I absolutely love everything about this service! My dog is super anxious so spending an entire day at the groomers really isn’t an option. They were able to book an initial appointment for him very quickly, and now we have a groomer come out every 8 weeks. The whole process is SO quick, and the groomers are great at their job and with my dog as well! Will absolutely continue to use this service!!

I brought my 4 y/o miniature Goldendoodle here for the first time today and I think we found our new favorite spot. I had to find a new groomer because we moved and I was nervous about trying someone new because it hasn’t always been a good experience. My sweet pup came out looking soooooo cute and seemed to have enjoyed her visit.

I can’t say enough good remarks about Gina, our puppy’s groomer. Gina listened to what I wanted regarding how short, the style (puppy cut), and how I wanted their heads shaped. I showed her a picture and my pups looked exactly like the picture. She shared some helpful tips for the blow dryer for future at home needs. Highly recommend especially if you have a doodle. Thank you Pet, Rinse and Repeat for a wonderful spa day for Ziggy and Bama.

The groomers are especially friendly here but even more importantly well trained,my dog always looks professionally groomed and never stressed out.I also like that there are not a bunch of dogs in the lobby to deal with possible dog fights which is exactly how a groomer’s or vet clinic should be.I mean not all dogs get along with strangers and I do not want my dog getting attacked for no reason.Soooo I also like this groomer for that reason!

We've been taking our dog here for monthly grooms for about a year now. The staff is always super caring about the animals well-being. They have made me feel safe leaving my dog in their care from the beginning. Our Australian shepherd comes home looking and smelling great each time. Booking is convenient and the pricing is comparable to other groomers in the area.

Amazing job! My cat is a Seal Point Rag-doll. I did a full service, with a full shave and he looks amazing! His coat is very smooth, (much better than other places I have gone to!) and the blend from his body to feet + neck look very natural. It is never fun to have to shave your cat, but he looks very handsome and he is much happier:)-I’ve included one before picture, 2 after.

This was our first visit and I am in love! We will absolutely be regulars going forward. I have a 2 year old male chow chow who is just so nervous and scared around strangers. Kim was so patient and gentle with him I couldn't be happier. Staff truly try to help reduce stress and make it a good experience for the dogs. He came back looking great and is so soft!

My two boys have been clients of Kaitlyn's for years and we were very excited to follow her to the new salon. We got to visit her last week and it is a wonderful facility with the proper safety measures in place for both pups and humans. Kaitlyn is a dream to work with, my two 60 pound dogs are soft as silk for weeks after getting groomed by her. She is so good to my dog with skin allergies and makes life more livable for him. I bring my foster pups to her for their first groom and they always go away with tails wagging and a good first experience with grooming.

I didn't think to take pictures before going in but believe me, it's a BIG difference. My girl is a Great Pyrenees mix (~98 lbs) & has been blowing her coat. Brushing isn't enough so I looked for a place with a blower & found Pet, Rinse, Repeat. They did a wonderful job & were able to complete her in about 2 hours 😳 wow! She'll often use her size to not do things she doesn't want to (rarely ever aggressive) so the fact they were able to get her in & out so fast is amazing! I will definitely take her back again. She was already gorgeous going in but now she's more she leaves less of herself behind 🤣💚Edit: sorry, forgot to mention that her groomer today was Angie. Did a great job with her!

Although my dog smells amazing and he was clean. They do not give correct rates! I have a puppy Large Doodle they charged me $280 for a pet bath which is obsurd!! They do lie about how they charge like some of the reviews say even on Yelp. They don’t explain services well at all. I’ll never use them again pricing is ridiculous!!!

We had excellent service here! We had taken our Yorkie to several different box stores and we're not satisfied with the cut.We did a Google search for pet groomers and we found Pet , Rinse ,Repeat grooming. Our Yorkies stylist was Penny. She got aquatinted with my little Yorkie so he was not afraid. She gave him the perfect cut! She had listened to myself and my wife wants and produced the most perfectly handsome Yorkie ever!At the other box stores they sedated him but Penny had my dog so comfortable that that wasn't necessary. It was a pleasant experience for him and was absolutely great for us! We highly recommend this place!

We love taking Teddy (Havanese) and Freddie (Chihuahua-Griffin Mix) to get handsome! The groomers are all so kind and honestly we have never had a bad experience. Communication is easy and our puppies always come home happy. Service is quick and scheduling appointments is simple. The groomers make sure to take note of the services we prefer to have done! The price we pay is worth the service we receive!

Our groomer, Lacey, is very sweet and gives so much care to our dog. She double checks all the details before the session and does a great job with the style of cut we’re wanting. The shop as a whole are great about responding quickly and providing information about their services.

The groomer was kind and on time. The groomer said my cat seemed to enjoy watching herself in the mirror and she was not at all stressed afterward. However I did not expect to pay $100+ for only 12 minutes of service. Not worth it.

Mallorie and the team took such good care of my Bella Boo and her nails! I was worried about them as she has been in a previous accident with her nails and they made sure she felt safe throughout the nail trim. Such a cute environment too! Such a good and fast experience. I have a newly adopted pup and decided to give Pet, Rinse, Repeat Grooming a try. I was not disappointed! My groomer, Josie, has such a calming demeanor, my new pup, Murphy, was like putty in her experienced hands. When finished, he was beautiful! I have 2 more of my own dogs and I foster as well. I will be using this great company and this amazing groomer for all my fur babies beauty needs!

Josie is absolutely amazing with Buttercup! She shaved her this morning and she looks sO cute! I was getting so tired of her long hair causing hairballs so, this was the cure. Josie is very loving and always compliments on how great my cat does (shocker! LoL!) Buttercup got shaved once before last year and it didn’t bother her at all. She never hid out for days afterwards like a lot of cats do when they’re mad or upset. She just looks funny right now because she looks so skinny without all of that fur. THANK YOU, Josie!!!

My cat came in with a lot of matting and I wasn't sure how a shave would go. But everything turned out great and the groomer did an awesome job. They even gave her lil booties! I do wish the cut was a little smoother but also my cat is very small and very fluffy. (Still a five stars because the service and experience was great for both of us.)
