The PetSmart store is very spacious with a large parking lot. The interior is well-lit with high ceilings that make it feel even brighter. Additionally, the store features a pet hotel.

My wife & I frequent this store we have lots of pets including 2 different fish tanks. We were in the store last night & it will be the last time we spend a dime in the store. I asked a question about a filter on a little tank we bought there for snails only because I think they are fascinating, & had a question. Meka the so called manager of fish I suppose argued with me about the filter I had in my tank, she was so rude I was dumbfounded. She treated me like I was stupid and when I asked for some1 else to please ring me up because of her crappy attitude, she told me it was her or I could get out of the store. I own my own business, & my wife is manager at another business & let me tell u if we treated our customers as bad as we were treated by her we wouldn't have customers at all. This is not the first time this child has been rude to us or many other people when I checked into her. Who ever is above her needs to send that so called manager to charm school or just plain good customer service school. I found out she has been very rude to many people & has numerous bad reviews. This place has lost our business forever, & any1 else I can get to listen to me before her god of fish attitude ruins the experience for some one else. She has no idea who she talked to the way she did trust me!!!!

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat! Everyone one I’ve encountered at the store has been extremely helpful and kind. I’ve been taking my 10 month old husky to training since he was 10 weeks old. Cassie has done an incredible job working with us in the classroom and being a quick text away whenever I’ve had a question. She recommended that I bring Ollie to day camp to socialize with other pups and the workers.He’s been going to day camp on and off for several months, and he LOVES it!! From the moment we pull into the parking lot he knows where he is and he can’t wait to go see his friends, both four-legged and two :).About a month was in a pinch and needed to drop Ollie off while I ran errands, it was a party day and they had a lot of pups there, instead of turning us away Chantel found a way for Ollie to be able to play for a few hours so I could get things done. Nick has been extremely helpful in reassuring me that Ollie (who has separation anxiety) does well while at camp and really enjoys being there! Ollie loves when he sees Nick behind the hotel desk, and wants to greet him every time we stop in for a minute.To all of the other Tiffany Springs PetSmart employees thank you for all that you do for my fur baby! There are so many of you who have taken the time out of your day to give him treats or head scratches and he loves that you give him the attention!We look forward to bringing Ollie to camp more in the future and are looking forward to our next training session!

called beforehand about Guinea pig pricing, got told 50 over the phone. When we arrived it was roughly 60, that wasn’t the issue so much as they left out the fact the only two they had would need to be bought together. We showed up, found cera(cute lil Guinea pig)and asked a worker. Well they said it’s highly encouraged to buy two since they tend to get lonely. After talking with a couple workers at this point they were absolutely not going to let us leave with just cera without the second Guinea pig they had. Lil guy above her had a sign saying he’d need a friend. I can see the problem if those two were bonded but they weren’t, and staff didn’t even have them in the same cages. You would think if they need a second party they wouldn’t be separated until their adoptions. We were ready to take cera home, even have a Guinea pig at home to take her to! We would’ve absolutely taken them both since the pig above her was alone curled up in his house. (Cera on the other hand was enjoying her time in her cage, he isolated himself, which is why I don’t understand why they’re separated if they need social time together) had it been mentioned on the phone that the only two available had to be adopted together great. If it were stated they were bonded a different story, I’ve adopted plenty of bonded animals, but that was never stated once either.(we asked questions 3 times)it really did feel like they were just trying to swindle my teenager into getting 2. We would’ve gotten both had it not been my daughters birthday and she wanted to spend her money on getting a little sibling for her older brothers Guinea pig. She 100% wanted her first pet to be her purchase and it was out of her budget. It all worked out in the end, petco was an 8 minute drive away, had 6 separate sages, each containing 3 Guinea pigs at most so they could all socialize properly. (they absolutely were not overcrowded) Staff was way friendlier and all the animals can be held beforehand. We left with a New Guinea pig just half an hour after leaving petsmart. Save yourself the time and gas and just go to petco. You’ll be able to bond and find which ones your new best friend compared to just two pigs alone.

I had a grooming appointment for my dog and when it came time to pick him up, I paid ahead of time online. I am 7 months pregnant with a toddler who fell asleep in the car on the way. It started snowing on the way as well. I just wanted to get home safe and was not going to leave my child alone in the car or wake him up. I called to ask if they’d bring my dog out to me if I parked in curbside. They said it is against their policy. That’s fine with me, I just think they need to change their policy. If they have curbside pickup space, there shouldn’t be an issue bring my dog out to the car. I’m just disappointed and since this is their policy I will not be bringing my dogs in for grooming services anymore after today. I have already canceled my other dog’s appointment this week.

This location has the friendly staff! Sometimes they are out of the fresh cat food I like but I do love their selection of other items and dry cat foods.

Great customer service. My dog was very happy and licking the the ladies goodby at pick-up. They gave us flexibility for pick-up dates due to our hospital stay and they were so helpful and worked with us throughout.

Got my dog groomed yesterday. I realized they cut his nail too short and he was bleeding. Also I noticed he had eye burgers in his eyes still. I thought everything looked good until I looked closer. Rebecca was his groomer. Not impressed. Take your animal somewhere else.

We had signed up for dog training classes. Last week a few of us showed up and it was canceled. No common courtesy to call. Today we called and was going to show up, but he said no class and our trainer was no longer going to be there. Terrible communication and very disappointed. Requested a refund and going somewhere else that takes other people time into consideration.

Congratulations you lost a long time customer today. Went in to purchase a few tropical fish, and the young punk would not stop talking to his friend to help me. Told me nobody was in the fish department. Well this nobody will not be shopping here again. Chewy is much cheaper, and I don't have to deal with a punk's attitude.

It’s really hard to find a good groomer, because mostly at PetSmart here around they’re super lazy and making haircuts so so, fast and absolutely carelessly. This time I had a deal with extremely horrible haircut for my pup by groomer Jasmine. And for this haircut for my little dog they charged me ridiculously high price. It’s really horrible groomer, I believe she doing not her job in life really. I am so mad and my day was really spoiled. I keep looking for a good one. do not recommend PetSmart at all, because I had over four groomers and all of them really bad. They cut crookedly and sloppily. Maybe I wasn’t lucky though, but I know how really good groomers can make.

Was told I was shady by an employee. Because my dog food prescription had expired and the normal place I go to was closed due to the holidays. And I asked if I could have another customer with a prescription to buy me two cans to get me through the weekend. Will never shop at Petsmart again.

We took our cat, Sky, here to be groomed for the first time. Sebastian was fantastic with our kitty! Sky looks adorable in her lion cut. So glad we brought her to Petsmart! It was also nice that a previous purchase gave us a sweeeeet $10 discount on grooming right on our receipt.

I really enjoy the Topfin 10g starter kit. It has all the fixings and was on sale for $60. It’s been a great home for male guppies, a female Betta, two Corys, a Load of pond snails, and Lots and Lots of plants! Highly recommend snagging a good deal on a tank setup kit!

I brought my toddler and German Shepherd with me to get some supplies to set up my new fish tank. I've only ever used plastic plants before and wanted to try doing a live tank this time and felt very overwhelmed by the different options. A kind attendant (I can't remember her name, I'm sorry, but it was Saturday afternoon 4/8) came and happened to have a few live aquatic plant tanks if her own and gave me Some really helpful tips and suggestions on which plants to get! She even went and got some now that had just come into stock but not stocked on the floor yet! Thank you so much!

I take my long hair German Shepard Jyspy Rose to get groomed. Her groomers name is Chantel, she is patient with her & trims her like a short haired shepard does a wonderful job does her paws. Trims & files her toenails. I am very happy with the staff at Petsmart @ Tiffany Spgs. Chantel has been doing Jyspy since she was about 6 months old won't take her nowhere else. Thanks Petsmart...... posted photos backwards after 1st before 2nd. Recommend this Dog Grooming location & store.

Pretty good location and seems to be reasonably well stocked even while some other places are struggling to fill the shelves. Aside from the government engineered baloney, not a bad experience at all. Location seems clean and orderly and has pleasant employees. Able to find all we needed.

Took my dog to the vet inside the store. Was able to get same day appointment and booked online. People were very nice and welcoming. They came out to the car to get my dog. They called to inform me about his diagnoses and called when he was ready to be picked up. Didn't give 5 stars only because I felt it was little pricey but I don't go to the vet often so this may be normal.Overall, I would recommend this place. My dog warmed up to them very quickly...and that doesn't happen often.

This was my second time in this store and they have always been polite and helpful. After my first visit, I knew the section I needed to be in and everything was fully stocked and I did not need any assistance although I am positive they would have cheerfully helped me find what I was looking for. The store appears to be clean as well and it seemed as if they had sufficient staff to assist customers in need. I would and will recommend this location to friends and family
