In all the years I’ve been dealing with store associates, this is the worst I’ve ever been treated. It was obvious the large lady at the printing center did not want to help me. She pointed to the self service printer and told me the computer would walk me through it. I just needed one color copy. She had an absolutely disgusting attitude. After about 20 minutes I finally got a copy from her and it was bad quality. She made excuses to tell me it was copywrited but it was a digital print I purchased online. She refused to reprint it and said she wasn’t going to do it. I’ll never step foot in this Barry Road store again. This lady should never work in customer service or work around other people. She’s a disgrace to the human race.

Lady for pre-check had us waiting 20 minutes to then tell us she doesn’t take appointments after 4. She could have easily told us that when we got there. Then took the people that made appointments at 4:40, which wouldn’t be that unusual other then she just said she doesn’t take appointments after 4pm.

I went in to make copies of a large order I didn't want to print at home. I was not greeted by anyone, although 2 employees were standing behind the counter. I literally had to tell them I needed help with a print job. Their reply "You're gonna help yourself on the machines." And they pointed. So I told them some of my job was difficult, to which they said "The machine will walk you through it." I went to the machine and started figuring it out on my own, but as soon as I started printing, the machine got a huge jam. I was already frustrated and short on time, but went to the counter to tell them. As soon as I got up there, I was greeted with "What? You already broke it?!?" By this time I should have just gotten my papers and left, but instead stared at that employee and said, I came here for help. And I'm Not getting it. I didn't break your machine. Please do this job because that is why I came here. For help." She did the job in silence and didn't even offer any apology. I definitely won't come here again. There are much better stores close to me.

People that work there are nice enough, but don't man the check-out lines very often. It's always a wait. Don't even bother with the in-store coupon they give for Amazon returns. It's only good for about 2 products out of a 1000. Just a laughably stupid promotion that might actually have customers buy something in what is an obviously dying franchise that needs it. But is too greedy to give you an actual $10 coupon that works on a $2000 PC or other equipment. I mean that .5% might cut into their profit margins.

My fiancé and I went to get photos of our sonogram printed out and the women (Michelle, I believe) helped us. She was fantastic and so helpful that we will only use staples for anything like this. Highly recommend.

I had to return an item that was purchased from another store to have it shipped back. I went into the store at about 130pm 07/15/23 and was instructed to the ship it area. The associate by the name ROSE practically thought I was invisible. She looked at me didn’t speak and barely even looked up along with her looking like she was annoyed. ONLY after me saying hi and asking her how she was she finally opened her mouth. After the customer behind me approached her who surprisingly was white guess what she was chipper. I get working in customer service can be tough BUT you should be treating all your customers with respect. I didn’t wanna cause a scene but if this is how customers are treated you need to make some changes.

Fair warning, do NOT even attempt to come to this location for your TSA precheck as a walk-in. They will take every appointment prior to you, even if their appointment isn't for another 30 minutes. I waited for 2 hours at the front of the line and did not get processed.

Office Max/Depot is shutting down, so I was forced into trying Staples. Pleasantly surprised as their print quality (color/card stock) was phenomenal. Super friendly staff too, as Eric (I think) when above and beyond to help me and make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my print job.

I went for a walk-in TSA PreCheck enrollment. The person who helped me was great. The PreCheck enrollment machine froze and crashed, but he restarted it and got me enrolled. If you want a walk-in PreCheck enrollment, make sure to get there before 4:00 pm.

Staples has almost all the office supplies you need and a good location. The staff is not as good as Office Depot and you are on your own for faxing and it is hard to get help for office work. Office Depot will help you with anything start to finish. But overall the folks are nice, lot of items, and great location. Thx!!!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!No wonder these places go out of business..I asked where is the cheapest Copy paper, “the Kid” says “ over there… I took four different ones to the counter to run price’s because the paper was not in front of the pricing…. Won’t be shopping at this store again.. I will stick to Amazon!!

Staples advertises 1 hour printing but this location does not offer those services. My sister and I were just trying to get 50 copies printed of menus and programs for her wedding on paper that we provided (no assembly required or anything else unique or custom). The two individuals working at the printing station here were quite rude to us and they said they couldn't do it even within 24 hours, which seemed strange given that they seemed to be goofing off a lot when we approached the counter. The girl did advise we go to Office Max down the road - which was GREAT advice, the employees at Office Max were so nice and so helpful and they did a great job. Moral of the story - skip this place and go to Office Max! It's an interesting business model to refer people to their competitor instead of doing business at their own store but it worked for us 😂 Office Max was MUCH better and I would recommend them for all printing needs.

PLEASE... DO BETTER. How long has it been since someone checked the facilities? A pretty long time I would guess, since another customer had to resort to using paper towels for toilet paper. I had to find toilet paper myself to use.

I walked into Staples and I was not acknowledged at all. The lady behind the counter was helping a customer. I went directly to the copy machine where I needed to print some things. While I was at the machine, the customers had left and I turned to ask the lady behind the counter a question and was completely ignored. Another employee came over and asked her something and when he had a moment, I asked him if I could ask him a simple question. I asked him and then he asked the lady behind the counter for the answer. She asked a question out loud and I responded. She then came over for a few seconds and left. Another customer came in and she was helpful even asking the customer to give her a good review while stating her name was Pam. I don't care if associates are friendly, but I don't care to be ignored either; So I will be going to Office Max from now on.

This is more for the company than this specific location. Found a monitor I wanted to purchase on website. Shows available at this location. Get there and after searching they determine the stock is unsalable and should not be listed. Order online, which states "Next Day Deliver", although through the process it says it would be a Wed delivery, which is 2 days. Get the notification it shipped today, which is a Wed. Contact customer care and all they had to say is I should have checked the confirmation to see the actual delivery date. Go to the website and sure enough it still shows next day delivery, although mine is now on 3 days. Guess they don't care they a false advertising or inaccurate information. So if you want to know when your product is actually going to be delivered, you have to purchase the item, then wait for the confirmation email. Makes sense to me.

One star only because zero stars aren’t an option. First time trying out the color copy department. Clearly the older lady at the counter was having a rough day. Rude and snarky. I just walked out. She made some inaudible comments to me on the way out. I called the manager. He is obviously in her corner. I’m sure the color copies are great if you can tolerate the attitude.

Drove 35 minutes after calling to verify select sale items were in stock. Was told yes, 1of the items were out of stock. I had a coupon for the other items and was told I couldn't use them on the sale items.... again I verified this on my call to make sure I could. I'm sorry I wasted the gas and should have just gone to my normal Office Depot where I'm a loyalty card member.

Horrible customer service. Printing booklets for my job the general manager was on stated I could have my booklet stapled if I printed them out as the machine wouldn’t do it. He walks away before I am done and the supervisor of the print area acts like it is a crime to help anyone and when I ask her about the staples she says well he meant if we print them. No no he didn’t. I just spent 240.00 in the joint, guess what I won’t be going back. There is an office max closer to my house that I will be using from now on. If it was possible to give zero for a rating I would. Poor customer service.

Okay experience. Retail is all about service these days and you will be underwhelmed until you get to the registers. Not many people working the floor and those that are, are tied up stocking shelves or cleaning. The guys and gals up front at the registers though are friendly and quick!

This is one of the worst customer friendly stores I’ve ever been too across the country.Printing service gave me some issues and they didn’t want to address the changes they could have made.Took a concern to the assistant manager and she got smart with me while she put her hands on her hips.Don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer at this location. It appears management has set the trend here at this location.

Staples is a good office supply store, with great products, but when purchases are made, here is some advice for you. Do not purchase the protection plan, as I did, it was a total waste of money. Bought a gaming chair, the protection plan gives a whole list of coverage, but they leave out plenty of fine print, and then you are just out money that you will not see a return on...

Buyer Beware! Business', DO NOT get the Assurion insurance for your equipment. It is not valid for commercial use!I bought a Epson Workforce 7720. First, problem is they do not stay connected. You have to go through restarting the printer and I changed the port to force a reconnect. Finally after a 20/30 min ordeal you get it connected. I ended up getting another printer. I have only run about 50 sheet, mostly test pages while fighting the connection.Well, after a year of sitting in the corner, I decided to convert to a sublimation by using refillable cartridges. It worked great for about 15 prints and then the cyan caps came off the head. I tried to use the insurance to get it fixed or replace just to be told it is denied because it is being used for commercial use.I was not disclosed the Assurion insurance policy does not cover your equipment if your a business!Don't Waste Your Money for Insurance!

Every time I need to print for my buisness this is the place I go bc I know they will do it right. Today a young lady named Rose helped us in the printing dept and I'm convinced she's a multitask master, she was quick to help us with several printing issues (that were totally my fault lmao) and made sure we left satisfied while still managing to help others with just as much care and kindness. I hope she's there in the future bc that's the kind of service that makes you leave a 5 star review.

Pathetic! Only business in the store was at the copy center. One young person working it. Other team members throughout the store and no one assisted in any way. Line backed up several deep. Needed a specialized copy and she never heard of it. Called other stores and her trainer to assist her and no one returned her call to assist. I felt so very sorry her. Bad business!!!

I should have listened to the bad reviews here. They did not send me a receipt through my email so now they're blaming me saying I can't get my full refund even though the cashier who had checked me out the previous day even said I paid in full. Now I'm jumping through hoops trying to get my full refund. After I do I will NEVER shop here again! Their service SUCKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Our medical office does most of our business with Staples Online...but Drake at the Zona Rosa store made a great impression! Super service-and even let the UPS counter know that I was coming with a package to make sure was treated well.
