Man what a let down. Been coming here for over a year getting Ryders nails trimmed. Got off work yesterday and went all the way home to get him and all the way back to get his nails trimmed and they were closed. It was 245. Hours say open til 5. Called today after they open at 9 to make sure someone is there and no answer. Waited til 11 and called back and someone did answer but said she's the only 1 there and leaving/closing at 1, when their hours are til 4. Guess I'll be finding a new place to get the dogs nails trimmed.

I brought my two schnoodles in today. One is only six months old and was very scared. Rachel took her time and did a fantastic job. The two year old did great as well. Highly recommend Rachel and Petcetera!

Poor customer service. Called multiples times to set up our free 1:1 training session that was offered to us as a part of the coupon we received when we got our new puppy. Called today and was told that the trainer had “quit” and that there was nothing being offered in lieu of the training for customers who had already received the coupon. The employee seemed annoyed with my question and came across very rude. Would not recommend this company.

I took my fur baby here for the first time and we absolutely loved it! I felt so comfortable leaving him while he was being groomed, and they did a WONDERFUL job with him! He looks perfect. I’m bringing my other pup to them next week! We will be coming back regularly!!! So so so happy. Very reliable, professional, and good quality. Thank you Petcetera for doing such a good job with my fur baby! Can’t wait to become regulars now! 😊

I recently took my Shepard mix here to be groomed and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and the treatment my dog received. in the past after coming home from the groomers he would act different and go hide in a room but when he came home he was just as playful as he was before! the woman that i dropped him off with was nice and didn't mind his high, playful energy that almost all groomers have hated in the past. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone!

My little fur baby is a rescue I have had more than 2 years and scared of the world. When I picked her up she was smiling and had to go around and say goodbye to all of the groomers! She looked great and was so happy and smiling. She never acts like that around new people. So very happy to have found the perfect place for her.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We took our Aussie Lloyd here for the first time and I promise it won't be the last!!!! We have a rescued Aussie who is very scared of new people and places so we've always been scared to leave him, but as soon as we walked in I felt comfortable! The groomers took time to talk with us and honestly made me feel so comfortable to leave my fur baby there! When we picked Lloyd up he looked AMAZING penny did an amazing job, and even better the price was so insanely reasonable!!! And once again the ladies took time to let us know how Lloyd did and didn't rush us away like some places do! If you're looking for an outstanding place, a place you trust to take the best care of your fur baby, I highly reccomended Petcetera. They are wonderful. I wish I could leave a million 5 star reviews! So loving and professional!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They got my dog in right away when he was in dire need of a tick bath and made sure I knew how to care for him after removing everything. Latonya did a great job at trimming my dog as well. This was my first time at Petcetera, and I will definitely be back!

I had been very pleased with my standard poodle's monthly grooming, however his ears had not been getting cleaned/cut and a lot of hair grew into the ear canal and caused a yeast infection. The vet was surprised that I had been taking him to the groomer, as the ears did not look like he had been groomed at all. Otherwise, the people are very nice, and prices are cheaper than PetSmart and a few other places I checked with. They seem to take really good care of the dogs.

I have used Petcetra since my dog was a puppy. I cannot say enough good things about them. Maria runs a very professional business and loves the dogs like they are her own. My dog absolutely loves her. They are excellent at communicating any change in grooming that may need to be done. Every single time I pick up my dog, I am ecstatic at what a great job Maria does. Not only that, but, the price is definitely right. I wish that I could give Petcetra more than 5 stars because I definitely would.

I have two golden retrievers and Petcetera has been keeping them beautiful for a couple years now. They always do such a great job grooming them but even more than that I feel they are loved and cared for while they are there. I highly recommend Petcetera for your pet grooming needs!

We love Maria. More importantly our dogs love Maria. She is so good at handling our dogs. They are skiddish around strangers but do great with Maria. That is why we have followed Maria everywhere she goes. We have never had a problem when Maria grooms our dogs. They sense that she is a good person.

My wife took my dog in today and was very specific about what she wanted. Only wanted the pup to have an inch to 1.5 inches taken off. Instead my dog was almost completely shaved. The groomer claimed he had mats on the back of his legs, which we know is untrue because he's brushed weekly. Now my dog and my wife are upset. We won't be back.

I’m pretty disappointed with my dogs cut today. I asked for only and inch to an inch and a half taken off. This was not what happened, instead he was almost completely shaved. The groomer claimed my dogs legs were matted, which I know is untrue because I had brushed him the day before. He sometimes gets mats where his potty might dribble, but not the back of his legs. Now, my dog is visibly upset, won’t play and doesn’t want to cuddle. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because his nails were trimmed nicely and the cut was done well, it’s just exactly what I asked them not to do. We won’t be back.

This is the best groomer around in the Parkville area. (I can't say in the Northland because I haven't been to others in Gladstone, etc. N. K.C. & I believe that is part of the Northland.) The staff is so nice and experienced in their abilities. I am always happy with my dog's look when I pick him up. I have a 90 pound long haired German Shepherd who is ok with people but does not like his nails trimmed or the pads of his feet. He had a bad experience with a groomer cutting his toenails and dogs do not forget. The do have to put a muzzle oh him and a lot of groomers won't even take a large that might bite them. That is one of the great things Laura, she takes dogs for grooming, no if, and, or buts. I appreciate her so much and the attention she gives each dog that comes through the door. I just can't say enough good things about her. I have an appointment this week!

If you are leaving your Dog there Beware.... They take them on walks without leads to run free behind the shopping center they are located at .As far as never taking a dog out off of a leash we have photos of dogs off of the leash.Now she has them on leashes after our review.Now if she would pick up the dog waste when she takes them out.We don't like smelling it and we don't want our dogs or anyone else's dogs to get sick from an airborne illness from feces from her dogs.Just a heads up.

Took my Yorkie in to get a cut, Maria took care of him. She was absolutely amazing. Did a killer job on our dapper dude with his non-traditional haircut. I couldn't be happier with the results. As long as Maria is there, our Brodeyus Bearus will be a client of hers.
