I'm a detergent snob. I love fragrance! These products are so good; I get asked " what scent are you wearing " all the time. The answer is always " its my detergent...patchouli or patchouli geranium or frankincense & myrrh by Zum/Indigo Wild. " I gave bottles of it as Christmas gifts and that was the best received gifts yet!

Love Indigo Wild. Great products with fabulous smells. I have always loved their soaps, and room/body sprays. We recently started using their laundry soap, and nd I will never go back. We love their Sea Salt scent, and you can take your bottle in to the store for a reasonably priced refill. We are so lucky that we have such a great local store!!

I have never been to the store but I am a Zum fanatic. I have never smelled a scent I did not like however my all time favorite is Sea salt and 3125 . Also love the Laundry soap , love the fact that I don’t have to use fabric softener and that it’s natural ingredients against my skin as I have sensitive skin from the waist down .

I always look forward to running out of laundry soap because I get to come and visit! The smell in the building can be pretty strong, so be warned. The employees are always willing to help, and they have so many cool things in the store you can't find anywhere else!

I made a special trip to the retail store....purchased 3 items (2 Zum mist and 1 Zum laundry soap) only to find the items much cheaper (not on sale) at Hy-Vee. Super disappointed in the experience. Drove extra and spent over $10 more including tax on only 3 items. I won’t be going back to the retail store and I suggest you shop at your local Hy-Vee to purchase their product!

Found this company at an Deanna Rose Outdoor Farm yard, they were handing out samples of their products, and they had me hooked on the smell right away. So I went out and bought a few of their bars of soap. They are amazingly smooth and make you actually feel clean when you get out of the shower. I will never go back to any mass produced soap/body wash! The soap also keeps my skin from breaking out, especially on my face. Keep up the great products Indigo Wild!!

I've been using Zum products for years but never went to their physical store store until today. I absolutely love it! Easy to get to, they have their own parking lot, the store is small and smells amazing and is very welcoming and relaxing. I won't go to Hyvee or Price Chopper to get Zum anymore, I'll just go there.You can also refill your laundry detergent there, which I love. Now I can reuse my bottles instead of just buying more plastic to throw away

Their product is now watered down with about a third of the aroma and power. It figures that something I’ve loved for years gets degraded like the rest of society. I purchased two separate two packs directly from the official website, so I know it’s coming from the source.

I am so glad this place is right down the street from me!! I literally could smell the goodness from outside. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the two sweetest ladies. I told them it was my first time and they recommended their best selling products but were never pushy which I love! The prices cant be beat for an all natural product and a local Kansas City company!! Way to go! They also loaded me with samples. Such a great first visit.

To be honest, one of the absolute best experiences I have ever had shopping online. I picked up a bar of this soap at a local grocery store in Wisconsin. I was so amazed with the quality and wonderful scent, it clearly beats the Squatch brand in fragrance and price.I had to order different scents to experience all Zum products. The best part was I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday with a UPS tracker with unbelieveable speed. I can't get shipping that fast in state. I just wanted to say thank you for awesome customer service!!!

It's a great place that provides different variations of soaps. The store itself provides a lot of information about their products and this helps in making a purchase plus if you're far away. Their products are available in other stores along with their website. Plus I love how they are constantly providing additional items to their shelves of continuous awesomeness. I have eczema and their oatmeal soap products helps a lot (bar soap, body wash) with my skin issues.

I love the product and the little store. My family from California asked about it a few years ago and I went in and stocked up on Christmas gifts for everyone. Such a fun little shop and they had some kind of themed cocktail when I went.Since then I have been several times, to stock up and see new products. They are dog friendly so you can pet a pup and get free soap samples when you check out.

The people that work here are so very nice and helpful. It smells amazing like one would expect.Their products are the best. I have sensitive skin and haven't had any issues since using their soaps, wash and lotions. I'm hooked on the phenomenal smelling soap that leaves a light scent on the skin. Nothing over powering.I've got my mom hooked on this stuff too. She's a huge fan as well.

Ordered several different soap bars from their website. They are flippin amazing. The herb themed ones smell strong in a great way. I tried a rosemary mint one in the shower and it actually made my skin feel softer and cleaner. I tried the charcoal one on my face, it has a milder scent good for face washing and it made my skin feel amazing, astringent like witch hazel but moisturizing at the same time. There was a minor mistake with my order but they were fast and polite responding to help. They even pack the soaps in biodegradable materials. Awesome company, will buy again.

I can not say enough good things of this companies products! It truly is one of Kansas City's shiny stars. In my world I'm all about the smells, good smells, from my cloths, body, hair, furniture, house, car or my 147# Newfoundland, Angus! Everywhere I take him we get compliments on how good Angus smells. I bet he's the only dog for miles that smells like frankincense & myrrh ( I don't spray him with the room spray, he gets the benefit of smell transfer thru contact with the furniture, rugs & air in the house!). So in my book the aromatic quality & intensity of Indigo Wild's products are above the rest, while not overwhelming & coming on too strong. Their prices are reasonable & well worth every penny. The unique & natural based aromatics of all their products last & linger (bar soap, room mist (body /fabric spray as well) laundry soap & body oil & rub are my favorites), thus proving the use of quality ingredients. It also shows the pride the company seems to put into each & every one of their products. That pride shows in the detail from the hand made swirls in the bar soap to the simplistic chic packaging. All while being conscious of the footprint left on the environment. Definitely nothing to hate of this company unless you are the competition!

I love coming to the Zum Factory. Shopping here is a great choice, because the products are all natural and it’s a local business. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful... they’re even very responsive on Twitter! I like all of the scents but my favorite is Frankincense and Myrrh. Everywhere I go all over town people give me compliments on how good I smell. They have bath and beauty products, cleaning products, and candles and air fresheners (incenses and sprays). You can buy great gifts here for any occasion. It smells like heaven and it might seriously be one of the happiest places on earth. I’m so glad I found them and they’re right here in town so I can go there whenever I want.

I use the Zum bars to wash my face. And my skin feels soft and fresh. Its good quality products, especially the laundry soap. The factory is fun! Great smells, if your not sure on items to try out for the first time, purchase a sample kit. Inexpensive. You'll be sure to find a product you love!

Sea salt anything is quite the obsession in our house. We just bought the laundry detergent, and we LOVE IT!! It's hard to find a natural detergent that still leaves a great smell, without all the mysterious fragrances, this stuff is the total package. I plan to try just about everything at this point. Haven't been disappointed yet🙌🏻

This review is about their customer service or lack thereof. Recently there was an error made on my order, I received too much of their detergent (six 64oz bottles). When I realized this and immediately called them, I was told that I had to pay for my own shipping and that there would not be any reimbursement for that. They make NO MENTION OF THAT in their "return policy". when I brought that up to the person I was dealing with she flatly stated that is just our policy. Then she suggested that I could always give the "detergents" as xmas gifts. Obviously this person is not too popular around the holidays!! So I here I am stuck with the items, but make I will not be buying from them direct from now on, GO ELSEWHERE where you are valued as a customer.

I've been trying to order online since yesterday. I've entered my credit card number so many times I've finally memorized it. Once I enter all my info I get popped out of the system and have to log back in. I tried calling and got sent to a voicemail. I think. I'd just like to get some nice smelling soap. Update: I tried Firefox as recommended by the Indigo Wild. It worked. I'm eagerly anticipating my box of goodies. So, more stars for a great response with a successful result.

My kids bought me the lavender - lemon oil. At first I was concerned because I don't like lavender but I love lemon. Luckily the lavender wasn't overpowering at all and the scent was just heavenly. Next time I'm in the Kansas City area I'm going to stop by and buy some more. One of the best lemon scents around and the oil is fantastic on your skin.

I kick myself for not finding this place sooner. The smells alone are worth just stepping in and seeing what they have. The little slivers of bar soap sample packs are absolutely what you need when you can't decide on what scents to get and personally they make me want to wash my hands more then usual. Even just having one sit in a soap dish makes my apartment smell amazing. I highly recommend the sachet bags for your car or closet space.

This place was amazing. There are so many products and it smells SO good. I didn’t tour the entire facility, but they do have a small shop where you can get their products or slivers of their soap by weight.The staff was super knowledgeable about harmful vs helpful ingredients in personal care products. It’s definitely worth a visit.
