Every time I come to get a nail trim. They are always closed. The hours are listed outside and they never follow it. They saw “based on appointments they’ll close early.” Is that a proper way to run a business? I do not recommend.

This was my puppy's first time at the groomer. She has not done well at our attempts at home. I think it was a good experience for her. I know she was probably scared as it was her first time, but she seemed to be very happy with the groomer both when we dropped her off and when we picked her up. She smelled great after and her nails were nice and smooth.

We love seeing Kim! She is always so great with our two dogs. She is professional, personable, and very quick when we walk in for a nail trim and buffing. For sure a 10/10, we would ALWAYS recommend!

The service was prompt and the groomer was kind. I do hope that you began to offer cat services. We take our Australian Cattle Dog monthly and her coat is so soft, sweet smelling, she gets the calm and refreshing bath. They don't have bandanas though

I've started coming to this location (KC Northland) more often recently, as I used to be a Petsmart shopper. Every time I visit this store, I have great interactions with the associates - everyone has been helpful and friendly. Kim in the grooming salon is also FANTASTIC. My rescue dog is still very timid around strangers and historically hasn't done well when having her nails trimmed by other people. Kim has a magic touch though, because she's out quick and easy and tolerates it so much better than with anyone else.

Because Tiffany was very accommodating. We were in and out with very happy dogs. It was hard to get their nails cut during this stay home order. So glad you were open for walk in.

Kim is very patient with Shellie as she is very shy around people. Kim does an excellent job brushing Shellie's long hair and trimming her just right! Shellie's nails are clipped and smoothed to keep her from tearing the furniture or scratching us. Very pleased every time!!

Frankie is a very sensitive dog, was very abused when I adopted him. The young ladies at petco do such an amazing job on him, take the time and have so much patience ♥️, I would recommend them not only for a raise in all the dogs they do , and recommend petco the place to get your dog groomed 💕

The staff is always great with our Lil guy, he's got a mass in his stomach and they are always more cautious of the way they handle him. I won't take him anywhere for grooming

As far as my Charlie is concerned, Kim has been a patient dog whisperer. She found the tricks early to calm him, and his grooming visits since are reportedly very pleasant.

My pet Zoey has the kindest, most efficient, groomer Cassandra A. Zoey is always happy when we go to Petco. Zoey knows she will be pampered, and have pleasant time. We will enjoy more trips to Petco and the great people there.

The groomer was kind and friendly. She was patient as I had to look up my dog's immunization record. My dog enjoys going to the groomer which is a big deal since she won't let me touch her nails.

I just brought my dog to this location. The guy choked my dog to point where he started to bite and he has never done that ever. He is an english bulldog they can't breathe when things are wrapped around there neck. I paid to get the walking plus ears where not cleaned. You need to find employees that care about the what there doing. I will never use this location again and will tell everyone I know not to come here.

They did a great job on my dog's coat as well as trimming his naiils. I told them he was a little grumpy and they did a great job with him overall. Very pleased.

I take both of my dogs to Petco because the prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience there. My dogs seem to love it!

Their prices are not fair ,I ask for a short hair trim and they didn't do that much for 60 dollars I think I could gotten better service.

I walked in without setting an appointment they were able to get me in right away I explained to them baby doesn't like to have these toenails cut the lady's name Becky she knew her business took really good care I will come back to Becky every time

Connor always does my dogs nail trim and teeth. My dog used to be scared to go in the grooming center. Now I just ask him if he wants to go see Connor and he perks up and is ready to go!
