They sold me a dress and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t take it cause “it wasn’t theirs” even though the tag and receipt matched. They shouldn’t have put it out and sold it to me in that case. A fault on their end and now I’m stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit me.

Did some last minute Christmas shopping here. Found some great makeup and perfume bargains. Long line and only one cashier but when one goes shopping at the last that is to be expected. Only negative is all the rude other shoppers that expect it not to be busy. Seriously.

Always takes forever to get help at jewelry counter and after a massive wait when make a decision have to go to back of line even though if were assisted when first was at counter you were third in line

I was there this evening and went to check out, they had 1 register going, and she was moving so damn slow, I would’ve been in line for an hour, it was ridiculous, they had a ton of people working and they could’ve called somebody up to check people out, you could tell they don’t want business. They don’t want their jobs. I’ll shop somewhere else I put the stuff down and walked out.

10/7/23I've visited this location several times. Being, it's the closest location to my home. The store is always clean and organized with multiple employees. The long line never takes long. Good variety of items.

Found what I was looking for but why are the fitting rooms ALWAYS closed in the Ross stores?? This is the third Ross store I have been to lately and all three have had their dressing rooms closed.

I love Ross! I'm not going to lie, sometimes it's hot or miss finding what you need or want. However, you can always go to another one and they may have it. Prices make the extra work worth it.

Elderly lady had an accident and was in the restroom alone and embarrassed. Staff just giggled and laughed at their customer rather than lift a finger to help. Despicable people work here.

It always smells like dirty diapers for some reason. The prices aren't that great anymore, and a lot of items lately have been damaged or opened (twice now, didn't see until I was home).

Who don't love Ross? They have some really good clothes for really good prices. This particular one. The cashier that checked me out was super friendly. Super nice. You don't always get that at stores so thanks for that

Long lines but it was Christmas time. Things were messy. But that's expected when you have customers just rummaging through stuff. Employees tried to check out people as fast as they could though. Have to appreciate those who work in retail. It's hard.

One of your cashiers refused me service and told me to leave and said you all were "closed" 10 minutes before you actually closed. I work in customer service and just because you want to close early doesn't mean you can tell customers to leave.

The store workers made me feel less then welcome and we're very rude to me!! Which really sucks for Ross's altogether because Ross has a very good franchise that I enjoy shopping at!! Too bad this store in the Northland has very bad customer service!

I am obsessed with Ross. The prices are always great. I gave it a 4 because the selection is pretty thin. The boys kids rack could use more selection and organization. 80 percent of the time the customer service is good. Though there are some female cashiers and a lady in the mid 30s that could work on their customer service. A smile and a kind voice can take you far. I hope to see a little more cheer the next time I visit or the unfriendly workers not there they change the shopping experience a little. Customer service is soooo important.

Sometimes cluttered but …sometimes you find a good worthy bargain if you dig…most everything in the apparel dept is cheap and not just saying cheap as in pricing. I call it disposable clothing..wear it once maybe twice then throw it away. It’s a fun store to shop on a little cash. Need to go often they restock with new things on a weekly basis.

Love absolutely adore this place! I bought a pair of nice Reebok, a pair of Jessica Simpson jeans, Coach perfume and a black leather jacket with a hoodie for around a $100. You just can't beat that

I really love this store. Last night i was thrilled to see that it was open late so I went in for some me time. Wow sooo many kids running wild! I felt sorry for the employees for being responsible for cleaning up after the little heathens. The parents were letting the kids run wild and make a mess. The employee's maintained friendly costumer service even through all the kids were loud and clearly up past bedtime.🙄

I enjoy walking through here. I'm not the biggest Shopper in the world. Usually I'm taking my wife over there to do some shopping. I always seem to find something I like regularly. It's amazing to me how much inventory they rotate through this showroom floor. Staff seems Pleasant as well. Keep up the good work Ross!
