an item that was in the drink already. Hum. When you tell me ok bye then with a smirk and an attitude your unprofessional arrogant attitude makes me not ever come back. You should really look at how your staff treat people. By the way the one across the freeway was all warm and smiles and charged the correct price for the item.

Their drinks are good assuming they make the correct drink. I have been there 3 times and they have screwed up the order 2 out of three times.It's a walk up/drive thru location, once when visiting. The teenage employees were sitting all over the prep area tables. YuckOverall l, one of the WORST Starbucks in town. Also, the employees are uncharacteristically rude for a Starbucks.Guessing a management issue.

This location is drive-through only. A seemingly short line may take 30+ minutes to get through. Most of the time the line is very long in the mornings. My order is often messed up--whether it be the payment aspect or ingredients of the drink. Sometimes I end up leaving with someone else's order instead of my own without having enough time to go back through and sort it out with them. Even though I live very close, this is not a reasonable option for morning coffee. Its not worth the risk of being late for work.

Two days in a row ordering a extra dry 4 shot cappuccino. Two tall cups of almost entirely milk. 2nd time I ordered I specifically asked for one spoonful of milk, the rest foam, didn’t matter. Same drink. I gave them a nice tip and just a little feedback, which of course did not go well. Instead I got a lecture on what the “barista” thought a cappuccino was…. Absolutely clueless.
