They took really good care of my corgi Cipher. The groomers were always really helpful and gave me some advice for shedding management. Gia, the owner, is super nice and friendly as well. Cipher is now getting very acclimated to the grooming situation and he LOVES coming here because he knows he’s going to get all kinds of love. Thank you Gia for providing a safe, clean, and kind environment for our furbabies!

I love this place. Very wholesome and the groomers put a lot of effort into making sure the dog is comfortable during the grooming process. I have a young Aussie mix who can be nervous with new people so I want the experience to be positive to avoid possible behavior issues that could develop from fear. I trust gia and her colleagues and haven't had any issues so far.

Absolutely adorable and fabulous. Her groomer came out to personally great her and gave her kisses, making her feel so much better about going behind the scary door. My dog is so timid and “ tells “ me if her experience wasn’t good!She was happy as could be when she returned!Pearl also has been sleeping with her new toy since we got home!I will be returning here for regular visits for sure :)

My recently adopted Aussie is very nervous around new people and in new situations. I just had a feeling that Gia and her crew would know exactly how to help this little one feel good about a grooming experience. Gia explained to me exactly what they would be doing to help my dog feel more relaxed and safe, and Mitzi did the actual grooming. I really can't say enough about how great the whole experience was. It just makes me happy that there are people like Gia and her crew who are kind and caring enough to take the time to make this one little dog feel safe and cared for.

Gia is the compassionate, caring, and careful soul you’d want looking over your fur baby. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for about a year and can only say great things about the owner and the service! Appointments are made for a full year ahead which at first sounded like how can I possibly know if I can make it, but so far (fingers crossed!) the system has worked very well! Dogs always look so nice after each treatment! They get complimentary bows and few treats to take home. You can also get dog food and toys there.

Gia & her staff are god sends. They’re very educated and take such gentle care of my two babies. I have a website that for years was being groomed incorrectly (had no idea!) & Gia and her staff completely transformed her after a few cuts. I also have a very nervous tiny bully, they were so patient and kind with him for his grooming experience and were very attentive to his limitations. It’s rare to feel so comfortable leaving our babies who can’t talk somewhere, I trust Gia & her staff completely.

Simply Grooming by Gia is absolutely the best grooming facility in KC. We’ve been to several others, and I can tell you the level of professionalism and high quality work they do is top notch. They suspected an ear infection in our puppy that I never would have noticed, which was then confirmed by our vet. We have a blind/deaf senior dog and a puppy and they both do great there. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this place! Gia and her team are kind and very knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job grooming and caring for my dog. My dog's fur was damaged due to a mishap at another groomer and Gia and her team helped even out his coat and soothe his skin. His fur is in much better state now and he is more comfortable! Will definitely be back!!! If you are looking for a place to get your pet groomed, come here!

Gia and her team are a critical part of our cats support network. That's right, they do cats too! Franklin has been going to Gia's group for about six years now and I feel so lucky to have such wonderful care for our long-haired, flat-face friend who needs a little extra grooming than your typical house cat. They are professional, reliable and most importantly have his best interest in mind at all times. This team cares so much about the animals they attend to and making sure that they are safe and well-cared for during the grooming process is clearly a priority, and that's super important to me. I can't recommend them enough.

They did a great job with grooming, that’s not why I am giving them 1 star. We scheduled an appointment for noon. The morning of the appointment, I received 2 text messages (no phone call) to cancel the appointment and move it to later in the day because they were backed up with appointments after a staff member called in sick. I did not see these messages. Please understand that I know life happens, but we have schedules that are tight with our jobs and it’s not easy to simply move our schedules around so quickly to be over an hour and 1/2 later on drop off. I understand that our dog does not like crates and will bark and that’s why they did not want to take our dog at the appointed time, instead asking us to come later. However, it is not acceptable the way they handled it or apologized. To turn us away at the door when we were dropping him off because they moved the appointment time day-of…please make more of an effort to reach your clients. If your clients do show up at the appointed time, don’t be surprised when they are upset when you really didn’t make much of an effort to reach out to them. This place is also a bit of a drive for us, so of course I was upset.I imagine the reply will mention that our dog barks in crates or that they can’t help a staff member being sick. Again, I am not upset about these things — I am upset by the level of effort to reach out and not confirming with the client that a new appointment time works for them. Then turning them away from the door when they made the effort and time out of their day to reach you. Your time is not more important than ours, that is incredibly selfish.If I did not respond that means I did not see your message.And the apology I got was simply “K. Apologies.” via text.Cool place.

I have taken her to Gia's since she was a baby and can't imagine ever not making the trip to Gia's to make her look good and the bonus is that my standard poodle absolutely loves all the staff members as they make her feel right at home. They set the standard in grooming!!

Gia and the gang treat my fur kid like their own family. They help me out with food and treat suggestions for my allergy prone dog, and we've gotten several cute collars there as well. Staff are all very knowledgeable and patient with the animals.
