This review is for the grooming department. I will adjust my review from one star once we pick up our Flat Coated Retriever and see how well they do with him. My husband took our two dogs to them and I received a call from him saying I should talk to them. He handed them his phone and they proceeded to tell me that they do not have the capabilities of hand scissoring my toy Aussiedoodle at this facility. What? Really? Yet you can hand scissor my Flat Coated Retriever. Seems weird to me. You are supposed to be trained for grooming. I’ve never received any grooming training and I can hand scissor her myself in just 2 hours. The only reason I needed a groomer this time is because I had surgery and am unable to use my arm for another couple months.So, just an FYI if you are considering using this location, do not go here if your pet needs to be scissor groomed and not just shaved. Yes, Aussiedoodle’s “can” be shaved, but the most go to for them is the puppy cut which is hand scissoring. Also, be aware that in the “add on” charges, the scissor fee is NOT, for hand scissoring. It’s a dematting fee. Very misleading and complete waste of our time.

I took my newly rescued dog to PetSmart to be groomed. Her appt was for 9:00 a.m. We were the 2nd dog to be checked in for grooming. I explained that she was very timid due to her being rescued from a bad situation. The groomer assured me that she would work with her. And that she would call me in 3 to 4 hours for pickup. Since we live a distance away, we ran some errands and came back before the 3 hours were up. We sat in the parking lot so we would be available as soon as we were called. We watched as the dogs that got checked in after us came out. At 4 hours, I went in to see if they were done. The groomer assured me that she would call me when she had finished. At 5 hours, we went in. Our pup's hair was on the table but they told us they were not done yet. We requested to pickup our dog. We were told that our groomer was new. Our pup's haircut is horrible. She has thin spots in some places and really long hair in other areas. I understand that we picked her up before she was completed but it had been 5 hours. Why was our dog groomed after other dogs? Why didn't someone call us about the delay? Why were other groomers not helping the "new" groomer out? I truly do not understand any of this. Why would I ever return?

The fish seemed great. Store was clean. Staff was nice as usual. It is a great store. Beta's need some attention. Some are looking rough. Otherwise everything was great.

Great pet store! I recently became interested in fish and PetSmart has been very helpful in setting up my first aquarium. All of the fish I have purchased this far (1 Betta, 3 Corydoras, and 4 Platies) are happy, healthy and thriving. I couldn't be happier with my experiences so far.

Bought four fantailed guppies and they are doing well. We had an hour and half drive home but they did well in the bag. We love them and are looking forward to purchasing more fish for our aquarium. Thank you.

Just adopted a cat and they gave me a great packet of coupons to get us on our way! Then the lady that helped me was so well informed and told me the right food, the right litter, the right treats and even some special toys that cats love and she was right about it all! Mystic is home, settled in and enjoying his new life thanks to Petsmart! Thank you!

Booked my two dogs 1 small and 1 medium, took the wrong one the first day and they said they couldn't just switch the Apts around, so I brought the other dog and they told me (at 1:30pm) that if they havnt called by 530 head on Over for pickup, so I showed up at 530 and they had not started my dog. Told me they might not be able to hroom him. Then told me to come back in an hour and a half so I did.... the next day they gave me trouble with my medium 25lb dogs rabies tag, then did the same thing at 1:,30 told me to come back at 530 so I did. She was not ready or being worked on. So I left and they called at 645 that she was ready and when I got there they did not even cut her hair and expected full payment. Ridiculous and I do not recommend you book an apt here!

I have come to this location for my doggos' supplies, training, and grooming. The training they received here with Pat was wonderful - my dogs and I were less frustrated with one another following her class. I also bring my doggos to get baths at the grooming salon. They always leave looking happy and super clean! I also love the PetsMart rewards program, which really helps you save $$$ when you pay attention to thr deals or even play games on the app to earn coupons. Always have nice service here!

They don’t take care of their animals. We won’t be supporting this business due to the lack of care and empathy they have. We were in there and they had this leopard gecko who was on its last leg due to over crowding. They even had open cages they could’ve moved him into.

Easy to find and a full selection of pet supplies for most kinds of pets. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. They carry most products you can't find anywhere else without difficulty. Honored multiple coupons without question and were very nice .

Very clean and welcoming! I didn't know they adopt cats from there. There were about four cats all super cute and loveable! I wanted to take them all home but since I'm just here visiting that isn't an option. I always like going to petsmart but this one was the best so far!

I'm not sure why but my rats and micef/t do not last very long at all. I can only buy 1 or 2 at a time or they go bad quickly. Other than that I've always had great customer service there!

We usually buy something from Petsmart at least once a week for either our dog, Lorenzo, or one of our cats. We love to go to the PetSmart in liberty because of the sales associate Randy. He is so kind and it’s always there to greet us when we walk in. He answers all of our questions and is always so friendly. I wish more customer service workers were like Randy.!

Lots and lots to choose from and a wide range of animals but the prices are at least 25% higher than other pet stores. The people were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had curbside order, arrived at location when u pull in parking lot they have no clear markings on where to park so I parked in the closest spot to door and pushed I arrived…..sat for a few minutes next thing I know the order goes away and I had to go inside to get it! Talked to an employee he stated that is was CURBSIDE pick up and I was to be up in the fire lane waiting ….due to their employees almost being hit…they do not come out in parking lot at all.. I’m confused… won’t be back to this location this is the first PetSmart I’ve ever had an issue with….

Manager was completely rude. I ordered a pickup online and came a little over an hour after I placed the order needing the item immediately. She said I had to give her 3 hours to pick it (even though she and the 2 other employees appeared to be twiddling their thumbs). The 3 hour limit was nowhere on their website and i was surprised she wasn't happier i was willing to come in and pick it myself. The process took all but 30 seconds. I told her things had changed, i couldn't wait, and had picked the item myself and asked to checkout and she said again that I was supposed to wait until she got it but begrudgingly printed the receipt from the office and handed it to me. Petco is way more friendly and will get all my business from now on.

The cat groomer here, Megan, is nothing short of amazing. The fact that her and the other groomers schedule around a coworker with cat allergies truly speaks to how much these people care about animals and their owners. Our cat Luna had been very skiddish of anyone besides my gf and I, but they got her taken care of comfortably and quickly 😊

I just had a Wonderful trip to PetSmart!!!First, Brandon the sales associate was Totally Awesome!!!!!It was nice to be able to get our cats a big variety of frisky canned food and they also had the 47 lb. Bag of Pro Plan dog food!!Thank You Pet Smart!!!!🌺

We've purchased prescription food from this location multiple times in the past; however we were rudely rejected by the cashier today as they've suddenly changed policy to only sell prescription food if it's prescribed through their pharmacy.Cashier was dismissive with other customers and doing everything possible to push them off on somebody else. Will not be returning to this location.

I have purchased from this exact location last month in February as well as their online pharmacy using a prescription from Petco, because the local Petco doesn't carry any prescription food. However, for some reason suddenly today when I went in, they've changed their policy? 🤷‍♀️ The cashier was extremely dismissive and seemed to have the mindset of "oh well, don't care". I'm normally the anti-karen. But I don't understand why I've been able to before, but not today. It sucks that I will have to stop shopping here now if they won't sell me the product I need.

Great staff, ever sense we found out our little 16 yr is sick the staff realy has been helpful with explaining our options and not pushing them on us. They keep telling us we don't have to go further on a treatment plain other that just letting him eat whatever he wants and make sure he gets plenty of rest, also to make sure he drinks plenty of water. Super friendly and helpful staff, even though it seemed they may be a bit understaffed.It's not my usual PetSmart location so set-up and stock was a little different, making my visit longer than usual or expected. This is important when you run into the store 10 minutes before closing time. Not once was I rushed or made to feel like I was a nuisance when I had to decide on a different food than I usually buy my picky senior cat.Thanks so much, ladies!

Some of the staff have no idea how to inform the patrons on how to care for the animals other than dogs and cats. It was interesting to see the difference in information from the 2 different days I went looking for hermit crabs. One employee was a mountain of knowledge and the next day I went, all I got was "I don't usually work at this location." It took what the first person told me plus my own research in order to make an informed decision on what to buy.
