Party City is highly recommended by myself and my family. First glance walking in is something you'd see on a commercial. (Minus the singing and dancing- but that would be awesome to see 😆) The store was very clean and organized. 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction and  customer service. Each team member was working very hard but still made us feel welcome.(Great Job and keep up the hard work).I love the variety of themes, characters and colors the store has. You can't forget the great prices either.❤🧡💛💚💙💜💯Can't wait to get the party started!

I have never been in this place before. What an incredible assortment of items. You could handle any kind of event imaginable. Plus they have lots of custom options available. I hadn't really considered that they would carry all the custom items they have. Really great. I will definitely come back again. The store was very clean and well organized. Super fun for my 1880 HD. I love how everything was color coded and organized in fancy sections. I never knew you could buy just one color of M&M's if you wanted!

We use party city for like all of our party stuff. We have three birthdays throughout the year and they always help us with the over 200 balloons and they even deliver it to the place they blow up the balloons for us. They give me a great price the store is always clean and fully stocked of everything. The staff are super friendly and nice. Sometimes I notice a deal with a really rude guest in the south keep a happy face on, and that shows a lot so that’s why I did this place a great review.

I went to two Party Cities today and I am so glad I went from one to the other!!! ... This one on E 152 highway was outstanding! Super attentive, helpful and courteous, vested employees .. and I met several while making my purchases. The store was well lit and welcoming, and fairly well stocked and while shopping, I had 2 employees offer to help me and then each time walk me over to where items were that I needed. So nice to have a Party City nearby!!

The workers were super helpful trying to make sure that I found what I was looking for. The cashier was so personal. Just extra friendly and down to earth. She made sure that she did not go too far from the register because she wanted to make sure that she was available when finished making my selections.

Elizabeth (Supervisor) at this store had amazing customer service. She was busy, stocking shelves, when I walked by her and asked her for an item that hadn’t been put out just yet. She took the time to stop what she was doing, inquire on exactly what I was looking for and actually make the effort to find the product for me, which ended up being in a box in the back of the store. She never at any time made me feel unimportant or that I was bothering her. I was completely amazed at the time and effort she took to help me.It was refreshing. Amazing!

Never ever again! I ordered online a week before our Super Bowl party, even got an email confirmation that it was ready for pick up, I get there Sunday morning and they have my balloons but not the other 6 items I ordered and had already PAID for. And of course everything was sold out so I was just out of luck.....3 hrs before our party. How nice!! And the employee was basically laughing about it. I will never step foot in this store again.

Well I spent over 30 dollars in 8 balloons. The dollar store is a better option. The balloons from Party city are special. In order for the balloons to last more than 8 hours you have to pay 30 cents extra for the clerk to pretend putting a jelly substance in the balloons before inflating them. She actually does not put anything she just pretends . Then you get charged a dollar for a bag to carry the balloons but you have to remove them immediately from this bag because they “suffocate “ and will deflate within 6 hours. Then you are asked if you want the string floor length or table length? I answered floor length. The clerk immediately grab the strings tied a knot and cut them “table length”. Please go to the dollar store for your balloons. Never again!!

They have redesigned the store to accommodate the present health crisis and the workers wear masks. Their present setup is so open with enough space to social distance. Whoever arranged this store for easy access and shopping did an excellent job! Oh, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, allowed you to shop and they were waiting at the helium area to fill your balloons. I REALLY enjoyed my visit to this store ☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ +⭐

Should change your name to City because you forgot the joy of a party and providing even the tiniest level of service to make one possible. I messed up my balloon order for delivery and asked the store if they could help, but they would only refer me to the website telling me to "see what's available." When I said I'm talking to the store and asking you to help and the employee said ok thanks goodbye.

Super helpful at the front desk, and gave me balloons in a quick and timely manner. Only complaint is that the last time I went, they were literally out of balloons (or helium) I don't remember- which- happens. I would just say put a sign on the door so people are not waiting in line to get something no longer sold at like the few places to purchase balloons with helium.

I purchased favors for my son's birthday. It has a Chiefs theme. Everything was pricey I thought. We spent about $79.00. We can pick up his balloons the day before the party. The Chiefs stuff was kind of picked over but we found some good stuff.

The prices are alot higher than what you'd find at other local stores like Wal-Mart and Target, but their selection is pretty good.The staff is a mixed bag of helpfulness and just wandering off whenever you need assistance. Although you get that at almost any store nowadays.Rating is at 3 stars since I purchased an expensive Halloween costume from the store, and the breastplate within the packaging was fully cracked when given to me. I returned immediately to the store for an exchange and they were fairly understanding with it, but did not offer an apology or anything...

Typical Party City. Hard to tell if the store is open because of the windows. They are tinted so it looks like there are no lights on inside. Other than that the store is clean and organized. They have lots of options and themes for birthdays and events.

I'll start off with the positive: It's such a fun place to get you in the party spirit. My family & I have fun shopping here. There is such a large variety of party items, that you can find almost anything you're looking for. As far as the party supplies, everything seems pretty reasonably priced.Which leads me to the negative. The balloons, mylar specifically, are so overpriced. I love splurging for my kids parties, but just can't stomach paying 9.99 for most of the Mylar balloons. Most mom's I know agree that when Dollar Tree sells an array of mylar for $1 - may not be the huge ones, they work just as nicely. I really hope Party City can evaluate their balloon side of the business & offer more economically priced balloons to the average family.

The staff was great but the variety and selection of products was disappointing. I was searching for items for a "going away" party for a coworker who had taken a new job. There was an over abundance of cheesey children's birthday party items, some wedding/graduation stuff, and small area of over the hill... But not much left for "other" categories. I wasn't looking for anything too specific but was surprised they didn't have more. I was thankful to staff for their help with balloon purchase. They suggested the "high fill" option because my coworker's party wasn't for several hours, and didn't want the balloons to be on the ground. I thought maybe it was just a fake upcharge but my coworker took home the balloons and reported that those balloons stayed floating strong for at least a whole week! It was a good upcharge.

Ordered and paid for balloons online. Scheduled to pick them up at 8am. I get there (late) and they aren’t ready. They haven’t even been inflated. I left at 8:40 with my order... and late for work. The lady behind me, who also ordered her balloons online and scheduled a pickup also had to wait for hers to be inflated as well.

Bad experience. Several shoppers were allowed to roam freely through the stores with no masks on, in violation of KCMO and Platte County health regulations. The supervisor on duty said that corporate policy prevented her from confronting or ejecting them. And we wonder why Covid continues to spread.

They have a decent selection of stuff, however I have gone on multiple occasions and they are always out of hellium which is a huge inconvenience when throwing a party and need balloons filled. I end up making the drive out to Brookside party store as they have never been out of hellium and I don't run into this problem. It's unfortunate since we live up North.

Party City at this time (Fall) I love their variety of Halloween decorations and costumes. Their prices are good and they are always helpful & polite. I will be returning next payday for the kid's costumes.

I bought some costume for my daughter to try. They told me I can return them before Halloween. The costume is not fit for my daughter so I return It 3 days before Halloween, they are not allow to return it! I am not happy with that! Thank you!

What good is a Party City with no helium? Like 10% of the store is balloons and they didn't have a "drop" of helium in the store (quoting the employee).
