Their online app ordering, order fulfillment on time, and most customer service is not good at all. I have had to cancel orders made online because of them not making the delivery on time and the date. Customer service puts you on hold then conveniently drops the call. Not even offer to substitute with an in stock item to appease. I will not buy from Lowe's unless I can put eyes on it and leave the store with it. Their logistics suck.

This store is a mess. The staff are absent from their departments therefore many things are not in stock and getting something that is locked up is a challenge. Outside lawn and garden is covered in garbage around the racking. The lumber area is a mess from the pro entrance and beyond. Overall, this place lacks leadership in my opinion. Lowe’s lost another customer today. I will be going to the Home Depot down the street or Menards from now on. Those stores are in stock and feel fresh and clean when I shop there. If a store manager cannot ensure that the basics are being done, what else is being missed?

Lowe’s on South on Stateline is a great store for a range of products. I recently needed a window squeegee, they had four to choose from! Not just one and off you go. The thing I like about Lowe’s, selection, they almost always have a good selection of what project thing I’m looking for! Keeps me going back!

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES THROUGH LOWES. I purchased a washer and dryer through this location and the customer service has been awful.When the set was delivered the installers left a hose unplugged and turned the water back on flooding the lower level of my house. The washer also did not work. They sent some one to take a look and said it was connected properly so the non-english speaking driver wanted to take the machine back.I asked to bring a new one and then take the non-working one they installed. They refused.I went to the store and spoke to the manager directly. I was informed that they could not help at all becuase they contract out deliveries and installations. They also could not refund my money until the picked up the equipment (5 days later) if I wanted to purchase from somewhere else.I purchased from this store on 11/27/23. As of 1/8/24 I am still trying to get in touch with their claims department to have repairs made for the water damage.

Lots of employees walking around offering assistance. All the employees are really friendly. Only thing I don't like is when did they go to self checkout only? I think they should offer 2% off for self checkout. :)

Lowe’s home improvement has to be the worse company we have ever worked with. We ordered a new Patio Door on June 24th and are still waiting for them to finish the installation. We’ve spent countless hours at the store trying to get them to resolve this. Everyone makes promises, but no results.They came to install the screen door today but they ordered the wrong size of Screen to fit the door that is ordered from Lowe’s . We will never use Lowe’s for any project again and recommend you consider other options.

I was shopping earlier in the season for some planting soil and planters to repot some plants of mine. The planters were very high up and I wasn't able to reach them.I walked around to find an employee and encountered TJ at the register outside in lawn/garden department. He informed me that he'd have someone come and assist me promptly.Sean came over to help with a great attitude and a winning smile. He retrieved exactly what I wanted and was very patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times on color and pattern selections.Once I had all of my items I went back over to TJ who checked me out and had an equally pleasant experience with him.I was impressed by these two gentlemen and the excellent customer service and care they both provided. They sealed the deal on my customer loyalty and have my utmost appreciation for providing me with a stellar experience. Thank you both!

Bought a lawnmower - went in store 2 weeks later and it was cheaper - called customer service and they denied the cheaper price after 44 minutes on the phone I asked for manager and she put me on hold and hung up on me ! Pathetic customer service !!!!!!! Returning lawnmower and will never return !

I like Lowe's because of their selection and prices. I like that we get 5% off or deferred interest with our Lowe's credit card. This location is clean, well stocked, and the service is good. The thing I don't like is that during off peak times they usually don't have a register open. You have to use the self checkout or head to customer service or contractor checkout. It would be nice if they kept at least one regular register open.

I live in Olathe but we go to this Lowe’s because selection is better and shelves are stocked. Today I got assistance from Dawn from painting and she was very knowledgeable about refinishing and also assisted us with blackout blinds questions we had. Great store and great people!

Well, here I am, posting my first ever negative online review. What can I say, this store brings out the worst in me.I went here Saturday evening to buy a tool battery for a project I was starting and needed immediately. Since it was Saturday night, there were very few customers in the store, and at least 5 red coat employees walking around on their own, not helping other people. I asked three different people if someone could unlock the battery case so I could get the battery and get out of there.The last person blankly said "no" when I asked if she had keys to unlock it. I then asked if she could call someone and she said "I mean I guess I could call the manager on duty..."Three people. Four overhead pages. Nobody ever came. I stood in tools by myself for a solid 20 minutes while multiple workers were walking around. Everyone ignored the pages. The manager on duty who was specifically paged twice never came. I pushed the "help" button in the tools aisle. It wasn't even hooked up.I'm an aging millennial who has nothing but empathy for customer service workers, and yet this was bad enough that I'm now that person complaining online.This was pathetic.I will obviously never go to this location again. The Shawnee Lowe's though? They're fantastic. Head there if you want to actually buy the things you need. If you want to stand helplessly next to the thing you want to buy while everyone who could open it for you ignores you and walks by, then this is the spot for you.TLDR: 0/10. Had a better time at the DMV.

Consistently the worst customer service of any lowes I go to. Every employee at this location seems to be in reverse. They are beyond slow, unresponsive, don’t know where anything is or how to be efficient when checking people out—especially at the Pro desk. Those employees seem to be less capable than the others which seems backwards. Always a long wait for simple things to be done, never anyone helpful around and absolutely no hustle whatsoever. Super frustrating, but it’s a necessary evil for proximity when a project is very close to this location—that may need to change.

We want to recognize Eugene in the appliance department (W 133rd KC, Mo). This location (per online), had the washer we were looking for in stock. My husband called to confirm and spoke to Eugene. We drove from Topeka, KS and were able to complete the purchase. He was equally helpful on-site. Amazing customer service from this young man! Thank you!

When I suggested they should not talk like this in front of me, Jayna became confrontational and told me I was not wanted in the store - repeating and stepping closer and closer until I left. Bizarre and inappropriate experience.

This Lowes is bad they treat their employees awful there's 3 specific managers that are just hateful and talk bad about other employees I don't know how these mangers haven't been fired they're not professional just cause you don't like someone doesn't mean you get to target them and try to make them miserable

It had been a long time since i had been to a Lowes because I have home Depot only a block from my house. So yes HD is convenient but Lowes is a beautiful DYI and property managers paradise. The store has so many brands that I love such as Craftsman and True Built, the merchandise is much more designer friendly with a larger selection of paint, fixtures and all the didily do's like cabinet pulls to outlet covers to jazz a place up. They have all the basics to just repair and replace but boy is fun to shop all the affordably priced tool combination kits and seasonal decor. I have missed you Lowes and didnt even know it until I walked into your beatifully clean and organized store.

Stopped at this location today for mulch and rock, both of which were outside in an area easy to load. I was told I could not pay and then pull up to those items and load, and that I would have to put everything on a cart and bring it inside to pay. Absolutely no reason to have to load everything twice when I could have just pulled right up to the items and loaded them. Inside of the garden center was a disgusting mess. Purchased nothing, left and went to Suburban Lawn and Garden where I received great service, got everything I needed, two guys loaded my items for me, and I was out in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time at Lowes.

My boss bought a torpedo heater, for the job site, a couple weeks ago and when we were using it, it broke and quit working. So he sent me to the nearest Lowes with a copy of the receipt to see if he could exchange it for a new one. They were very friendly and quickly replaced the heater and I was on my way back to the job site in no time!

I only visited the garden center. Mulch was on sale, 5 bags for $10. They had a huge amount in stock. The plants were attractive, but not well organized.
