Great service! I brought my corgi in for his first grooming. He does not like his nails trimmed so they got long. I was so happy when Pawsperity was able to trim them. He looks great and has a cute bandana.

This is an amazing place! Both an affordable and high quality place to go for dog grooming, AND a 501C3 workforce development organization, its impressive from top to bottom. Their facility is beautiful, clean, and brand new. One of my clients recommended Pawsperity to us, and we're so glad to have found them. The staff is professional and friendly, and the product? Well, we think she's adorable. <3 The only negative is that they're super busy, so be prepared to wait a month or more to get your pet booked.

Terrible terrible place. Worse place to go to for your dogs AND as a student. All the high staff show favoritism to students and there is no fairness in this facility. The disrespect and the arrogance are at high. They offer housing to students but do not mention that you have to pay for it! They hide the fact that you have to! And allow students who do not be there night and day to STILL live there when there is others waiting in line and who do not have no place to stay. They pay you BELOW minimum wage for full time work. No fair treatment is given here. No questions are asked about the unfair treatment with the students. Students are required to walk 2-3 minutes to and from a muffler shop even when it’s: 1) raining 2) snowing 3) below 23 degrees 4) asthma. Judgement day is everyday here. There is no sense of peace here. You come here as a student for “6 months” but stay until 7. And if you stay for too long because you aren’t learning fast enough? They’ll exit you. They won’t work with you, they’ll exit you. Be careful.

I love the doggy daycare at Pawsperity. My Cavalier cannot wait to get in the door when we arrive. The staff are all so wonderful and helpful. I like the way the daycare is set up with play areas and the ability to go potty in a designated area. Also they are never over crowded with dogs like some other facilities. I also like that it supports the grooming project to train people for careers as groomers

My chow chow, Jake Bear looks amazing!!! This was his first groom at the Grooming Project and they did a better job than another groomer at a corporate pet store I will not name. He was treated with care and kindness and even got a new bandana. Thanks! I will be back with Bear and Milo next!

I was so pleased with the work from the Grooming Salon. The mission of this place is so important and any way you can support them would be amazing. I used the salon services and they were done well. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. My dog isn’t a fan of new places or noises and she was in a great mood when we left! Shows the staff really treats the dogs well.

Poor service for first time guest. I had my dog savior groomed last month with the new groomer(forgot her name), But she was rather rude and the bath seemed rushed. My dogs nail were barely trimmed. Then she had an attitude when it was time to pick him up. Excuse me for not knowing you leave early after your last groom instead of 4pm like the website says! I won’t be returning. I should be comped a free bath with someone more pleasant. I DONT recommend. I’d stick to Petco.

I took my dog in for a groom and she was heavily matted so I had the salon take care of her only for them to not finish the job they started until a week later and they cut my dogs skin in several places and I had to pay for her to be corrected for a job they didnt do accodingly. I would NOT recommend their services and my dog is definitely NOT going back and I'm going to pursue legal action

I give Pawsperity , No stars, I called to schedule an appointment for my puppy to have her nails clipped, I was told it would cost 10.00 and to come in on certain days. i arrived and was told i would need my pups records. I explained I had stopped by their facility prior to this visit just to look around and at that time gave my puppies information she said she couldn't find information in the system for my pup and I would have to come back with shot information I came back and was told I would need an appt. which was wrong information. then I was told they found my pups infor. already in the system that someone had typed out her name and my telephone number wrong in the system. I traveled 30 minutes. then after the $10.00 nail clipping i was told it would be 15.00 dollars because I stood in the wrong line . No one told me there was different lines . by this time I was furious. theses people are so unorganized and incompetent.

When I went to KcK pet project I had the worst experience ever! I went to go get my Pomeranian dog groomed and I thought to go back to the place of my dear beloved long deceased Dotson Charlie went, I would feel over joyed. First off I was offended when a “student” commented she has never seen a brown Pomeranian dog with a brown complexed owner I WAS SHOCKED! But I just looked at her and thought this young lady clearly isn’t educated or needs to be around people let alone DOGS! I’m taking my Pomeranian somewhere else! I felt offended race has ended up in this which was supposed to be a great experience for my Pomeranian I am applauded at the hospitality and opinions this place had to offer!

In website it says the students are monitored by instructors but I find that hard to believe. My pup was shaved completely down too far. My pup was shaking when I picked her up and whimpered when she sat on her bottom. This place is HORRIBLE!! I would give it a NEGATIVE 0 if I could.

Such a great place. Friendly and fun. My very excitable German shepherd was taken care of with expertise. I will definitely go here again. I usually can't clip my dog's nails but this place got it done in less than 5 minutes. Definitely stress free grooming!

I love this place it's affordable for anyone with needs of taking care of their pets. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love pets and definitely don't want to see them suffering. Check them out and yes they work with you just to make your pets happy. 5 stars absolutely

The staff at The Grooming Project is great! Really friendly, knowledgeable and obviously care for dogs. I have taken my Shih Tzu there for services twice and am very happy with how he looks. Would recommend!

Great job and my golden doodle who was a little matted. Very professional. Highly recommend. Have been twice and will go again. Is cheaper than my usually groomer so I encourage a heavy tip since the product is 100% as good as grooming at other locations. - barb bins

I have been to many groomers in this Metropolitan area and I get excited when I say that The Grooming Project has by far, the most welcoming and caring staff members!Their attention to my requests is awesome and they obviously use excellent products, leaving my Daisy's coat feeling fabulous! Great, friendly, knowledgeable, AND skilled staff. They were able to trim my difficult rescue dog's nails when even I could not. Only $10 and walk-in. I highly recommend them for all your pet grooming needs!

My dog looks great. I didn't give 5 stars because I dropped my dog off at 8:45 and he still wasn't done when I called at 3:15. I live half an hour away and their website says they close at 3:30, so I was a bit stressed about picking him up. Also, he peed a lake as soon as he got outside with me and #2ed as soon as we got home, so that gives me the impression he might not have been given the chance to relieve himself all day. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and professional and my dog looks and smells good.

The first couple of times I went, I had a good experience. The last time that I went, I asked them to TRIM my pup, they shaved her completely off, and even left red spots on her stomach. Not to mention it was winter time. Thanks for allowing my dog to freeze her butt off. I just called to confirm an appt for tomorrow, they state they have tried to call me but my voicemail was full. I don't have any missed calls, nor do I have voicemails pending in my phone. Seems as if the communication focus is lacking. I am not happy! Not to mention, the staff can be a bit more professional. You can stand in their face and they still will acknowledge you!
