…had to return multiple items this week due to items being expired. Today, I returned Almond Milk that had used by date of November 2023! The only positive thing I can mention was the cashier gave me a refund with my receipt and sincerely apologized. I explained my other recent experience with expired food and was going to exchange it, however, all was expired by more than 15 days. This store has a bad history of selling expired food from milk, deli items, breads, and meats. The worst part is you bring it to the their attention and they do not remove expired items from the shelves.

This is one of the nicer Sprouts I've been to. It always feels clean and organized. They also seem to keep it fairly well stocked. Most of the staff is quite friendly and helpful. Even those who are the friendliest are still helpful if you ask for something. They also have some great sales prices from time to time.Good selection of keto/low carb options if that's your thing.

This store is always clean, well stocked, and the employees are always helpful when looking for an item. There are a lot of choices and great quality products in every department.Becky, Michelle, Theresa, Misty, Allison, and everyone else there that I cannot remember or don’t know their names are helpful! I am grateful this store is close as they have plenty of plant based and sugar free products as well as incredible quality and prices for the best fresh produce.

As a father with my children trying to make a transition to a healthier way of eating, she made it incredible easy to know we had gone to the right place and made the correct decision. Excellent variety of quality, organic and non- organic food. No wait in line, the staff is super friendly, handicap accessible entrance and parking. What more could you ask for. This is my new go-to store! Their vitamin and super greens section is great and the staff in that department took the time to get me the perfect product for my body. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Much different from huge grocery store chains.

I wish I had a better experience because I would love to shop here because I enjoy stores with "small town" vibes and bulk buy options. And to no fault of Sprouts, I was hired to shop for 3 customers in under an hour and I was unfamiliar with this Store.I was helped one time in that hour I was there, but compared to HyVee who goes above and beyond, the employees here barely acknowledged my presence even when I was the only shopper left. I was frantically trying to find the items I needed while 3 employees waited at check-out in full conversation- laughing and enjoying themselves. I'm neurodivergent and time and social situations disrupt my brain and emotions. Unfortunately I didn't get all the items but went to check out. No greeting, no acknowledgement, they all just stood there. It was awkward.Very isolating and uncomfortable experience.

We love sprouts. They have lots of great and hard to find items. If you have a special dietary need, you can usually find it here. It's super easy to find gluten free items and they have a great selection of items.

I buy Boars Head cheese from the deli. I have to repackage it every time. Today I got 1 pound. All the slices were stacked up in a big pile. TRAIN YOUR DELI EMPLOYEES HOW TO PACKAGE THE MEATS AND CHEESE!!!!

I have only shopped there once. It was an unusual experience. I felt I needed a handbook to better understand how to complete my shopping process and my cashier had much commentary regarding my choices of products. While the items themselves were quality, it was not a great experience and I found shopping elsewhere to be less stressful.

Good store with lot of fresh produce.But I doubt if I would be shopping here in the future with my recent experience.Found a bug in the Super Greens that is supposed to be "thoroughly" washed.They are a fast growing chain, but the customer service is terrible.

The best one stop grocery shop whether you are on a special diet or just trying to eat healthy. The employees are friendly and there is a nice selection of produce, vegan options, allergy friendly options, vitamins, homeopathic, baked goods, just about anything you can think of food wise except for traditional sodas and gatorades. Other than that though, they seem to have everything.

It's kind of like a cross between a grocery store and a Trader Joe's or a health food store. Medium sized with more alternative options than your typical store.Pretty nice selection and relatively reasonable prices (although everything seems to have skyrocketed everywhere), with a lot of items that might be harder to find from some other places. Although occasionally missing a staple, like good taco shells, Northern beans or Sriracha, and some items seem oddly overpriced.A smaller grocery store by today's standards, but well stocked, reasonably veg friendly. You might find the odd thing they don't have and need to go to another grocery store, but a good first stop.Very little locally grown produce, seems to be almost entirely imported now.

I’m staying at the Denton and usually just walk here to shop 2-3x a week. I love that they have all the healthy options available. I have always enjoyed the nice and helpful staff but lately I have the misfortune of checking out with JUANITA at the cashier. She has a very negative energy and her attitude is always sour. No smile or greeting. She has some passive aggresive demeanor and her attitude does not reflect the brand of the store. She does not seem to love her job. Everyone else I have enountered there, especially the young ones are full of energy and nice. I hope that it will be a better experience next time!

This is my go to place when it comes to fresh produce and organics at a fair price. Although their bakery items need to be upgraded for taste, there are other brand items to purchase. Other chain stores should learn about their customers like Sprouts does.

I love sprouts it’s like three blocks from my house. I love getting organic clean food here the staff are super friendly and nice a little bit pricey as some of the stuff that you get here you can actually get it cheaper at like Walmart or Amazon or Hy-Vee but it’s convenient so it is what it is. The story is always clean and fully stocked, their fridge is extremely fresh and so is the meat

Of the higher quality grocery stores I've been to, Sprouts is my favorite. I like the layout. I can find some good deals on the specific items I look for (mostly Sprouts brand which helps with price) and whenever I need help or have a question the employees have always been ready and willing. Of course more soecialty/further from mainstream items aren't going to be cheap but I think I've always found what I couldn't at the typical grocery stores.

Excellent assortment of top quality products. Very reasonable prices. Freshest produce than any local super market and much wider selection. Friendly helpful employees. Ample parking close to the store. Highly recommend over any of the local supermarkets.

I had a really bad experience with a random customer, I had told one of the cashiers and she immediately wanted me to talk to her manager. the manager was very kind and listened to the whole story. he convinced me to let him talk to the customer and even said he would wait until I left the store and drove away to make me feel comfortable and safe. this is truly a wonderful store with the best staff. I just wanted to say thank you again for truly caring about my experience in the store. so if you ever feel unsafe, they will help make you feel safe. 100/10.p.s. they have a wonderful selection of healthy foods/etc that are labeled if you are keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, etc.

Be aware that starting May 1 they will charge you $0.10 a bag if you use their bags. So, bring your own bags to avoid this charge.Produce selection is as good as always.
