We were looking for a self serve pet wash station and this is now our spot! Such a great deal! $5 a wash if you buy the punch card. Highly recommend. Less time cleaning my own bathroom and doing laundry now just to wash the dog.

😍🐶🐱🛁🕶️💣I am always interested in a new business opening up. I had never heard of this store before. I think "oh another boring pet store". I shrugged that off to give it a chance, because I love my boxers dogs. I go in immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. It was like a house warming greeting instead of hello 5,440th customer. I was taken back by the open space of the store. They have very wide isle for people and pets. It had different premium brands that I had never seen before and the best feature is a self service dog wash. This was fantastic!! I had a Brain Griffin happy tail waggin' moment, but full disclosure I don't have a tail and I enjoy baths. The stalls vary in size, they provide towels, shampoo & conditioner (ex. oatmeal & hypoallergenic), conditioner, and fragrance. There is long water hose and a blow dryer. All included in wash service, no extra charges. Discount card for frequent washers like me. Absolutely love this place. Another bouns is the location. It's convenient. They have amazing foods, toys, and treats. The are other animals products like for cats, birds, a rabbits. There are also fish and hamster porducts . This store is amazing. I've never been happy to give my dog a bath,but the dog wash both of us happy. I no longer fear the muddy dog park!!!!😝

I was happy to see this non chain store near my home..... Until I got there!Prices much higher than same brand etc at Pet**rt or *etco.Store wasnt very clean.2 young girls at checkout, I asked twice which side to go on, and was ignored. I put the single item I was going to purchase on the shelf near the register, it fell off & got the employees' attention."Paige" asked "for you want that?" I replied that I changed my mind, and she turned away from me & picked up a clipboard. I asked what her name was & she again ignored me, so I moved so I could see her name tag.Sad that this isn't somewhere I'll shop again.

Great selection for your dog. It is very dog centric store but that is fine with me. The best is the self wash dog stations. They are well laid out for any sized dog. Plus I don't have to clean up my bathroom after a dog bath. Will return again and recommend.

I have a couple dogs, one being a Argentine Mastif that has food allergies. He eats a large amount of food and I have tried every big name store in the pet food world at this point as well as the reward systems they have in place at those stores and online vendors. I honestly don't believe any of them are as good as Pet Supplies Plus with the amount of discounts I receive with them via email. I consistently get 30% off coupons which is a significantly greater savings than a free bag after you buy 12. I have also done more kibble research than I care to admit and this store has a vast and extensive selection of options compared to almost everyone. I would say the price is on par as well. You may be able to find a cheaper price at a feed store but they will never accept a bag of food back for return if your dog has a bad reaction like Pet Supplies would. After trying everyone, I will be sticking with this store for the time being. The only downside and negative I have ever experienced would be the special ordered food I have purchased taking a couple weeks to get in to the store. I kind of prepare for that typically though and have never ran out of his current brand. My other dog is on a pretty specific flavor as well and it's always in stock as well as many others I would recommend to people without my dogs specialty allergie formula.

Wow wow wow. I have been going here for the u-wash for a long time. I started to love this place more and more as the people were just friendly as all get out. Today sealed the deal. I went to purchase a collar and didn't want to miss out on the sale they had, but unfortunately they didn't have the collar I needed. They hooked me up with the sale price and I was able to receive the collar I wanted at my door. Incredible service, integrity, and personal pride. I'll never go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t go here horrible customer service. I took my 2 Little dogs to get a bath and when I went to the back after paying they didn’t have the clips that were long enough to keep them in the bath the other ones are too short and was choking them I asked for someone to come back there and no one showed up to help or look and see if they have some that would fit my dog in the back The girl working the register wouldn’t give me the customer service number after asking. And just said sorry 🤦‍♀️ Nothing was fixed so I wouldn’t go here if you had little dogs the girl checking me out was named Meea

We really like this pet store. We take our dog there to give her baths every once in awhile. The bath prices are 5 baths for $20 which is a reasonable price. But it could be a little bit warmer back in the bath area. The workers are really nice and helpful. It’s a little pricey but less than other stores. They have a treat thing that you can get whatever treats you like and that is what we always do. It’s like 5.99 a pound but super cheap if you get about a quarter pound. Overall it’s a good pet store.

Great store ...as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member asking if they could be of any help. This was my first time in this store..was pleased too see how well organized and clean it is. The reason for my visit was that I was looking for dog food that would be good for picky eating dog...after approaching an employee they gave me several different types of food that I might want to try....ended up choosing the Redford naturals brand and my dog absolutely loves it! I definitely will be a regular at this store.
