Seen it was a new pet shop stop by they were still in the works. Can’t wait to see what they have coming soon and much more but the animals are beautiful. The staff was awesome.

This store just being open gets 5 stars from me. This non big box cooperation pet shop is a new delightful addition to the budding and blossoming community of Northeast KCMO. One more convenient installment for me to happily call this are my Home. I have verified the company phone does indeed ring and is reliably answered by the single employee running the store. Now they are still very fresh and up and coming in their industry but there is a guest log book right next to the register that you can make special requests to satisfy your pets special needs. For instance my 11 year old 7’ long 45£ Columbia Red Tail Boa is a dainty hesitating striker on live food so I would love the option to secure X-Large frozen rats for his indulgence. That being said live is way better for his proper nutrition but I’m thinking I could give him a mix to completely sauté his incredible appetite.Oh if you want to get your Pit big stock up here on all the bully bulk up products you’ll ever need.

Have tried to go here multiple times and they’re closed every time-lights off everything(we looked in the windows) yet the sign on top says it’s open during the hours we go and 3 different places online say it is as well. Also a pretty sketchy neighborhood and we were approached by multiple people while just attempting to get out of our car.

Decided to check out this new pet store sadly I do not see this pet store lasting long from improper husbandry 2 illegal animals turtles under 4 inches to an owner that is extremely rude not only two customers but his employees as well there is no water heaters on any of his fish there were dead animals everywhere because of lack of heat they are using sand on bearded dragons to not having locking lids on there animals there prices are extremely high for sick animals this place needs investigated by the better business for the treatment of not only the animals but employees as the owner JOHN BURKE HAS NOT ONLY HAD LIQUOR LICENSES TAKEN AWAY BUT HIS TATTOO SHOP HAS ALSO HAD AOME NASTY STUFF HAPPEN AS WELL THIS MAN IS A CROOK AND YOUR BETTER OFF AT ANY PET STORE

Bought cat litter pellets from here. Small selection but has just what you need, and comparably priced. Would love if they could carry the Tidy Cats Breeze litter pellets and pads, as this is the system I use.Cool to just stop in- they have a koi pond and all kinds of reptiles and exotic fish. It felt like I was at a zoo! The lady working was very nice and walked me through the shop, even though I wasn't planning to buy anything but the cat litter!

This is a sad review for me to write, as I initially left a great review. I purchased a snake from this store and initially was very happy with my purchase.I went back to the store to purchase mice for my snake for weeks. The men who sold the snake to me have since both been FIRED. The store promised me that they would have the small mice that my snake would prefer and they have not carried them since. My snake has refused to eat every mouse I have purchased from here. Wasted so much money on mice from here with the store saying to purchase another color etc. or to try again next week. Now Ive had to travel 30 minutes away to Miles of Exotics to try their store. I still cannot reach the “mysterious” owner of this store about the health of my snake and they won’t respond to Facebook messages. Very disappointed and wasted now well almost $400. Plus vet fees to have someone see why my snake won’t eat. I am also experienced in reptiles and have done all of the “troubleshooting” tips. The one representative they have working there told me to give my snake crickets, which they also don’t carry LOL. They are also now closed on the weekends which was not the case when I initially purchased my pet. I was told by the store associate that my pet was fully refundable in the event of something happening like this. I am so disappointed I have loved this animal for over a month for no one to be able to respond or help. Don’t purchase a pet from here. Very unfortunate they decided to act this way and I now need to take further action.
