Groomers are ill equipped. Too expensive and they don’t do a good job. Booked a bath and brush just because I wanted a nail trim since his nails are black. I didn’t even want the bath and brush but there was no option online to just do a nail trim. Got him back and the nails were maybe cut like 1/8 of an inch. I wanted it professionally done because I don’t know exactly when to stop cutting. I had to cut them more at home. They are awful groomers if I can cut my dogs’ black nails shorter and better than them.Not to mention, my dogs nails were LONG. I’m sure they knew they could cut it at least 1/4 of an inch more. Will not be returning. Poor service. Waste of $50. Do not recommend grooming your dog here if you want professional services.

I'm usually hesitant to buy fish from big chain stores but we bought a betta and three African dwarf frogs a few months ago and they're thriving. The employee that helped us seemed to actually know and care about fish, even asking us questions to make sure we knew what we were doing, plus everything seemed clean and maintained.

We've had our English Setters groomed many times over the years. They are a very specialized & difficult breed to groom, so we've always just accepted what we got, never expecting much. However, our recent grooming visit at Petsmart in Kansas City, Ward Parkway, exceeded all of our expectations! Rori and the staff gave our Keeley a textbook groom all around. We couldn't believe it. Her coat length, tail, ears, tummy, head, grinch feet & leg feathers were trimmed perfectly. My husband and I have told our family and friends about our experience. The price was very reasonable & the service time was punctual. I highly recommend!

I came in for a bearded dragon and LJ was so great! We picked a beardy, then the tank and absolutely everything else I needed for my new baby! LJ was willing to deal with my indecisiveness and ran around the whole store with me helping me find the best deals on everything my new pet would need! I’ll be back in to grab more crickets and update LJ specifically on how he’s doing in his new home!

One of the best ones I've been to lately. Their selection of dog leashes,collars, and halters was great. I found d a couple different halters for my puppy and didn't pay outrageous prices either. Their rewards program is pretty helpful too, not just for poi to on things in the store but it also comes in ha dy with their instore pet hospital

We went and picked out some new fishes and decorations for our fish tank that we recently purchased. The staff member was easy to find and helped us immediately once we made the right decision on what to purchase. Ended up leaving with 4 fish, 2 snail and a few decorations.

I use PetSmart grooming for my little Havanese dog and they do a good job. She had tangled fur so I know it was a bit of work to groom her! The store is bright and clean and staff is friendly.

I live 5 minutes from this pet smart and yet still have to drive 20 minutes away to get crickets. No matter what this location never has any crickets, not even they day after they say they’re supposed to get a delivery. It’s very frustrating that every time I come in I cannot buy what I need and I’m done wasting my time here. If people are buying their whole stock of crickets in a day maybe they should limit how many crickets a single customer can get at a time.

They are so nice here. I run through here almost weekly and have never had a bad experience.But a special shout out to Te'onna in grooming; she is an absolute queen. She treats your dog amazing and is great at what she does. I have a German Shepard that likes to swim in dirty lakes and roll in dirt, but after Te'onna's magic, she is perfectly clean. I won't take my pup to anyone else.

First of all I don’t even know where to start… first I had got a guinea pig from here about 4years ago and we asked for ALL information about the animal and they told us NOTHING about the right diet my pet ended up passing away because they didn’t spread the right information NEXT I got a bearded dragon from them last year and they told me to only feed my pet 5 crickets a day 5 CRICKETS A DAY then when I was doing that diet I noticed my pet had lack in growth there for when we came yesterday September 16 2023 I came for a refill on crickets and worms and repti calcium and I was explaining the extreme lack of growth and I talked to a beautiful lady and she owns a bearded dragon herself and she told me that they told me the wrong information about my animal and that he actually is supposed to eat 20 CRICKETS A DAY this is cruel and very upsetting there for this place gets a 2 star from me

Omg. Where is the zero?? My mom took her dog here to get her dog’s pic taken with Santa and it was a hot mess compared to what the other stores were doing. They looked like they didn’t even try! Their tablets weren’t even working and the customers had to use their own phones. The other photo is from the Antioch store. Don’t waste your time going to the one at Ward Parkway. The look on my mom’s dog’s face in the first pic says it all.

Not one of their best stores. One clerk in fish department was more intent to talk on store communication system to someone else than help us. Young lady that did help us was good and so was cashier. They were both friendly.

Apparently they only take prescription from Banfield, their in-house vet. Wouldn’t be so bad if they stayed open the same time as the store but had to go elsewhere. I’m not seeing their logic.

This is one of the better petsmarts in the area for selection of food specifically cat food. The reason my low review you might inquire. Their fish. They are doing the right thing by not selling them due to some is it bacteria? Algae? Issue. Here's my deal this is like 3 months now that I can't buy no fish from this pet smart. Look I know Rogue just go to another pet smart. They had a betta 2 weeks ago from 2/14/23 I was going to adopt. NO BETTAS! TF! Will I still give this store my business yes. Just fix your fish issue soon please. I want fishies!

Our new aquarium has issues. A very helpful sales person assisted me with testing our water. Diagnosing the sample and made recommendations. I wanted to purchase items she said I didn't need. Very helpful 👍I was at the Ward Park location, inquired about a product, the salesperson advised they were out of the product. I asked if she could check their system inventory to see if perhaps another story had some.She informed me I could call myself and check. She was not rude or nasty, but she was not doing it. I don't know if they don't track or not. However I do know when I am on line, they seem to have a count. I'm a little taken back by the lack of customer service. The store was not busy.. ijs
